Menu back

We visited Sat 12:30-1:30 there were about 7 tables taken. Last weekend we visited the Clearwater location and hoped we would experience the same food quality, unfortunately the wings were dry (overcooked) and the $32 Ribs were not worth the hype. *side note they use soybean oil to fry with.

Happy hour menu (food)

Stopped by for a quick snack, and surprised by an awesome happy hour. We had the mini nachos and boneless winds...both were super tasty. Disappointed that both of the IPAs they had on tap were empty...but the service at the bar and the food still made it a good stop!

The Bone Fire Large
Ji C.

We visited Smokey Bones in Citrus Park and decided to try the Bone Fire, which includes Baby Back Ribs, sirloin, smoked wings, smoked sausage, chicken breast, potato wedges, and grilled peppers and onions. It comes in two sizes: the smaller option ($42.99) feeds 2-3 people, and the larger option ($69.99) is advertised to feed four or more. We ordered the larger Bone Fire but were a bit disappointed with the portion size--it comfortably fed about three adults rather than four. When the platter arrived, the chicken wings varied quite a bit in size, but when we mentioned it to our server, she quickly involved the manager, who brought us one wing to make up for it. There was also a mix-up with our ribs--we requested them with just a dry rub, but they arrived with sauce. Although the staff offered to replace them, we had already finished eating by then. To their credit, they adjusted the check by $10, which we really appreciated. Our server was excellent--friendly, attentive, and checked on us often, which helped balance out the small hiccups with the food. Overall, the service made the experience a positive one, and we would definitely return. As a bonus, you can use the InKind app here and get 20% back to use toward future visits at participating restaurants.

This is my favorite late night happy hour spot. I can be solo or with a friend. Addicted to their $6 cheeseburger !

We have been here several times in the past couple of months…read moreand very much enjoyed it. The food (Boxty Trio, Shepard's Pie, Pub Nachos, so far) has been great every time. The beers (Yuengling, specifically) are always cold and never skunked. Most of the bartenders are very friendly. The big plus for us is Music Bingo, Trivia, and Live Music nights. It's great to have a place to go to that offers an experience along with good food and drinks.

We visited Irish 31 in West Chase around 6:30pm on a weekday, just before happy hour ended at 7pm…read more As we walked in, we noticed a few patrons already at the bar and a couple of guests seated outside. There was a "Seat Yourself" sign, so we picked a table near the entrance, where a server greeted us promptly. When I asked if happy hour was still on, she confirmed it was, but then she left to attend to other tables. About 10 minutes later, she came back to take our drink order, which felt a bit long but understandable given that she was the only server working that evening. After placing our food order, the wait for our appetizer was about 15 minutes. We got the 17 traditional chicken wings, with a mix of sauces: half with the "Carb Bomb" sauce and half with roasted garlic Parmesan. The wings were decent, but nothing to rave about. The "Carb Bomb" flavor could have been a bit more exciting. The real letdown, though, was the Whiskey Chicken entrée. It was supposed to come with two chicken breasts, but what we received was essentially one chicken breast sliced thinly to look like two. This was honestly pretty disappointing considering the price. The dish just didn't live up to expectations. Despite these hiccups, I do want to give credit to the server, who was working solo and doing her best to handle all the tables. It's clear that she was stretched thin, and I honestly felt bad for her--she was hustling to keep up with everything. Overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming, and I'd probably consider other options next time, especially with the inconsistencies in the food quality.

....today is TJ'S last day for good...no more sponsored bikers events, AMC will be left to sell…read moretheir own tickets as the raffling is over with, no more discounted drinks, and the servers can only serves themselves and loved ones at home. TJ'S became a home like space away from home morning, noon, and night for many and with the selling of the business, it leaves many to do what they know to for themselves. Yet fear not, this isnt the first nor the last of folk having to accept change as change is both good as well nit good yet continuous. Somewhere along the line folk will be inspired to stay in touch, they'll see each other again, they'll meet up along each path to remember good and twisted times shared...but for sure TJ'S will be a sort of stamp on ech person's soul for the memories to be carried through the Spirit...thank you TJ for being the first spot to feed I and my Son upon our arrival at WoodSpring...and thanks again for having us be part of your last day...we appreciate the invite to the very end...my best to all...

Tried this BBQ spot for the first time and it was honestly AMAZING. The food was so good,…read moreespecially the mac and cheese and the baked beans -- both were packed with flavor and tasted homemade. Everything came out fresh and delicious. Also have to shout out the cashier because she made the whole experience even better. She was super attentive, patient, and helped walk us through the menu since it was our first time there. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and wants people to enjoy their food. Definitely coming back again.

Went in for lunch and left pretty disappointed with the overall experience at Southern Luv BBQ…read more It's a walk-up setup where you place your order at the counter and they bring the food out to you, which was fine. But the first thing that surprised us was there wasn't even a smoker on site. For a BBQ place, that immediately raised questions. Then we actually watched part of the food prep being done in a microwave, which honestly killed the whole "fresh BBQ" vibe. We ordered the brisket and sausage platter. The brisket is listed around $18 per half pound and sausages are about $5 per link on the menu, so for those prices we expected a lot better quality. Unfortunately, both meats were average at best. The brisket lacked that fresh-smoked flavor and texture you expect from legit BBQ, and the sausage was nothing memorable either. Overall, it felt more reheated than freshly smoked. The staff was polite enough, but the food just didn't live up to the expectations or the pricing. Sadly not a spot we'd rush back to.
