They were pretty fatty, although still had a decent amount of meat. But there was no real flavor to the meat other than the "smoke". The brisket was tender also but flavorless. I tried both sauces. Both taste very ketchup based with the Hot just being super spicy. I mixed the sausage and brisket together to eat so it would help the brisket. The location is great and in walking distance in Ybor, from the trolly or locals. Little house like place with two tvs on.
