    Hot Honey Rack O'Back Ribfeast
    Mat R.

Very good food and very good service! I have yet to have a negative experience here, and the visits have always been top quality. Today I had the hot honey rack of ribs with loaded mashed and bbq baked beans. Everything came out hot & fresh, and was plenty of food to fill me - and have leftovers afterwards. Our server was very attentive and was checking on us consistently, but not too much. The prices here are also very reasonable given the portions you are receiving. The restaurant itself is good sized, and has plenty of seats for small or large groups. The ambiance is definitely casual but kept together very well. Overall if you are looking for bbq at a good price, check this place out!!

Always a good meal and sometimes they have really good deals and specials brisket was tender and delicious

    Ripped seat

Meh. The waitress was ok, the food was ok, but as a group of 4 at a place that was completely empty, we got put a a booth that was super dirty, had tatertots in the crevice, and the seats were ripped. Just meh.

My review pics are a compilation from numerous trips so you can see a good cross section of the food. The service is good unless it's packed and the atmosphere is a perfect fit for the food. I find the quality to be good and the servings to be ok size. It's worth a trip in a few times a month for sure.

Pick two bourbon chicken breast about the size of a small pigeon, cheddar jalapeno sausage, cold broccoli and frozen garlic toast

During this meal we got the Bavarian pretzel which comes with cheese sauce and a few apple slices. It was very good like always and TSQ had a coupon for a free app if you are part of their loyalty program. That was awesome! I got my usual which at this location comes out hot, Salem, NH not so much - Baked Tortellini Bolognese which the menu details as: Braised short rib, sweet Italian sausage, whipped ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese. Because of…read morethe time, it was pretty quiet there and we were largely to ourselves in the back corner of the restaurant. Once we were seated, we had our drinks order taken quickly. The wait staff was very accommodating with our need to split the bill across multiple cards and double checked who was on which check before we were ready to pay. Our food came out reasonably quick after ordering. I had ordered the steak tips and substituted the mashed potatoes with the Parmesan fries. The fries were good by pub standards, though they either weren't recently cut or they were frozen. The broccoli was pretty overcooked and lacking seasoning. The steak itself came out cooked a perfect medium rare (as requested). The only issue with the steak is that it was lacking tenderness. Good quality steak tips should be tender when cooked medium rare and these had a few tough pieces that had to be cut around. Overall it's a reasonable amount and quality of food for the price paid. Service was great and the restaurant was quiet, clean and enjoyable to be in.

While that may appeal to some customers, it created an extremely loud environment that felt more like a bar than a restaurant. Between the amplified music, announcements, and crowd participation, it was difficult to have a normal conversation at our table. For diners looking for a quieter meal, it's worth knowing that Wednesday nights may not be the best time to visit. The service was friendly and attentive throughout the evening, and most of the food was good. We ordered the Caprese Salad, Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, Grilled Chicken Pesto, and a Mango Poke Bowl. I understand there was a recent menu change, which is why my daughter decided to try the poke bowl. Unfortunately, while the ingredients seemed fresh, she felt the sauce didn't complement the dish well and threw off the overall flavor. Given the $26 price tag, that was disappointing. The pricing was another area that stood out. Most of the menu is on the higher end of casual dining, but what really caught my attention was the $5.99 charge for a bottle of San Pellegrino. Restaurant markups are expected, but nearly six dollars for bottled sparkling water felt excessive. Overall, Dreo has friendly service and some solid food options, but the combination of premium pricing, the disappointing poke bowl, and the very loud trivia-night atmosphere made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. I would consider returning on a quieter night, but I think customers should be made more aware of how loud trivia nights can be before being seated.

Update after a few more visits has them down to a 4 based on inconsistency…read more -- Roast Chicken: Hearty fall/winter dish with crisp skin, herbs aplenty, and gravy underneath, with roasted carrots and mashed potatoes. A little dry in the interior. No longer on the menu as of last week. -- Grilled Shrimp: Plump shrimp whose paprika-heavy rub and grill flavor balanced the butteriness, with a pepper aioli joining as well. On top, pickled fennel. Underneath, grilled sourdough that soaked in the grill, butter, and seafood flavors. Fantastic but no longer on the menu as of last week. -- Forge & Vine Cheeseburger: All the same ingredients as on a Big Mac, only of much higher quality, on a thick burger of high quality. I've been hoping to relive the glory of my first burger here (see previous review), but it's been rocky. Good grill flavor and outer crusting, but medium to medium well when I ordered medium rare. (Yes, I mentioned it to the server and manager.) Still a pretty good burger, and the bacon I added this time was thick and walking the tightrope between crispy and bendy. But a big miss on hitting greatness again. So I gave it another chance the next visit, and it was again overdone. But this time I sent it back, and the one they sent out was very good. The most recent visit only required one try: excellent, with the right crust outside and proper pink and juicy inside, along with a solid assortment of vegetables and condiments. An exemplary burger-- when they cook it right. -- Calamari: An eye-catching appetizer with the mostly thin rings pretty much treated like chicken wings, with a spicy tangy glaze, an aïoli underneath, and some kimchi on top for presentation. Very good crunch and flavor, but thicker pieces would have allowed a better tasting of the seafood itself. Still very enjoyable and I'd get it again. -- Shrimp Cocktail: Solid job, good size, presented in ice with lemon wedges and a cocktail sauce a little light on the horseradish. -- Grilled Swordfish Meunière: A thick slab, lightly grilled, fairly. A thin brown butter sauce, capers, and sautéed mustard greens added some much needed moisture and oomph. No longer on the menu as of last week. -- Jimmy Nardello Peppers: Long, bright red, no heat, slightly sour, and somewhat fruity like peppadew, dressed up with garlic aioli, chimichurri, and coriander seed. Outstanding. Great beer pairing. Beautiful space. Good to outstanding service. Cody pours his heart and soul into the experience, exuding enthusiasm from the greeting through the check. Some might find it a little overdramatic, but after enduring too many AWOL and near-comatose servers elsewhere, I can't get enough of it. I like this place, and consider it good to very good, but it seems like the proteins (especially the grilled items) turn up a little too dry a little too often to consider them great. Their pricing is high but well worth it when the execution is there. When it's not, it's a too-expensive just-okay. Despite the inconsistency, going with a 4 based on the most recent visit being problem-free.

Still a beautiful place with lovely atmosphere. The food is still disappointing. I had a scallop starter. It looked like 2 scollops that was cut in half. Smaller than a quarter, served on a shell on a bed of very Fishy smelling seaweed for $24. Drinks were good and service was great. If you are going to sell your protein based on size, like you do with your steaks, then maybe start doing the same with weight size for seafood products. Quantity and quality is important.
