I was so surprised by that since most other places have significantly less options when going dairy-free, like cold foam can typically only be made with heavy cream at other cafes. She said she makes everything herself so she can customize it however we want. I was so impressed with that! We went with an iced Mocha Lisa which has white chocolate and pistachio. This is a specialty latte named after the owner herself as it's some of her favorite flavors. We got it with oat milk. There are three sizes, the larger size comes with 3 shots of espresso while the other two have 2 shots. Also appreciate that as at most other coffee shops, a larger size typically just means more milk but the same amount of espresso. The presentation of the drink was stunning, she topped it with crushed pistachios. It was so delicious!
