They offer a stimulating, not only characteristically wise, but also a beautifully well furnished atmosphere that I would love to enjoy once again. She was more than obliging and they have such cool little old knickknacks, you have to come try out this joint. We have been searching for a legitimate hyper rib joint that isn't killer or my arm with having a scrub dishes for 10 hours afterwards my man who was a professional cook does so fucking well, but we will see what happens and I only heard the best of the best of this place. One of the best pulled pork places in the area! 3-4 food trucks offer a great variety! We eat here about 1-2 times a week! Love it!

Tried this BBQ place out tonight after work. Very friendly folks running it. Ordered ribs, beef brisket sandwich & pork sandwich. Many other dishes are on the menu. Ribs were very good, literally the 1st one I went to eat fell off the bone ! I'll be having ribs for lunch tomorrow ! The other meals we had were very good too. More or less a food truck. With some outside tables for eating. This is a newer place, they told me only 6 weeks there. I give them a thumbs up & 4 stars. Only 4 stars because not a restaurant & I thought it may have been a little, little pricey. You get what you pay for, and I got very good BBQ. Shouldn't complain. I would refer folks to this establishment for BBQ. And I'll eat there again. read more

I'm a huge fan of bbq, and this place was slightly underwhelming. I'd say the food is expensive for what you get and a little one-dimensional in terms of the flavor profile, I found the ribs to be too salty, the chicken was over cooked (fried), the fries a little stale but overall the smoked meats weren't bad at all. Super small place, par BBQ. Pulled pork was not bad. Can make it better at home. Coleslaw was coleslaw. The beans were surprisingly fire. People there are really nice and friendly and they recommend the rack of ribs. Great place to grab a quick bite, but the price is a bit much for a simple sammy, slaw and beans. read more

Pop up BBQ joint in a new permanent location on 49th St. Mostly set up for takeout (order by on call/text or walk up) or you can sit at one of the comfortable tables they had outside and eat there. Now onto the food... We tried the pulled chicken slider and also some brisket, both had great smoked taste and were seasoned well. The brisket is chopped and was very moist but well marbled. Chicken also chopped and well seasoned. They also have barbecue pulled pork and ribs and you can choose from either a sweet or a spicy BBQ sauce. I even enjoyed it plain. We also tried the chicken tenders which were fresh and the home made fresh cut fries which were amazing! You can definitely tell nothing here comes out of a container or is frozen/prepackaged.. it was all fresh. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other items on the menu such as the handmade homemade burger made to order and some of the other sides like smoked Mac & Cheese. Would not with confidence recommend this play to anyone looking for barbecue. A couple bbq places in Saint Petersburg have recently closed down so wanted to give this place a shot to see if it was any good. The prices are definitely towards the upper end of bbq and the establishment doesn't offer anything special for dining - just a parking lot with some shaky picnic tables. The food was ok at best but certainly not worth the price tags that come with it. The ribs weren't cut by bone and just a slab of meat though very moist and good flavor, the sides are small and the pulled worked is very wet, which created a soggy bun and essentially a pulled pork platter with a wet bun. The folks who ran the place were very friendly, but for two dinner plates for $50, I would look elsewhere to spend my money. read more

Tried a pound of pulled pork. Family size Beans and Family size Mac N Cheese. Meat was nice and tender. Beans cooked properly, and had a nice meat mix. Mac And cheese was cooked properly, corkscrew elbows. The problem.. the meat was so salty it burned my tongue from the salt. It was also in a container with a lot of liquid. Very watery/salty. To the point it was inedible. The sweet bbq sauce was ultra watered down, and inedible. Beans were ok, but also pretty salty.. the meat bits were really small and grainy. The mac n cheese was ALSO surprisingly very salty. THe cheese was odd as it had some sticky bits, but a lot of what appeared to be milk? Or something.. it was watery. Disappointed. Don't know if they spilled salt in everything they made today? Or they had a new salt shaker? Or a mislabeled measuring cup? It was pretty bad though that EVERYTHING was horribly over salted. I am not talking about a little salty..It was like taking a teaspoon of salt with every bite. The place is in a parking lot with several other food trucks. The ambiance is fair, but not sure you could realistically eat there. There are some tables and a lot of lights strung up.. in a semi permanent format. read more

Called with less than 24hr notice for catering to serve over 30 construction workers. The owners were very accommodating and attentive. We ordered just about everything in the menu, all of the meats were great with the ribs being a favorite. The Mac n cheese was the first thing we ran out of. Overall a hit. read more

My husband and I were out and wanted to try the new BBQ trailer on 49th Ave all our friends have told us about. It a BBQ trailer decorated so cute, operated by the nicest couple polite couple. Husband had the Bully plate with Mac and cheese & potato salad, i had the pulled pork plate with beans and fresh chips. You can definitely tell these were All homemade and fresh (lots of love went into the food). the food was perfect, not a flaw. The spices and the sauce (all homemade also I asked) were a perfect blend. I didn't take any pictures because we ate at one of the tables they have outside there & I didn't have my phone. The lighting the nice air and others eating at the picnic tables. It was so pleasant to eat outside, no music, no one running around, peace and quiet! We will be (telling 10 people or more, as the nice lady said, with a smile, when we got our order) and we will be returning weekly. We are lucky to have them in St Pete! read more

In a lot where most food trucks can't last the full month it's quite apparent why the BBQ has made it work after almost a full year in the spot. Quick turnaround, fall off the bone goodness and consistency with quality. It's a food truck so expect food truck pricing and seating. Delicious!!! We stopped by to pick up some food to bring to a friends house. Ordered a pound of pulled pork, slaw, green beans and baked beans. Everything went very well together. The beans had a nice smokey sweet flavor and excellent texture. Green beans were tender and not mushy. Slaw was vinegar based which I prefer over the mayo based. People were super nice and clearly love what they do. My friend loved it as well and said it's on the permanent list of foods to bring over. Wish I had a picture but we gobbled it all up. read more
