The food truck has an actual working tandoor. Tikka Masala was excellent. Food was quick and hot. Would recommend.

Hands down one of the best dining experiences in Cape Coral…read more We came to Masala Mantra to celebrate my son's birthday in December. He loves Indian food, so we brought a large family group with kids--and wow, this place delivered on every level. The service was outstanding. Our server, AUSTIN, was attentive, friendly, and completely on top of everything (with a big group, that's saying a lot). Food came out quickly, everything was fresh and perfectly prepared, and there was never a moment where we felt forgotten. Here's what really impressed me: my son's favorite dish--and mine--wasn't even on the menu (mattar paneer, peas and cheese). We asked if they could make it anyway, and not only did they say yes, it was the best version we've ever had. Absolute perfection. The chef and owners were present, checking on tables and making sure every guest was happy. You can feel the pride and care they put into both the food and the experience. Even people in our group who aren't usually fans of Indian food loved their meals. And managing a large party with little kids? They handled it like pros. Masala Mantra deserves every bit of its high rating--and honestly, more. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We shared delicious Tikka Masala with two different Naan's both super good. The Manchurian Gobi app was crunchy but not over done, the sauce was flavorful. We really enjoyed it. The wait person was, mostly attentive, it got busy and she was less available. The interior is clean and welcoming, this place has a ton of to-go.

Their chicha morada tasted authentic and refreshing, which made the whole experience feel even more special. The service was just as impressive as the food. Walking in the restaurant smells marvelous..... not a spicy smell, but more a blend of savory. The table had white paper and was decorated for Valentine's Day !! Nice touch. First time for us.... They were not very crowded for lunch and we were seated right away. Victor approached us to take our drink order. What a friendly, nice guy. I ordered the Red Sangria, ($15.00) in a big wine glass which was very tasty. I then ordered the Pulpo Al Olivo from the "starters" menu, with a side of Tostones. (Which was Octopus, sliced avocado & a terrific Kalamata Olive cream sauce. The octopus was tender and piled on slices of avocado. They didn't skim on the avocado at all. Wasn't sure why the club crackers were added to the plate. I pushed them aside at first, but then used them as they were intended..... OMG..... the crackers added a slight buttery, savory taste to compliment the Kalamata sauce. And, it was extremely tasty and plentiful. Definitely would order this again !!! My husband ordered Tallarin Huancaina Con Savana de Lomo. My best interpretation was ~ skirt steak on pasta with a spicy cream sauce !! He LOVED it !! We asked.... they provided !! We were able to buy a 16oz jar of the delicious Huanciana sauce to take home. YES...... YES..... highly recommended and we will be back again !!!

What a terrible experience to look and see the fabulous people that run this business have closed up shop. I had the pleasure five years ago to experience the best Lobster Roll I have ever eaten while visiting Celebration Park. Now that is saying a lot as previously I was told that Legal Seafood in Boston would be the best I would ever eat. Fortunate while living in the Northeast I was able to indulge in a few Lobster Rolls. I must admit that at the time Woodmans in Essex, MA was actually getting the top award. That was until I had the opportunity to eat the fabulous Great Foodini option. If anyone knows the owners please contact them and tell them they are most definitely missed. When I visited the menu was EPIC for a Food Truck. Hence the reason I wanted to give the referral for Wedding Reception. If I was getting married I would want to hire them. Honestly that was the plan. However, plans change. Hopefully they will decide to make the move back from Ft Meyers and reopen someday at the new and improved facilities at Celebration Park.
