    Fried goat cheese balls
    Natalie T.

This is fine to grab a quick bite and a drink but not sure if it fits a date vibe or catching up with friends. The sports and music were SOOO loud that we were sitting next to each other and screaming into each other's ears. It was only 4pm on a Sunday, kinda ridiculous. The food was okay, service took a while to get to us so it's nothing incredible but hits an American grub craving when you need it. Also wish the cheese balls came a really small serving of the tomato soup, a larger portion would have made more sense given how many there were. Maybe trying this on a different day will give me a different experience.

Stopped in this past weekend - the wings are excellent and we love the nachos and salads!! (Burger is also still a local fav IMO) Would absolutely recommend for a fun date night or girls dinner. Idk why the reviews are so awful. The staff lately couldn't be nicer - give this place a shot!!!

Food: The wings are awesome. Great deal on Monday! ($15 for unlimited). Drinks are also tasty! The burger was ok, not the biggest fan. I've had better. However, overall everything else was good. Service: People are nice and attentive. Ambiance: Good for watching a game! If you want quiet, during the summer, you can sit outside!

This was my first time at 10th & Willow and we'll definitely be back! It does have a bar/grill ambience but the high tables in front had candles on them for dinner so it was slightly elevated. The service was incredible and their approach is different in that every single person out on the floor will help you. They always knew when we needed something and everyone was eager to assist. My fiancé got the Pink Pom cocktail; it was so deliciously refreshing! For food, we had the goat cheese balls served with tomato bisque - I loved that there were multiple so I could keep eating them LOL but they were very rich and my fiancé could only handle one. I would say smaller balls, less goat cheese per resulting in more quantity would perfect this dish. I then had the Greek salad which was delicious - dressing was amazing and different but the grilled chicken was over cooked/very hard to cut. My fiancé had a sandwich of some kind that he loved, onion rings that were HUGE, and then I had to add on a basket of French fries because they are ~life~ and I'm so happy I did. Best French fries I've ever had. I will eat them for the rest of my life!!!!! We will be back!

There was only one other family dining, and the space stayed empty the entire time. The service was genuinely great. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and a really cute, cozy space. I especially loved the Christmas décor and overall vibe--it felt warm and inviting. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to the prices. The house salad was $13 and honestly one of the most basic, smallest, and most boring salads I've ever had--very underwhelming for the cost. We also ordered quesadillas, a cheeseburger with fries, and grilled cheese with tomato soup. My son enjoyed the burger and fries, and the quesadillas were flavorful, generously filled with chicken and veggies, and came with sour cream, pico, and guac. The tomato soup was tasty, while the grilled cheese was just okay. One small but appreciated detail: canned soda. Cold, crisp, and not flat which is always a win. Lunch for 3 came in just under $100, which felt high given what we received. One frustration was being seated in a tight corner right next to the kitchen even though the dining room was completely empty. We were so close I could literally see into the kitchen and count items on the shelves. On top of that, the hostess repeatedly walked by calling out "corner," which became distracting and honestly a bit irritating. Overall, I liked the vibe, but the food-to-price ratio missed the mark for me. It wasn't bad--just alright.

Since my last visit, I had only ventured there once for a drink, but it had been far from a first choice. I loved that they had live music and a casual vibe, but my past culinary experience had been a letdown. However, I was very pleasantly surprised on my recent excursion. We grabbed seats at the rustic bar and enjoyed friendly service and pints of Kane Head High, my favorite beer. The crisp, refreshing brew went well with my cup of Chicken Noodle Soup. While that might sound like an odd "snack", I selected it because it was one of the few appetizers on the menu that was not fried. The broth seemed to interestingly be made of tomatoes and potentially other vegetables. It was packed with large, spiral noodles, shredded chicken, and fresh spinach. It was an interesting rendition for sure, but it was also very tasty, despite the fact that it was rather greasy. I was also bummed that it did not have more chicken and that it had not been served with any crackers. Oh well! Overall, it at least had left me with a much better impression than my last trip had.

We were there as happy hour ended, so perhaps it was a happy hour thing, but was left with the impression they were a tiny pour establishment. Had heard that their crispy cauliflower nuggets were a specialty, so gave them a try. Very pleasant. Light breading, good crunch, great flavor. Recommend, and would be surprised if we ever came and didn't order. Split a house salad. Good and plenty to share. Just a bit inconvenient to try to split at the table on to small plates. No fresh utensils between courses. Wait person just moved the forks and knifes off the plates back onto the table as they removed the empty plates. Something I've always found off putting and cheap at what otherwise seems a nice restaurant. Wife got the steak frites, which was clearly the best dinner choice. Nice sized piece of well charred hangar steak with a good pile of wonderfully crispy fries. I got the sausage fusilli calabrese. Some chunks of really tasty house made sausage. The pasta appeared to be house made as well; long strands though without the usual fusilli curliness. Honestly, they tasted fine, but looked very much like a bowl of pasta earthworms. If the pasta shape is adjusted, I might recommend or order again. A nice comfortable place with a few opportunities for improvement.

The space was not large, but they really made the most of it, offering a decent number of tables with reasonable space between them. My friend and I were quickly seated and immediately greeted by a charming server that opened our bottle of wine (it's BYO) and offered us still or sparkling water. I had read in other reviews that you had to pay for water, so I was not surprised by the $6 bottle of Saratoga that wound up on our bill. In addition to our engaging server and the happening atmosphere, the food was similarly incredible. We decided to order a load of things to share, so that we could try a greater variety. We started with two appetizers that were seasonal Spring additions to the menu. The Hamachi Crudo included five thickly-sliced, tender pieces of Japanese yellowtail sitting in a broth of rhubarb aguachile and topped with white strawberries and basil seeds. It was an unique blend that we would not have expected to work, but boy was it delicious! The sweet toppings infused a load of flavor into an otherwise mild fish. We also enjoyed the Fava-mole, a creamy puree of fava beans studded with balls of hand-pulled mozzarella and pea tendrils, all drizzled with zesty ramp oil. I had not been sure what to expect from the dish, but it offered fresh, bright garden flavors. We also decided to share a pasta course and an entree. The Fettuccini was tossed with spring truffles and maitakes in a light, yet heavily aromatic, wild mushroom cream sauce. It was one of the best dishes I had had in quite some time. Then, as we were waiting on our seafood entree, we received a second pasta, courtesy of the Chef. I had mentioned that I had heard rave reviews about Flour from a server at Heirloom Kitchen, a top NJ restaurant. Apparently, our waiter had let the Chef know about that glowing praise, and the kitchen further verified that positivity with the generous gesture. In fact, they wound up sending out the Linguine with white clam sauce, razor clams, and wild ramps, the other dish about which I had been most curious anyway. Well, it was another winner! It was garlicky, herbaceous, and rich with flavors of the sea. Speaking of seafood, we next received the Branzino 'Bahn mi', a perfectly cooked piece of Mediterranean sea bass with Vietnamese sausage and pickled vegetables. The branzino's crispy skin and flaky, moist interior were excellent, and we loved all of the other smoky and briny flavors on the plate. After all of that excellent food, we would have loved to try one of their appealing desserts, but we were just too full. Between the ambiance, welcoming vibe, and delicious cuisine, our Flour experience was simply divine! It has now became one of my favorite restaurants in the area, and I cannot wait to try their pizza at some point as well.

I ordered the Mexican street corn, which was unique, flavorful, and delicious. I also tried some of the spicy rigatoni and loved it. We ended the night with the s'mores dessert, which was rich and chocolatey. Also, the fact that the restaurant is BYOB is a huge plus! The only downside was that I lost an item during our visit. I had a really hard time finding their contact information online, so I had to go back in person to ask about it, which was a bit annoying. Ultimately, they weren't able to recover it, but the food itself was still outstanding.
