I used SNAP parking for the holiday time of around 10 days during Christmas to park my black Mercedes. I returned back to a scratched car at multiple places to which I filed the claim onsite with SNAP agent Miguel M. He assured me that management will look into the claim and Normande Browning will revert back by Mon 1/5. It's been more than a week overdue and no one seems to revert back to the calls made to this place. People can make their own best judgement for the behavior of the management and employees of SNAP. read more

I used SNAP for the first time this past week. I can honestly say that it was the best experience I have had at any of the area facilities. When I first arrived, the staff was very friendly and, most importantly, efficient in the check in process. Within a minute of checking in, a van pulled up, loaded our luggage and we were off to the airport in no time. One of the worst parts of traveling is having to wait for your car after a long flight. Not with SNAP. After I got my luggage, I called the telephone number they provided and gave them my ticket number. Within 5 minutes, we were picked up and brought back to SNAP where my car was already waiting for me. I checked out at the front desk in no time and then I was on my way. After this experience, SNAP is the only facility I am using when I travel out of EWR. read more

We've been using SNAP parking service for years now and not only are the very reasonably priced but most convenient to Newark Airport. The fact that they offer indoor parking really puts us at ease when we travel. Their shuttle vans are very clean and their shuttle drivers most polite and helpful. Customer service lady couldn't explain why I was charged an extra fee when it was SNAP's issue clearly not mine when the time on the receipt didn't match what she tried to explain. Additionally, I paid for the car wash yet the entire front fender was filthy which means on the return the driver took a filthy dirt road...? I'd still use them again. First thing I want to say is that I took into consideration the reviews I read on here about this place and I really hope this one helps someone out. I was very concerned at first since some people said they found their car scratched or what not. But the fact that it was the only indoor parking garage in Newark made me leaned towards this parking garage more than the others in Newark. I left to Orlando, FL the last week of May going into June for a week. I made and reservation and I paid in full online literally the day before my trip and there was no problem with that! (That way you can save the most money and time). The only slight problem I had was actually finding the place, those streets are a little confusing. But apart from that my personal experience with SNAP parking was awesome! I got there (5:30 AM) and the bus was already waiting, they helped me with my luggage and literally less than 5 minutes later we were on our way to the airport (which is only a 5-7 minute car ride). After my vacation I called them from the airport and they told me where to meet them and once again they took less than 5 minutes to come pick me up and about 10 mins to get back to the parking garage where my car was already waiting for me. I throughly inspected my car and it was just fine!!!! (thank God! that was one of my biggest worries) I got my keys and drove off. Just that simple, of course because like I said, I had made the full payment online so there was nothing else I had to pay in person. Overall it was such an easy and smooth process they really made my trip a lot easier. In terms of the cost! I have to say it was pretty cheap compared to the rates that the other parkings had and for their service I can honestly say it is the best in Newark. Very pleased with their service. Have happily used SNAP for over 5 years and frankly it is not as good as it once was. 3 weeks ago (August 27th) my wife and I returned from a trip and stood outside terminal C for over 30 minutes from the time we called. Numerous other shuttle services picked up and dropped off while we waited...Jiffy, The Parking Spot, Park Plus...even the long term parking bus passed by three times. We were told that there were traffic problems but no other company seemed affected, nor did we experience any traffic after pick up. Upon arriving at SNAP, the customer "service" was less than helpful. Although the car was ready, the tag on the key ring had been crossed out 2 times. (perhaps the car was misplaced, hence the delay in pickup?) When I asked about the delay in pick-up and suggested that maybe there weren't enough SNAP vans in operation, the man at the desk shrugged his shoulders and said, "maybe." When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was essentially dismissed and was instructed to register my complaint on a clipboard. I did so and 3 weeks later, I haven't heard back. so...here's my review. Since SNAP seems so uninterested, perhaps it's time to check out some of the other companies that passed on by that day. I never experienced this problem before and, as a long time account holder, I expected better. New management? I'd love to hear back read more

We've had a great experience with Snap. We park every time we fly from Newark. Generally, on time and pretty friendly. On our last trip, we decided to get a gold car wash and overall, it was great - they missed some spots though on the inside. I called asking what they can do and spoke with the manager, Miguel Sanchez. He was the epitome of customer service. He listened, offered suggestions and I left feeling like this is the type of company you would want to work with and for. He was great and handled the situation like a pro. SNAP parking makes airport parking a snap! It took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport. The valets were friendly and helpful. When I returned to the airport, I waited less than two minutes for the easily recognizable shuttle. Again, less than ten minutes to the lot and my car was waiting for me. Parking stub is texted automatically (which is great since I tend to lose receipts) and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely park there again. read more

I had a great experience with SNAP. The whole process was so easy and you can't beat the price difference between them and the airport parking rates. I paid less than half of the daily rate for Newark's cheapest lot! As soon as I arrived at their lot I was taken right away to the airport. I used this parking service on 3/8/2020. I arrived on time but did wait a bit for service. No one comes out and explains what you need to do and there are no signs to direct you. I parked my car behind several cars parked in front. I left the key in the car and went into the office. Once checked in I waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the airport (Shuttle bus was there the whole time). Got to the airport on time! Once I flew back in on 3/12/2020 I exited the airport and went to the area designated on the ticket and called the office. The shuttle arrived 20 minutes later. I went back to the lot and paid my bill and waited another 20 minutes for my car. The same young lady that drove the shuttle retrieved my car after the front desk attendant called twice. This is the best part!!! since I waited so long I accidentally left my Backpack in the office. I loaded my carry on in my car and left. About 10 minutes away from my house (1 hr and 40 min drive) I realized I forgot my backpack. I called SNAP and spoke to the desk attendant. She confirmed that my backpack was there. I asked her if it was possible for them to ship it to me. She said hold on so I could speak to the Manager. Normandy got on the phone and could not have been any nicer!!! she told me that it would be no problem and that she would take the backpack to the post office at lunch time and ship it to me. I explained that I would need it ASAP. She sent me a picture of the backpack to confirm it was mine and then sent me a picture of the receipt that it was sent. she charged my card that was used for my earlier service and also sent me a picture of that receipt. She sent it 2 day mail but unfortunately (Not her fault) it arrived 4 days later!!! When I received the package I texted her and thanked her again. She said it was her pleasure!!! She went above and beyond and I am very grateful. The overall parking service has some issues to be worked out but Normandy's willingness to fix a bad situation makes me want to use their service again!!! am writing this review to express my deepest appreciation and praise Miguel Sanchez, Director of Operations at Snap Parking Garage at Newark Airport, New Jersey and the entire Snap Parking Garage staff and crew. We arrived late at night exhausted and tired from our flight. When we saw the shuttle, we were so relieved that we didn't have to wait for it. It was waiting for us right where they said it would be, which was great in and of itself since we were traveling with our daugher, husband and an infant. Since we were all tired and carrying so many items, I realized when I got home that I forgot one of my bags in the Shuttle. My daughter called immediately and explained what had happened. The person at the other end was extremely helpful, took down our information and immediately went to see if the bag had been turned in by the driver. When she located the bag, we had asked if she would mind holding it until the next day or would we have the option of having it sent to us (at our expense) since we were one hour away. She told us that she didn't think it would be a problem, but to call in the morning and speak with a manager. She also saw that we were nervous about the bag and assured us that it was safe with them. The next morning I called and reached Miguel Sanchez, who right from the start was amazing to deal with. He was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely attentive and helpful and had a great disposition. He listened, asked for specific details and assured me that he would do everything he could to get the bag back to me safely. I had a few options that he presented. All were amazing. The first one was sending it to me at their expense as long as it wasn't above a certain cost. The second, which was even more amazing was that he would drive it over himself. I just couldn't believe the service and professionalism of Miguel. Miguel went above and beyond our expectations. He is a totally committed and dedicated employee. Snap Parking Garage is very lucky to have him as their employee. Having such a great experience with Miguel Sanchez and the other staff members there who kept my bag safe is the reason that we will continue to park at Snap Parking Garage and recommend it to our friends and family. read more

Their basic service is fast and personable. My issue with them is that my car was filthy when I picked it up. There was white residue all over it and on the windows too which made it difficult to see on the drive home. There was also grease on the side of the door. For this reason, I doubt that I will ever use them again. read more

When I dropped off my car the male worker at the counter wasn't the friendliest. I tolerated that; it is the NYC metro area and rudeness is common in these parts. Drop off was at 7am - not my fault the guy didn't want to be there so early in the morning. No one did a walk-through to document the condition of the exterior of my car. When I returned, during the very early hours of a Sunday morning, my daughter and I waited 25 minutes in the pouring rain - from 12:40am to 1:05am for the shuttle van. Guess there was a lot of traffic at that hour... I've read that some folks have had to wait up to 45 minutes, but at 12:40am there was no traffic at all, just a whole lot of rain falling and 25 minutes seemed like a long time to have to wait. Now the 1-star rating justification begins. I must start by noting that my car is a brand new, 2019 Subaru, Crosstrek. When I dropped the car off I'd only been driving it for two weeks with about 550 miles on the odometer, and that new-car smell still going strong. Not one scratch inside or out when I dropped it off. Later that Sunday, in the clear of day, I checked the exterior of the car hoping not to find any scratches, since the night before I couldn't see much. Lucked out, no scratches at all. I then opened the driver side door and my eye immediately caught sight of a tear about a 1/2 inch long on the armrest of the center console on the driver's side. It looks like the long, grooved side of a key was pushed into the material on the armrest and dragged down or up, creating the 1/2 inch tear. When I got into the car at the parking lot it was dark and raining and I didn't notice it at all. I called SNAP Parking yesterday and my call was returned today. I was told they don't check for any preexisting interior damage, and therefore couldn't verify if the tear was caused by their worker while on their lot. I was offered one free day of parking. That's a crock. When I dropped off the car it was in pristine condition, inside and out. Taking care of their clients and being fair obviously isn't top on their priority list. I passed on their one-day free parking. I've used them since 2016 but don't plan on ever using them again. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a bad case of carelessness, instead of an intentional act to ruin someone else's property. Carelessness is never a good quality for any business, much less if they're going to handle your car. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! read more

Best parking garage for newark airport!!!! Seriously. The customer service is top notch. Right when you park you just go inside and Check in and a shuttle is almost always there within 2 minutes to take you to the airport. No standing around waiting like some other parking garages. The better part is when you're coming back from the airport. You just call, give your ticket number, and stand in the designated pick up area (depending on what terminal you're in). A shuttle is usually there within 5-7 minutes (awesome when it's freezing and snowy outside). Remember Where they dropped you off, it's usually also where you get picked up! Then when you get back, you just run inside to check out and grab your keys... Your car is waiting outside already and the staff usually helps to load your luggage! The wait time for everything is very minimal. They offer car washing services too. I recommend booking online prior to going. The rates are cheaper ($8 a day) and the check in and out = much faster since you're prepaid. Oh and pleas don't forget to tip your driver if they help you with luggage! It's the American way. Haha. But really, I use this place every time I fly and have not regretted it once! read more

Have always highly recommended out friends & family there as well. Always easy drop off & easy pick. No problem. My daughter decided to get a Bronze car wash there, of which I never do as I'd rather my car not move until pick up. Less chance for issues.. I asked her if they inspected the car? Which they usually do a walk around to see & note any damage coming in so that they would not be responsible Understandably. Flight was delayed & late. So when they got to pick up car, she didn't think to do a walk around & check if something was wrong with car. Drove directly home, parked in our driveway & went to bed. Next morning leaving for work noticed hood damage deep scratches & dings & windshield scratched Like from a car wash roller. Started calling 1st thing Monday morning. In order to speak with a manager. Was advised there is no manager there & someone will call back. Called again to speak with the person who handles the damaged cars, was advised he'd be in on Wednesday. No call back, Called Wednesday they said after 2pm. Then called after 2pm. & was advised he would not be in until Friday. The receptionist's there are ill advised as well as not very professional. In business when a customer calls with a complaint, It should be addressed right away. Good Business Practice. Anyhow finally get to speak with Johannes, he is the person to handle this. OK well after discussing with him he advised that there is absolutely nothing that can be done as there was not an incident report filed before leaving the lot as this is their policy. Again understandably . But I can say that I 've never checked my cars when picking it up, And Snap Parking should also be recommending to their customers to "Please check your car before leaving our property" for any damage to your car or we will not be responsible. That way if would remind people to check. I said that I understand your policy. But requested that they take a look at the time stamped cameras that they have on site. So that they can see when car came in without any damages AND when it came back from the car wash was damaged. I was advised that is not possible because there was no incident report filed. I'm sure there have been many incidents before as there are thousands of cars that park there daily. And after reading many reviews I can clearly see that people who have even filed incidents reports with Snap parking before leaving lot have yet to be satisfied. So I can see that they are accustom to showing no liability , just want to get out of their responsibility . And I would have expected to see more of an interest with an unhappy customer. Like was there any report from the car wash reporting incoming damage to the car , so that they weren't liable . Was there any notes anywhere of this hood damage by any of your employees? Hmmm seems a little fishy to me. And instead of saying we will do all we can to prove that we are no responsible for the damage while your car was parked at Snap Parking in any way. They just say once you leave the lot we aren't responsible . Like you're a liar . And are just trying to put blame on them. So word of advice. Park somewhere where they are more reputable. Find out Managers names & direct lines, as it seems all the receptionists can tell you is that they are either not in or too busy to talk to you... Or definitely do not let them wash your car ever. Or MAKE sure that you do a walk around before & take pics & or video of your vehicle before & at pick up to protect yourself & your vehicle. Because we did not file incident report...... We will now have to replace windshield & hood if not able to repair properly for a 2018 VW Tiguan that is only 3 months old. And it costs us an extra $20.00 for the Bronze car wash to now have to pay over $1000.00 in repairs. read more

This parking service was A-OK. I do prefer another service that costs the same per day but is closer to the airport. I found this lot to be a bit further than I would have liked. The staff are fine, but no one went out of their way to be friendly. Finally, we waited a bit longer to be picked up from the terminal because of a miscommunication between drivers. The second thought that the first had picked us up (he clearly hadn't) and so we had to jump up and down waving to get the second driver's attention. Really not a bad experience, but I do think there are better options. read more

We traveled 6 hours to Newark airport and parked for a week with snap parking. No hassle at all!! Dropped the car off and immediately off to the terminal. Upon return we called from baggage claim and within two minutes the driver was there waiting. Had a minor difference in the bill and the manager fixed it with the greatest of customer service. Car was waiting when we returned to the parking area and off we went! I will use this parking area anytime! read more

Great shuttle services, shuttle was there to take us to the airport and took about 10 minutes to come pick us up back to the parking lot after I called them. Super impressed! Recently parked here when I flew out of Newark for a 7 day vacation. It was our first time parking our car at any airport so we were apprehensive at first but after lots of research, decided that SNAP Parking would be our best bet. It cost about $80 for 7 days (pre-paid online) and well worth it. My only complaint is that the place is a little bit hard to find, especially if you are not familiar with NJ. Our car's GPS led us through all sorts of quiet shady looking streets and for a little while we were panicked because we thought we were lost. Once we did get there, it was smooth sailing. It was reassuring to see the gates, cameras, security guys, etc upon pulling in. There were even tire spike strips at the exit in case someone tries to drive off with your car, so this place is legit and safety is definitely a priority. Within 5 minutes of arriving, we were in the van being taken to the airport a short drive away. The driver was very polite. Our return was just as easy, we made a quick call after baggage claim and someone was there about 30 minutes after that. If I ever needed to fly out of Newark again, I would definitely consider SNAP in the future. Thanks! read more

We had an excellent experience with SNAP parking! We arrived there at 4:30am, our bags were loaded onto their van and we were quickly brought to EWR. After we arrived back from our trip we called SNAP to pick us up. Within 10 minutes the van was outside to pick us up and bring us back to our car. When the van pulled into the parking lot, our car was already for us to jump in and go! I will definitely be using SNAP parking for future trips! read more

I will never park here again! I parked my car here for 4 days in July. When I got back I had scuffs and a scratch on my front bumper. The employee there basically laughed in our face and told us he couldn't do anything we just had to fill out an accident report. I did so and also got JN contact with the manager. The manager told me that the damage looks like something that was done there and if I bought my car back they would fix it or if I decided to park there again they would fix it and also give me two days worth of free parking. So I just got home from a trip today. I decided to park my car there so that it can be fixed. The scratch was fixed but the inside of my tires were all rusted and my car was NOT washed. The first time we used SNAP we were running SUPER late due to a truck fire on the highway..I called them to tell them that yes, we were coming and will the truck fire be in the way of them getting us to the airport because our plan was leaving in 20 minutes? "Yes" they said, "that was the way we would go but we can go another way"..I told them our plane was LEAVING, not boarding..LEAVING in 20 minutes...can they get us there in time? they said they'd try...When we pulled into the parking lot, they met us at our car, grabbed our bags and said to jump into the van, I asked "Don't I need to go inside to do anything?" He said "Don't worry about it, take care of everything when you get back(I did pre-pay a small amount on line when I made my reservation, I'm not sure if that made a difference or not) So we said "Ok, and jumped into the van" The driver got us there within minutes and we did make our flight, barely, but we did make it. (Getting through security within minutes also was challenging, but done) One week later we had to travel again, and I didn't even hesitate...I made my reservation with SNAP. Again, superb and friendly Customer Service from the drivers of the vehicles to the girls in the office, I am sold on SNAP Parking! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! read more
