First off, let me say I'm a huge fan of Snappy Salads thanks to my experience at the location on Campbell Rd in Richardson, TX. I have Stage 5 Kidney Disease, and due to my condition, the staff (who were super-welcoming the second I walked in) was kind enough to let me build my own wrap to accommodate my dietary restrictions. That experience won me over as a returning customer at that specific location. Today, on my way back home, my girlfriend and I decided to stop by the Greenville Ave. location, expecting the same excellent service as the Campbell Rd location. From the second we walked in, we were treated much differently. The server didn't greet us and just started by asking what we wanted to order. When I asked if I could build my wrap, the manager on duty blurted out to the server, "We don't build wraps," dismissing my request entirely. My girlfriend explained that I couldn't order just anything off the menu because of my stage 5 Kidney Disease. The manager then reluctantly told the server to have us order a Caesar salad wrap and change the ingredients. Her demeanor made it clear that accommodating our order was an inconvenience. She wouldn't even look at us and stayed glued to her cell phone. It was one of the worst experiences I've had with a restaurant since my diagnosis. Her lack of empathy and professionalism really struck a chord with me, prompting this review (which I rarely write). It's disappointing, especially because of the outstanding service I received at the Campbell Rd location. While I still enjoy the food, the service at the Greenville Ave location needs significant improvement. The whole staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. This place is terrible. The salads are inconsistently made. I get the same thing every time and it's always different because the people that work there are completely inept. One time I had 64 croutons in my Caesar salad. (Yes, I counted because I was so shocked). Another time there was so much dressing I couldn't eat it. This last time was it for me though. This last time, I ordered online at 5:34pm. I get there at 6pm and am told they are "in the process". Then the guy walks over and starts making a salad that I assume is mine. Nope. It's for someone who isn't there yet. I sit there as 2 more customers walk in and have their salads made ahead of mine. They are now sitting next to me and eating while my salad is being made- incorrectly! How hard is it to make a Caesar salad with no croutons and dressing on the side?! read more

Wow! Another amazing experience at Snappy Salads! I love this spot for satisfying and delicious, fresh salads! I am not a huge fan of eating healthy since I tend to find most salads completely unsatisfying. I don't ever feel full and then eat unhealthy later as a result. That is not the case with Snappy Salads! You can pick tons of fresh toppings and the pre made salads are all very, very tasty. PLUS, the portions are HUGE! If the prices seem high just realize that you can easily take half home and eat for lunch the next day (I do that all the time). Even the half snap is huge! Plus lots of the ingredients are local and organic...another added bonus. The staff is so friendly and this is a great place for a quick lunch with friends or a quick pick up and go dinner after work. read more

Not a very good experience here it's my first time here first of all the salad are good but the service not good I order 2 salads and kids ck with fruit and spend 35$ with no drinks but I guess I order way too much food the lady was nice but didn't explain to me salad weren't individual they took for ever to get this two salad ready the other girls were rude and didn't seem to know what's going on they forget about my sons apple juice so I have to go inside to get it for a second time since it wants enough dressing on it I had to go ask for more the seems unorganized and the costumer service its very bad no worth 34 $ for lunch at all read more

I would not recommend coming during any type of rush hour. The system of ordering your salad takes a very long time to make and it is awkward whenever you're waiting at the register. Today I ordered a grilled avocado salad with grilled chicken and the woman behind me order the exact same thing. After paying for my salad I took a step back to let the next person pay(because my salad wasn't ready) and the woman at the register gave her my salad after she finished paying. She also gave the other woman my bread . I think a number/name system of some sort would work better. Until then I'll just have to come around 9pm. read more

I love this place! I can't wait to become a regular. I have been on a salad kick lately and this is the best in Dallas! I do also like Salata but they have more variety and are also much better than Crisp (I thought Crisp was waaaay too expensive and also it took ages to get my salad. Not going back there ever). I love that the staff is SO friendly at Snappy and the prices are pretty good considering the portions are HUGE! Added bonus - they have delicious bread and their soups are some of the best I have ever tried. A definite must! read more

This place is OK. I went in Tuesday at 5:o'clock. They weren't that busy but only had a couple people working. Seemed a little hectic. Also I got the grilled avocado salad. It wasn't that bad. It was decent. I'm not a salad guy maybe that's why I didn't love it. But I ate the whole thing. Tomato soup was terrible tho. read more

It was good but not worth $10! I would rather go to Eatzi's or Crisp to get a gourmet salad.
