The dining area was well kept up with, The staff is engaged and willing to answer any questions you have, and lastly the food ... One of the freshest salads & wraps I've ever had. Salads are customizable and if you get the mesquite grilled chicken for an additional cost it is so worth it, great flavor! For wraps I recommend the Chipotle wrap. The wrap is well put together, doesn't crumble when you take a bite & filled generously. (comes with chips and salsa, but wasn't to big on the salsa heat level- but to each their own!) The staff is always friendly, takes my allergy VERY seriously and makes me completely comfortable knowing how knowledgeable about their products they are. I love Snappy Salads!! I've been trying to eat more healthy lately while being a foodie and it's hard, but the salads here are fresh and filling. It's like the Subway for salads. You watch them make your salad so you know it's fresh and not pre-made. The customer set was great and you don't feel rushed while they are putting your salad together right in front of you. This place is in serious need of better mgmt! The employees seemed very dumbfounded when I ordered my meal which seemed pretty straightforward. They were more concerned about talking about who was taking who's shift so they could leave early. I hardly leave reviews but this place was a huge Fail. This place is the Harvey Weinstein of food. I left here feeling violated with high costs and poor service with Mediocre food quality (They we're serving iceberg lettuce that was turning brown.) Came in at noon on a Saturday and only one person was eating inside. Figured I would give this a try since I normally go to Salata, but felt even though their food is great it's a tad expensive. Now i realize this place makes Salata look like a bargain. Salata even gives bigger portions. Unfriendly staff greeted me with blank stares. Got a full salad with about 8 toppings. Decided to add chicken at the end. Get to the register and add an iced tea. She tells me my total is 19 bucks. Ummm what?! She explained the chicken was 5 dollars extra and all it was was 4 really tiny scoops of chicken that were cut up into really small pieces. Salad was just average and I paid about double for what the salad should actually cost. Can honestly say I will not be back here and I can't see them staying in business with those laughable prices. You want customers to leave this place happy after paying beyond premium prices? You better have the freshest ingredients and top notch service to back it up. This place is so far off with its poor staff and the fact they thought displaying brown lettuce is acceptable? Seems to be a severe lack of management here. read more

This was my second visit to this snappy salad and they just seem to have issues with quality & service. First go-round my husband and I wanted Ice tea to drink. Pretty common beverage. They were out but would get us some. We were about done with our entire meal when it still hadnt been started to brew, so we switched to soda to have something to drink. My 2nd trip was worse. The lady in front of me gave up trying to get the salad she had ordered 25 mins before hand and left. Then the lady behind the counter flung her avocado and pit across the restaurant. When my order was up the guy began to ring me up without even finishing my bam bam salad. They were out of couscous and I had to ask him to put the almonds and dried cranberries on - which are the basic ingrediants on the salad. I went out of my way to go to this location, but when I got to the register the girl with the red hair pulled back into the ponytail argued with me when my salad was done. She had never asked me what salad I ordered, instead she asked the person who prepared it. When the salad was being packaged up, she told me that it was my responsibility to let her know I had ordered salmon and that was an extra charge. When I let her know that she had never asked me what I purchased and instead asked the person preparing it she argued with me. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I will never go back. Unfortunately I took it to-go because when I got home it was absolutely drenched with too much dressing, so much that it had pooled at the bottom of the container. And there was barely any chicken, however the chicken was so salty that I wasn't too upset I didn't get more. As a whole it was just a terrible salad. This was my first time here. At any Snappy salad actually. My first impression was blah. The lady making my salad Looked miserable. Not a good first impression when trying a new establishment. I ordered the soup and salad. I thought it was reasonable priced. Perfect amount of food for me. The salad had the perfect amount of toppings to lettuce ratio. The Bleu cheese dressing was the best I've ever had. Soup was a bean soup that was very tasty. Dining room was akward with the long tables. This is par the course for a new fast food place in a busy shopping center. The bottom line, the salad was fresh, the avocado's were grilled perfectly, the Gorgonzola and Bleu Cheese Dressing is wonderful, and the topping options are perfect.
