Our family is new to Colorado and all about trying new places, this place did not disappoint, we were greeted by a very friendly server named Omar, we ordered our drinks and food and waited for our food to come out and Omar very generously sent over a cinnamon pancake for us to try while we waited for our food, it was delicious!!! We tried the breakfast burrito, the Benny duo and strawberry pancakes. Everything was delicious and very filling. Who doesn't love Snooze? This place is always packed. Stopped in on a week day that I had off and it was 1.5 wait. I've been visiting snooze for years. While I love the food I always over eat! Today I tried a spud special that was delightful. Added some bacon and avocado to my eggs and heaping pile of hashbrowns that kept me full well into the afternoon. I've come here twice in 3 months. It's consistent, flavorful but I can't help but crave a more mom and pop breakfast place. Due to the long wait times it can sometimes feel like they're making a big push to flip tables (which is understandable in these times but being upfront about the time alloted would go a long way). Execellent breakfast spot. There can be a bit of a wait on the weekend but the food and service are worth it. The restaurant is on the small size so tables are fairly close together. They have an outdoor patio that was enclosed during our visit because of the weather. They have coffee and corn hole outside while you wait for your table. My boys devoured their pancakes and I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich. My oldest had a flight of pancakes and loved having a variety instead of only one flavor. My youngest had the upside down pineapple and raved about them. He had leftovers for the next morning. They each ordered a side of sausage links. They came in an order of 3. Came here for breakfast, arrived early, was told 20-30 minutes so we went to a neighboring retailer. 10 mins later we were told our table was ready. Arrived and was sat in the outside area. It was very hot so we had to open the door. Our server saw us once, took our order and it took over 15 minutes to get our drinks ( bloody Mary). Our server never even apologized for the long wait. I finally received my drink, tasted no alcohol at all, very nice drink, but just tested like bloody Mary mix. The food was good, service, not so good, and drinks, just ok. My wife tried making payment on the tablet, but it died. It must be difficult probably taking on more tables, but it felt as if our waitress forgot about us. read more

Only 4 tables full and our waitress never came and checked on us for if there was anything we needed. I ordered a steemed milk for my cappuccino which was delicious I like a little more milk. Even though the restaurant was not busy the server was inattentive - never refilled our water glasses and only checked on us once, after we were done eating. There is always a wait at Snooze, but it's usually worth it. The food and drinks here are always good, and the service has always been great. I love a pancake flight and they do great cocktails, mocktails, and espresso/coffee drinks. The only thing I would suggest is that they change up the menu more often or add more seasonal items; the vast majority of the menu has been the same since they opened with very few new items added. read more
