I also treated myself to a Strawberry Shortcake Pancake, and it was absolutely delightful. The whipped topping was phenomenal--light, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the pancake. We put our name on the waitlist on Yelp and had to wait about another 30 mins when we got there. There were some seats that came available at the bar but we wanted a table. The service was good. Took a few minutes to get our food but it was worth it. I had the Monte Christo sandwich and it was good. Came here recently for brunch and was less than pleased with our experience. After being seated and waiting around 10 mins for our waiter to come, we waited an extra 15 mins to place our food order. During this time, the waiter had been chatting behind the bar with coworkers/ walking around without checking in, until we flagged him down. We noticed tables that had been seated after us already placing their orders and getting their food. By this time, the lunch/ brunch rush had died down we still waited. After we placed our order and waiting another 25 minutes, we finally got our food. This was almost a whole hour after sitting down. Once we were served, our waiter didn't come back to check in, during which time we needed a water refill and napkins, which we went to the bar ourselves to get. Atmosphere, food, service, all perfect. The menu has a little bit of everything you could want for breakfast and the portions are big, bordering on huge. My corned beef hash had big chunks of beef which is a departure from the almost ground up chunks. It was a nice change and served with scrambled eggs and tortillas...add some jalapeños and hot sauce and you have the perfect meal! The service was friendly and very helpful with the menu. This is the place for breakfast! Not one person on our group was disappointed in their breakfast. The food was amazing. I had the Sammie with bacon instead of sausage. It came with a side of hash browns. The pretzel.bunwas a perfect choice for this breakfast sandwich. Coffee, cappuccino, and mimosa's were being served freely. Had the most beautiful service at the south end location. Parking was a bit, tight, so account for some searching. I was taking my friends from out of town out in Charlotte and thought to stop by snooze because of its great location by the rail trail. So glad we did! We were able to chat with the sweetest hostess Sha'Myra. She is the best! So kind and lovely inside and out. The general manager was also very kind to come and check in with us. The food came out efficiently, and shout out to the option of sauces! My fav is the yellowbird hot sauces. They were out of the juice bar drink I wanted so that was a bummer but I got a green drink, which is great wait time was very long, but it is expected as it is a Saturday morning for brunch time we joined the waitlist online, which was pretty handy and only waited about 10 minutes here which was pretty nice. Came Friday morning for a late breakfast. I had been hearing about Snooze for some time but had never visited. My husband decided this would be a good to go. We went and that parking lot is so small and hard to maneuver. This was probably the worst parking situation I had ever been in. Anyways after about 10 minutes of trying to get into a spot that gave us some space we went in. The inside was bright and inviting. We were seated immediately and given menus. Our server Anika (sp) came over, introduced herself, and asked for our drink orders. We both got waters and he ordered a honey oat milk latte and I got a pineapple mimosa. We continued to look over the menu to see what we wanted to eat. I decided on the spuds deluxe with peppers and onions and he got the crab and asparagus omelet. While we waited, we enjoyed each other's company. Maybe about 10-15 minutes later our food came out and everything looked good. My meal had a nice heaping serving of hashbrowns with a nice crisp. Just needed a little extra seasoning. My mimosa was ok, nothing special. He liked his omelet. He said it had a nice flavor and that side salad was good too. Finally was able to make it to snooze. I was pleasantly surprised at all the options for the coffee drinks. I got the iced mocha with coconut milk. It was pretty good. The strawberry shortcake pancake was delicious. The pancake was fluffy and it wasn't too sweet. The burrito was ginormous, my only complaint is that there was too many beans and rice. More eggs cheese and maybe home fries would have been better. The salsa verde was good and the pico was fresh. Glad I finally made it here to try. Visiting Greensboro from CA and we always fly into Charlotte. So this time we arrived early morning and my Yelp and Google search landed us here. We absolutely loved it! Not many places have protein pancakes and these were DELICIOUS! I need the recipe and I need them to give a little more of that peanut butter sauce. I just so happen to search for brunch places on a Monday and it came up first on the list so my friend and I decided to go. She went ahead and put our names on the list because it was packed. One thing is have to say is the parking is horrible. There is not a dedicated parking space for this location and the parking is tight. When we arrived we gave them our name and showed the text message but it was for another location. We were bummed but decide to put our name in the waiting list as it was a 30 minute wait, we decided to look for seating at the bar. There were two seats but not next to each other. The host noticed as well and Went to put the two seats next to each other. It was so thoughtful of him. It's a nice size location with plenty of seating. We ordered mimosas right away. I ordered the mmm mmm mimosa and my friend ordered the blood orange mimosa. Both were really good as I ordered the blood orange for my second drink. I then ordered the egg scramble with spinach, tomato, onion along with toast and hashbrowns. My friend ordered waffles, egg whites and hash brown. Our bartender/ server Sam was very helpful when we asked questions and recommendations. He's the best! Our food came out quickly which was great because we were starving. Everything tasted great, and nice and hot. No complaints from our side. I want to give a special shout-out to Keith who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!
