Seriously guys just when I think Snooze can't top their already amazing breakfast they surprise me with the most glorious version of Eggs Benedict! With seared, cider braised habanero pork belly and bacon-espresso jam this right here will leave you excited for the day...or night because I'd eat this every minute of the day. Today I was out in Gilbert adventuring and had no idea this location was here so I had to stop by. Parking is kinda wonky and it's a downtown vibe so if you can't find street parking there are multiple large parking lots as well as a parking garage. It's an easy walk to this location as well as TONS of other places to eat. Service was awesome from the start. We were greeted instantly and everything came out so quick. Alon with my eggs Benedict my niece ordered the kids scrambled eggs and toast which also comes with hash browns and fruit. If you've never been to snooze they are known for things like their pancake flights which is where you can try 3 of their specialty pancakes in a smaller version. Today I ordered a full size pineapple upside down pancake to share with my niece. OMG it was HEAVEN! I also had a latte and a got chocolate. There is also tons of outdoor seating with corn hole games. My entire bill was only $32. So worth it. read more

This time, while still tasty, it had apparently filed a formal complaint against the word **"crispy"** because there was very little evidence to support the claim. Even the bartender agreed with me that it was somewhat misrepresented. **Pro tip:** Get the sauce on the side. It will help preserve what level of crisp that is intended for this dish. Now, let us move on to the **star of the evening.** The new chicken parmigiana! **Holy mother of God. Butter my butt and call me a biscuit.** This may genuinely be one of the most beautiful, perfectly textured, and downright delicious chicken parmigianas I have ever had. The chicken was crisped to absolute perfection, and the way they layered the marinara on top was brilliant. Rather than drowning the chicken in a traditional, liquidy sauce, they used more of a bruschetta-style topping, which gave it texture while somehow allowing the breading to remain gloriously crispy. **Hands down, one of the best chicken parmigianas I have ever had.** Now we just need to pray to whatever culinary deity is responsible for consistency that they can replicate this thing every time, because this one was *ridiculously* good. One final recommendation: **split the dish.** Unless you are the kind of person who considers a family-size portion a light snack, there is plenty of food here for two.

First time here. Friendly staff and cool, retro decor (think Jetsons) and an interesting menu with some unique takes on breakfast and lunch standards. Our Initial overall reaction was very positive, but almost immediately after sitting down it became apparent the restaurant is EXTREMELY NOISY (yes I'm yelling with ALL CAPS because in Snooze it's the only way to be heard). Why do restaurant designers decide to go all hard surface. We had to raise our voices, as did our server, just to ask questions and place our order. Really uncomfortable and virtually impossible to carry on a normal, relaxed conversation. FYI, it was mid-week late morning, so I'd hate to hear what it's like when really busy. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps where we sat was the focal point and other locations in the restaurant will be a bit quieter. If you're bothered by high sound levels, be sure to come when Snooze isn't busy and/or ask for the quietest spot in the restaurant. On the positive side, our server was excellent. Very friendly and helpful, taking her time explaining many of the dishes to us newbies and giving us some helpful suggestions. The food was very tasty. I enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros and my wife had an Eggs Benny Duo of Chile Verde Benny and Chilaquiles Benedict. Everything was hot and flavorful with a new twist on old standards,. While less food for the money and perhaps not as fulfilling as some of our other favorite places, we'll definitely come back whenever we want something unique and different for breakfast as there are some fantastic sounding items on their menu we want to try. We were also impressed enough that we'll try them for lunch. The only thing keeping us from making this a frequent place will be the extreme noise level. Promoting perversion (drag shows) implies that this business and establishment does not welcome people and families who seek truth, goodness, and beauty. The back patio is especially enjoyable, complete with cornhole that adds a playful, laid-back vibe to the atmosphere. This was my third visit, and each experience has been consistently excellent--enough to confidently share a review. A major highlight was our server, Tammy, who elevated the entire visit. She brings a rare combination of deep menu knowledge, genuine warmth, and intuitive hospitality. I made a Yelp account for the sole purpose of telling people about my experience at Snooze in Gilbert. I went in and was signed in by a friendly hostess. I was informed that I would receive a text when my table was ready (4 people on a Saturday). The quoted wait time was accurate. Food was ok. Nothing to write home about. Then here comes the service. After being sat , we waited and waited. Then waited. Then waited even longer. Eventually, our server (Jessica) greeted us. She was pushy and rude at times. It was my first time at Snooze and I had questions and it seemed like every time I asked something, she responded with an attitude. I knocked off a star for the food not blowing my socks off. And then knocked off 2 more stars for the slow and rude service. I'm going to give it another try because I see the potential, but I just won't sit in Jessica's section. read more

So before I came back to Arizona my friend made this sou d like the greatest restaurant ever so I knew I had to check it out. I got here around 8 I the morning and the place was PACKED! I get seated and I try out the pineapple upside down pancake and I am not a fan of pancakes but I get this wonderful bread from heaven and I think I've completely changed get my mind about them lol. My main order was a vanilla Iced latte and a breakfast pot pie. I'm pretty sure they make everything that they cook from scratch and I've got to say that was the best pot pie I've ever had in my life! As far as service goes they were extremely polite and made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely will go here again in the near future. read more

I had an amazing experience at Snooze in downtown Gilbert, and it was all thanks to Tammy, the best waitress ever! From the moment a l sat down, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended an out-of-this-world breakfast, and she was absolutely right--it was fantastic! I can't say enough great things about Tammy. Her energy, attentiveness, and enthusiasm made the entire meal even more enjoyable. Whoever hired her made the right choice because she is truly awesome! If you're heading to Snooze, make sure to ask for Tammy--she'll make your breakfast experience unforgettable. The plate meals were so small, the cups were small and the service was good with the waitress the meal was $80 which is okay we tipped and the amount came once we tipped we left and there was a charge on my husband phone for $120 when we did not authorize it I called and asked for manager and the person who picked up said she was manager she was extremely rude (Leslie) and I explained the issue the amount that was collected & she puts me on hold but forgot to put me on mute and said I'm a fucking idiot and I sound like a bitch when I told her she never put me on mute she said she was talking about someone else , so unprofessional! Went there with a party of 4. My poached eggs were cold, and the inside of my hash browns came out of a freezer because the inside was still frozen. Another party theirs was the same, the two others there's was fine. But I couldn't eat it. I won't be back I'm not one to bring it up and cause a fuss with someone making my food. Also, they have a rainbow flag which is fine, but there's a flag law that states any flag put up needs to also have the national flag up also. Let's respect everyone not just certain groups either no flags would be best if you can't tolerate a US flag. I had the opportunity to attend the soft opening at snooze this morning. I'm impressed, to say the least! The food is delicious, great atmosphere, super friendly staff and I love the energy. My sister and I ordered a pancake flight (pineapple upside down, blueberry and strawberry shortcake). They were all amazing. We also ordered a duo Benedict (caprese and chilaquiles) as well as a breakfast pot pie (can't remember the exact name). Our server, Dylan, was informative, friendly, accommodating and fun. I can't complain about anything. Whoever said "you snooze, you lose," has never been to the Snooze eatery. (Cheesy, I know). I can't wait to return! :) read more

My son and I went to Snooze for the first time. Wow! I have truly never had a better breakfast. I got the half order under the "art of hollandaise" of the Ham Benedict III and the Chile Verde Benny. The sauces were wonderful and there were very distinct flavors to each. The hash browns were very well seasoned. There was also a topping of fresh, wonderfully seasoned Pico de Gallo. My son got the Peach Pie pancakes which were HUGE and again probably the best pancakes we have ever had...fresh chunks of peaches, perfect fluffiness, and smooth cream accents. I strongly recommend this place. We did go on a weekday which may have helped...no long wait. read more

I've ordered breakfast to-go from Snooze a few times in the last month. Ordering and pick-up is a breeze. My order is always accurate and the food is hot delicious! The breakfast tacos (add pulled pork) are phenomenal. Corned beef hash is homemade and so good. If you have a sweet tooth, order a pancake flight with OMG French toast, cinnamon roll pancake and pineapple upside down pancake. You'll thank me later! The managers and servers are super cute, fun and hard workers. I appreciate that they wear masks and sanitize everything so well. I hope to work there one day! Lol. read more

Went to eat at snooze the wait is long but since we were there on Saturday we walked through the farmers market around the corner. We got seated in under an hour but worth it mimosas with orange and pineapple juices are a sweet treat and If you get the chance to sit in Katie's section she will deliver a fun personality that pairs well with cinnamon roll pancakes or the Cornbeef Hash or Eggs Benedict Ranchero. Great food. Awesome staff. We had Jessica and she was great. She was helpful with her recommendations and she even sent out a pineapple upside down pancake for us to try. Under normal circumstances, it would not be something my husband or I would order, but dang if it wasn't tasty. What a nice surprise! We visited Snooze for Sunday brunch, and the place was packed! The wait for a table was almost an hour, which wasn't surprising for such a popular spot. After being seated, our table was wiped down but still quite wet, which was a bit annoying. Unfortunately, they had run out of my favorite item, so I had to choose something else.
