We stopped by Snooze A.M. Eatery around noon on June 22nd for brunch, and it definitely lived up to the fun brunch atmosphere! The restaurant was clean, lively, and had great music playing throughout our visit. It makes for a great day-date spot or a family brunch. Corned Beef Hash - 8/10 This was hearty, flavorful, and very satisfying. I also loved that it came with your choice of bread and eggs, making it a well-rounded breakfast. I'd definitely order it again. Bacon But Different - 6/10 The bacon had a nice peppery kick with a sweet-and-spicy flavor that was unique and tasty. My only complaint is that you only get two slices I definitely wanted more! Upside Down Pineapple Pancakes - 7.5/10 A fun seasonal addition to the menu! They had just the right amount of sweetness, and honestly, they didn't even need syrup. Perfect if you're looking for something a little different without being overly sweet. Snooze Breakfast Burrito - 7/10 Very hearty and filling with generous portions. It paired really well with the salsa and is a solid choice if you're looking for a savory breakfast. Overall, Snooze delivers a fun brunch experience with generous portions and a great atmosphere followed by attentive service. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu! read more

I have been to numerous Snooze's and there is not one I haven't had an issue with. The businesses are always clean and the staff are always very nice and always helpful. At this location parking was decent since it was in a sopping center and once I walked in I was quickly seated and served. I ended up getting the Protein Omelet along with half a Bravacado Toast with beans. Everything tasted amazing and the price was decent. Absolutely delicious! We had such a great experience! I ordered the Brevocado Toast with sunny-side-up eggs and an iced lavender latte, and everything was fresh and delicious. My husband had the Meat Trio Omelette with French toast and an iced coffee, while my daughter ordered the Strawberry Shortcake Pancake with a hot latte. We all loved our meals! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and our waiters were amazing--friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back with the rest of our kids. My favorite egg benedict of all time was their Crabcake Benny... however, they have new menu items featuring avocado, and their avocado Smash Benny is to die for! My infatuation with snooze a.m. eatery has been reignited! The Parmesan crusted English muffin with the smashed avocado and poached egg is unreal! After a swim session, my daughter needed some fuel. What better place to get some brunch than Snooze. We walked in and immediately found some great bar seating. The place was packed so the wait for our food was somewhat long. In the meantime, we were kindly greeted and offered a nice selection of drinks. The strawberry shortcake pancakes were a hit with my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the massive breakfast burrito and chicken sausage. This was definitely a 5 of 5 experience. Five star service everyone was nice shout out to the brother and a Red durag who helped us even though we weren't his table

Well, we didn't get to taste the food. We decided to leave because we waited for 65 minutes (after being told that the waiting time was 30min, when 30 min hit, they told us customers had paid but didn't leave the tables, when 50 min hit, she said they didn't have small tables available but she would see what she could do, when 65 min hit, we decided to leave). Please make sure that you plan for a hour waiting time, AT LEAST. They are NOT honest when they give you the estimate time. Double the time they give you. Also if you are a small group,let's say 2 or 3 people they will not give you a large table. They will reserve those for larger groups. Soooo on that reasoning, if a party of 8 people shows up, they will put them in front of you. We won't be coming back. Not worth it. Ok so whenever I'm in Texas, this is my breakfast place! Snooze AM is amazing. The inside is bright and speaks to me. The eggs are cage free and food is responsibly sourced. Waitstaff are always happy and friendly. Plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. Many items on the menu that are available to modify for allergy reasons. Mimosas and a full bar along with made to offer coffee drinks. The only thing that makes me pause, glad we don't have one home, cause I'd spend all my food budget here on breakfast alone! I've been to Snooze one too many times. Each time I go, I say I'm never going back but it was conveniently located for our party today. I do like the atmosphere and our service was good. I left our server a great tip to show that this is the part they're doing right. But, the food is just not great. It's just Sysco crap. Liquid eggs that are barely yellow, served cold. French toast served cold and nothing like pouring cold, like straight out of the frig cold, syrup. Cuz, yeah, everyone definitely wants to pour ice cold syrup on their already cold French toast. For gods sake, you're a breakfast place that should serve real eggs and hot syrup. The eggs literally have zero flavor. When they brought them back hot, they were runny and gross. They took my sausage, which was hot, and didn't bring it back until my second breakfast was done. My son ate most of it... bc he will eat anything. The French toast was fine this time other than cold and had to be made again. Other times my French toast is soggy. Quality control is a serious issue. Burn out has got to play a factor... and low standards that I'm no longer willing to support. I'll be looking for locally owned spots that care about quality and actually know how to serve breakfast hot. This is the kind of restaurant that a whole city needs to boycott until they choose to do better. You're feeding our city literal crap. Stop it! read more

I hadn't been to this location in ages but was getting some car work done and it was nearby. So I stopped in and glad I did. I got an espresso martini and their breakfast platter with chorizo, egg, hashbrowns and tortillas. This kept me full most of the day. The espresso martini was such a treat. It's hard for me to find these most places and they did such a great job. The bartender was fast and friendly and great at keeping up with the crowd as it picked up. She continued to check on everyone there even when hectic. I eventually moved to the patio since it was such a nice day. They have a nice outdoor area with umbrellas and nice shade along with jenga. The eggs were good nothing special there, bacon chewy and crisp perfect combo and now the Signature Pancake flight, the strawberry short cake one was nothing short of delicious strawberry delicacy , the sweet potato pancake melts right into your mouth and for a tropical thrill the pineapple upside down pancake was amazing! Pair it with a French Toast Latte and made for a flavorful breakfast! If you have not tried this spot, you are missing out!! I have not had the pleasure of dinning in and I figured out why today.... this place is poppin!! You can barely find parking, even to pick up. The popularity is real and well earned. Since I haven't had any other experience than take out twice, I can confirm it's all about the food with these folks. The flavor is great, the offerings are unique, the packaging is nice, everything legit feels premium. So far I've gotten the spuds deluxe with scrambled eggs, pancake flight, and OMG! French Toast. With the spuds, they aren't over killing the seasoning, the flavors blend well, it's a great compliment or stand alone dish. Here is the kicker... I normally don't like shredded hash browns but will try to like them once in a while. I'm glad I tried here because something about the way they make these hit for me. The French Toast is a beautiful combination of flavors. The strawberries are fresh and sweet! Pairs perfect with the potatoes. The pancake flight is a great way to try out a few flavors. I have never had pancakes made this way. Usually it's a regular buttermilk pancake and toppings. This version is a flavor explosion with great toppings. I now want to try all the things in the menu. We tried the regular drip coffee which did not impress me, but I'll try one of their specialty coffees next time. I ordered one of their juices, it was fabulous. I enjoy any restaurant that allows for you to join the waitlist online, especially have a disabled grand parent, waiting without seats for periods of time can be difficult. I appreciate the host for also giving us a table that better accommodating my grandmother. Our server was kind and courteous, another server can by and provided drink refills as they were making rounds table to table. My vanilla latte wasn't my favorite, I drank it, but likely wouldn't re order that in the future. Food wise: I tried everything and it was all delicious. I demolished my Smashed Avocado Benedict. Clean plate club. Overall, I enjoyed our trip and would return. On a side note: handicap parking for this area is a bit wonky, there are no handicap spots or ramps in front of the restaurant and you have to park near the corner of the complex to access the ramp. read more

I've been to Snooze many times, but this was my first time at this location--and overall, it was just okay. The experience felt a bit mid, and some of the food didn't quite hit the spot. I ordered the All-Meat Omelette with hashbrowns. The omelette was decent, nothing bad, but the hashbrowns tasted off. The potatoes had an unusual flavor and texture--kind of undercooked and mushy. I even tried the hashbrowns from the other plates at the table, and mine was definitely the odd one out. We also had the bacon appetizer, which was really good--a great mix of sweet and spicy flavors. Then we tried the pancake flight, which included Cinnamon Roll, Strawberry Shortcake, and Pineapple Upside Down Cake. My favorite was definitely the pineapple one--it melted right into the pancake and soaked it in flavor. The other two were decent. Service was great, and even though the place was packed, the wait time flew by. Overall, it wasn't a bad visit--just not as solid as what I've come to expect from other Snooze locations. Came here for brunch before we went to a convention and we checked in on Google but when we got there asked if bar was open seating and the hostess says it is so we were able to find a quicker seat and under 10 minutes. We ate at this place in Houston and did not realize that there was one in San Antonio and the food is really good. I had something with like eggs Benedict and my wife got something with hash and it was really good. Coffee was on point and they also serve liquor for your bloody Mary's. The vibe is really nice. They have a TV if you wanna watch a game while you eat your breakfast or your brunch. Definitely one of the places I'm gonna be checking out. read more

I've been two times and both times, it honestly wasn't my favorite. I've gotten the juan's breakfast tacos and for me, it needed a lot more flavor and I've also got the OMG french toast. I did like the french toast as it was layered with mascarpone topped with strawberries and toasted coconut. The only thing is that it does get quite busy on the weekends and the environment gets extremely loud making it difficult to talk to the person next to you. Other than that, i'm willing to give it another shot! read more
