I have passed this place many times and today was the day that I decided to give this place a try. Worst experience EVER! First I walked in and they sat us at a table but we asked to sit outside as it was very loud the music was up waaaay to loud. The folks next to us said it is really loud as well. We asked to be seated outside. Took the waiter quite a while to welcome us however we gave him our drink order coffee and water. He dropped it off and of course I needed sweetener. I waited and waited and waited finally I went in and asked for sweetener and pointed to our waiter and advising I think he had forgotten about us. It was 15 minutes before he came back out. I peeked in and he was just standing around. We finally place our order and what seemed like an eternity we finally received our food. My husbands was lukewarm by that time we just wanted to be done. It's unfortunate as I do not plan on ever coming back to this location ever again. I forgot to mention the other folks sitting behind us were complaining how slow it was as well with their waiter. Horrible experience I do not recommend. Definitely not worth the hype!!! Better service and food at IHOP. read more

This place was amazing! I'm a huge breakfast fan, and my husband and I always try to eat at new places when we travel. This spot was recommended to us by a family friend, and I'm so glad we came! They quoted us a 1.5-hour wait, but it was only about 1 hr, and it was 100% worth the wait! Not only was the food excellent, but the service was truly exceptional. Gave our table away because we couldn't get there fast enough. Told us the wait was 60-75 minutes by the hostess, the text, and the app and were placed 32nd in line. Actual wait was 15 minutes. Wow! So good and what a fun atmosphere. We ordered sweet potato pancakes without the toppings as listed on the menu. They were great with just butter and some real! maple syrup. Also had the Spuds with scrambled eggs, avocado and sausage and it was enough food for 2+ people. Honey oat milk latte was yummy too. We forgot to take photos because we couldn't wait to dive in! We have been to many Snooze locations over the years, but this was among the best experiences. Our server this morning was Felix (spelling?). We have been traveling and eating out all week in D.C., Virginia, and Baltimore, and this was hands down the best service we have had this trip. The new building has a great open atmosphere as we expect from Snooze and the food is consistently amazing. We brought two new people to Snooze and I think they're hooked now too. If you're looking for an unforgettable breakfast at a great value, stop here. I promise you won't be upset, but get here early because the rush is no joke. It's great food, and very interesting to see a breakfast place place with a full bar. The eggs Benedict was great! But the steak version of it actually wasn't that great. I tried the Benedict sampler and the traditional ones were better. It was good, but I don't quite understand why the original one had lines out the door?? Emperor's New clothes maybe?? read more

Food was pretty good here. I always get the ham Benedict and you can never go wrong. My husband ordered the steak and eggs Benny and said the steak wasn't great- it was poor quality steak and chewy with no flavor. Another con- it took our food almost 30 minutes to come out. Our waitress was very apologetic but we were there with our kiddos who were getting impatient. It's still pretty new so hopefully they work out the kinks. read more

I had ordered the smashed sweet potato veggies vegan style, meaning no eggs which comes with it for pick up, it comes with asparagus and avocado. I had order the maple peper sauce on the side since I don't like maple, which I believe will make it very sweet because the sweet potatoes are already very sweet. I really enjoyed this combination and my stomach was full and content. I will def eat again, the only thing is that they charged me the same price without the eggs and I feel they should have either charge me a few dollars less or ask me to add a substitute for the same price. read more

Legit for a high end breakfast. High quality and sophisticated tastes. Would recommend!

It's good food, but staff is lacking leaving the patrons wanting a more positive fun diner experience. They are more interested in turning and burning. Been here a couple times. We prefer the bar too over being seated. The bar staff are more pleasant to be around. Worth it to try the food once. read more

Came in 1230 to a moderately busy restaurant, decided to sit at the bar, no problem. After ten minutes not a single person greeted me. I just kept making eye contact with several people who were working, nothing. Even the woman sitting next to me made a comment about "I guess they don't want to serve you" jokingly... Probably not concerned with my business but hopefully someone reads this and has an informed decision. read more

Could not get on the waitlist for due proximity to restaurant. We were staying more than 20 miles away. It appears the target is on for people within 20 miles. We went somewhere else that would waitlist us. It not an immediate loss of revenue for Snooze because they have other people waitlisted. However they lose our business in the future. read more

They have an amazing gluten free list of options. I have eaten there many times and not gotten sick! The service is always great.

Usually, they focus on excelente service. Food is good don't get me wrong. But today was one of the worst experience that we had. We are not complaining because we want something for free, we do this because we know how the service should be. As an industry people we know better and no because we work on this we should accept less than we deserve, our drink order was delivered wrong, we asked for limes for our soda water and never got them. We order bacon but different first and came out with the entire order, we informed the bartender and she argued with us, saying that she can't control the kitchen. She cried and by any means we wanted this to happen, we just wanted the food in a timely manner. We had to ask for the next drink, because they never asked us if we want another mimosa, or if we want ketchup or any other sauce to go with out food. The bartender informed the managers and not even one of them came to talk to us. I know how everything works with you guys, And we felt very very mistreated. Looks like no one in this place (besides de tall skinny guy) cares about your ravers. Usually the bartender Styles takes great care of us but today he wasn't there. We loved Snooze! There was a wide variety of things to choose from ....from savory breakfast sandwiches to rich pancake flights. The coffee and mimosas were also wonderful! My only suggestion would be to either make a reservation or be prepared for a wait! read more

The wait was horribly long, the coffee tasted like hot water, and the food wasn't very good. I had the Benny Duo, the hollandaise sauce bay a bitter taste and the pork underbelly was undercooked. I will say once we were seated the service was prompt and kind. read more

(Westminster) This is probably my favorite breakfast place. Really great flavors and our waiter was great. The manager is very nice. Here was our issue. These guys are always so, so busy and if you don't do the hold my place in line option you will always have a very long wait. We live in Lakewood, so traveling to Westminster is an effort. Is it worth it, yes. The food is that good and the staff is very good and make the experience a good one. read more
