Snorkel Bob sign, says 8-5 Every Day

Awesome to be able to see the fish without my glasses! 10/10 thank you snorkel Bob for the rental.

For a family of 6, Richard was amazing getting us hooked up to snorkel. He made sure all the kids had the right fit. We kept the gear for a week and used it everyday. He also has a great selection of boogie boards which we also enjoyed. Thank you Richard for your help and kindness. BTW he can also book your tours.

There are only 4 passengers plus pilot. 2 spots in back seat and 2 spots in front seat with pilot in front. Could not see over control gauges and definitely could not take any pictures without parts of helicopter or passenger/pilot body parts showing. He even let us start with a quick prayer over the mics as we were lifting off. We flew with a group of four plus Preston. I sat in the front middle and was plenty warm in pants and a jacket. My friend was in the back with her husband and she was freezing in pants and a jacket, so wear layers in the winter - especially if you run cold. Despite the wind and light rain, Preston kept us steady and comfortable the entire flight and went out of his way to show us places we had hiked or planned to visit during our stay on the island. Doors-off was definitely the way to see all of God's beautiful creation without limits. Seriously, the parts of the island we couldn't have seen any other way were such a gift to see 360° from the air. Magnificent doesn't even begin to describe it. If you do one tour/tourist thing on Kauai, make it be this. You won't regret it. Thanks, Preston, for making our friend's 40th birthday unforgettable!

Flying over the Nā Pali Coast, Waimea Canyon, and waterfalls you can't even hike to was unreal, but having the doors off made it a completely different experience. The wind, the views, the adrenaline... it was next level. Our pilot was incredible, super knowledgeable, made us feel safe the whole time, and pointed out so many hidden spots we would've never noticed. If you're even thinking about doing this, DO IT. It's worth every single penny.

From the moment we arrived, Auntie Mae made us feel so welcomed. She was warm, kind, and organized -- the kind of person who instantly makes you feel like you're in good hands. Her energy set the tone for the whole experience, and you could tell she genuinely cared about everyone having an incredible time. Travis, our pilot, was amazing. The flight felt smooth, safe, and absolutely breathtaking. He shared great insight throughout the tour without overwhelming us, and he made sure we got the best views possible. Doing doors-off was unreal -- feeling the wind and seeing the Nā Pali Coast without glass in the way made it feel so raw and magical. The cliffs, waterfalls, and coastline looked like something out of a movie. We're still talking about it. If you're considering booking, just do it -- and definitely go doors-off. Huge thank you to Auntie Mae and Travis for such an unforgettable experience.

The check in process was well organized, and we got a clear and easy to understand safety briefing. The boarding procedure, based on where we sat, was also well organized. The ride itself was phenomenal. Our pilot, Robby, was very informative about Kauai, its landscapes, and its history. We saw many places that are only visible from air, such as the waterfalls used in Jurassic Park, Mount Waialele's crater, and some lush valleys. The experience of flying through Waimea Canyon was indescribable, as was flying along the Na Pali Coast. The views of both were absolutely priceless, and we got new angles and hidden areas that could never have been possible on the road or from the water. The soundtrack during the ride was also great. Overall, a highly recommended tour if you are in Kauai, especially as the majority of the island can only be viewed by air.

In addition, the recent rains provided dozens of waterfalls that the pilot was surprised to see., Speaking of the pilot he was fantastic and tlaked history of the island and pointed out all the sights and valleys. We always get the USB recording of the flight because they have multiple cameras around the bottom of the helicopter and it includes the audio. We have flown Blue Hawaiian on the Big Island twice and now Kauai. They are by far the best in the business in our opinion. We flew a competitor on Maui and were very disappointed. Blue Hawaiian helicopters are limousines that fly.

Prior to coming here, I had booked online about ten days in advance. The next day, I received a call to confirm the date and our weight. By the way, they also say, if you plan to a heli-ride then schedule it at the beginning of your trip. This is due to the unpredictable weather, and flights can be cancelled at any time. It's apparently common that flights get rebooked. I had originally booked a Tuesday, but due to weight balancing with another couple, the guy who called to confirm mentioned we need to fly on Wednesday. Rescheduled, and no problem, and totally understandable. We were here at the end of March, and I received a text from Tracy, who again confirmed our flight time. Excellent communication. The helicopter hanger was easy to find as well, as it's near Lihue Airport. And it's a white dome shaped hanger that you cannot miss. When we entered, we were entertained by Freddy who later helped us get secure into the helicopter. Before flying, Shea gave us a briefing on the safety rules. She even showed us a live map of the current crew that's on tour flying around. Thank you Tracy, Freddy, and Shea for helping us from start to finish. Other details for other to know, they have small storage lockers. They rent cell phone harnesses for $5. And they do not have restrooms, but have outside porta-potties. Bring a jacket too, because you never know. No sandals allowed. Ready to take-off, Max was our pilot, and he did one hell of a flight! I questioned the weather, questioned the clouds, questioned my seat belts, and even questioned our pilot. But then realized, ummm, I'm in the air already OH WELL!!! Gotta trust the pilot, gotta trust your seat belt, and just start taking pictures. For some reason, I wanted to sit in the two backseats versus the front, and we did. My photos still came out amazing! Everything was simply memorable, thank you Max!
