There's 2 showings of this and I got to see a bit of the one at 10:15 PM (smaller crowd due to people already wanting to leave the park since it closes in 45 minutes at 11 PM during the trip I was there). Lots of lights beaming out of It's a Small World and colorful lights and projections all around, showcasing Disneyland's 70 years including scenes from other parts and attractions around the park like Main Street, Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain, the Enchanted Tiki Room, Fantasmic!, Peter Pan's Flight, The Haunted Mansion, Star Wars Rise of the Resistance, Tiana's Bayou, and much more. It's done in the same style as the 2D art used for It's a Small World so that's neat. Was surprised to hear "Hellfire" from the Hunchback of Notre Dame (banger song by the way) and other mixes in like Remember Me by Coco and a speech by Walt Disney. Definitely worth a quick watch or to ride It's a Small World or Casey Jr. Circus Train during it.

The Tapestry of Happiness is a nighttime projection show at Disneyland Park. It's created for the Disneyland 70th Anniversary celebration which runs from May 16, 2025 through summer 2026. The show transforms the front of It's a small world attraction into a vivid canvas of lights, animation, and music. The show celebrates seven decades of unforgettable Disneyland moments. The show had a variety of beloved attractions, classic experiences, and iconic imagery animated as mosaic on the front of It's a Small World. My husband and I ended up sitting on the benches that were slightly elevated just before It's a Small World ride. It was perfect seating for the show! We also got lucky and got to see the animated Holiday show prior to the the Tapestry of Happiness, which was pretty cool. The show is approximately 5 minutes. The projections features familiar characters and scenes from Main Street U.S.A, Pirates of the Caribbean, to Haunted Mansion and Fantasmic! and even more! There were so many beautiful bursts of color and motion! The visuals were synchronized with the soundtrack that features the original Celebrate Happy Theme song. The Tapestry of Happiness typically runs multiple times each evening as part of Disneyland's nighttime entertainment lineup. You'll want to check the Disneyland mobile application for showtimes. During the evening events, It's packed with a lot of different offerings like the Paint the Night parade and Wondrous Journeys. Over the holidays, there were the Wintertime castle light up, the Holiday fireworks, and the Holiday parade! I highly recommend checking out the Tapestry of Happiness at Disneyland if you're visiting during the 70th celebration!

Hollywood Land is an immersive area at Disney California Adventure Park that is inspired by…read more1930s-1940s Hollywood filmmaking. It was one of the parks' opening lands in 2001. Some attractions here are Monsters Inc, Animation Academy, and Mickey's PhilharMagic. There's also an outdoor theater that hosts performances. There's not as much to do in this area compared to the other lands and is more of a relaxing area with more chairs and tables for sitting.

I decided on my last trip to check it out. There is only one ride in Hollywood Land - Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! That ride will eventually close for the upcoming Avatar land. The Red Car Trolley that used to run up and down the street also closed down recently. This area has changed a lot since it was called Hollywood Pictures Backlot when the park first opened. The 2,000 seat Hyperion Theater has shown musicals like Disney's Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular, Frozen - Live at the Hyperion and Rogers: The Musical over the years. I saw the Aladdin years back. Mickey's PhilharMagic is a 4D film attraction. I remember a Muppet attraction that was once here, but I guess that is gone too. The Disney Animation Building is cool if you are into seeing how Disney magic comes to life. There are a few places for food and drinks and a place to shop. Other than that, there is not much here other than it is a cool place to go for a stroll.

After you've been walking around California Adventure feeling like a rotisserie chicken, this ride is pure salvation. You sit down, cool off, and suddenly life isn't so hard anymore. As soon as "Under the Sea" starts playing, I can't help myself. I don't care if I can sing or not I'm singing. The colorful scenes are awesome, Ariel is as charming as ever, and it brought back memories of taking my girls to Disney when they were little. Even my son enjoyed it, which says a lot because getting him excited about a singing mermaid wasn't exactly on my Disney bingo card. The best part? You're usually on and off in about ten minutes. No standing in a three-hour line wondering if your shoes have permanently melted to the pavement. Instead, you get to sit back, relax, enjoy the music, cool off, and remember that Disney doesn't always have to be about screaming at the top of your lungs. Some rides give you an adrenaline rush. This one gives you a chance to lower your heart rate, rest your feet, and secretly wish the ride lasted another five minutes because... let's be honest... that AC is doing some heavy lifting. I lowkey wish my house looked like The Haunted Mansion - cobwebs and all! I'm not sure if I like the OG version of the ride or the Nightmare Before Christmas version that runs from the Halloween season through the end of the year. With the NBC version, Jack Skellington AKA Sandy Claws takes over the mansion which mixes Halloween and Christmas and all of his creepy friends are along for the ride! Oh, and the NBC version smells like gingerbread when you go through the big ballroom scene! They even create a different gingerbread house every year too! I think I enjoy both versions equally! During our last visit, there was always a super long wait time, but we finally were able to get a fast pass on the Disneyland app to ride it. We even rode it a second time on our last day and literally walked on at 11:30pm at night! There is no height requirement and is a family friendly ride - if they can handle it! They have a cool gift shop too with lots of Haunted Mansion memorabilia! Have a Scary Christmas!

Early on the Zero is the hero floating from painting to painting as they go from Christmas to their Halloween version. Speaking of floating, Zero's floating bone effect is a cool add as you start your journey down the hall. One of my favorite changes is the Madame Liotta séance room. But nothing beats the gingerbread house in the dance hall. This years crows ‍ is so cool. Add to it the gingerbread smell they pump in! My girl love seeing Oggie Boogie at the en of the ride.

The magic is in seeing how garland's, ornaments and festive music bring out the holiday spirit at Disneyland Park. This parade puts it all together in such an incredible joyful manner. Seeing the toy soldiers marching in perfect line, the gingerbread dancers and all the classic Disney characters in their winter finery makes each float look as if you are walking into a Holiday story book. I found a very good viewing position in between Main Street USA and Fantasyland, near the path leading into the Matterhorn Bobsleds and Alice In Wonderland, that was a perfect viewing spot for the parade! The Matterhorn's mountains provided an even more beautiful backdrop as the parade came around the bend, and the characters spent enough time in this area for them to wave at us and interact, creating a very personalized and interactive experience. The parade ended with Santa arriving at the end. It was a wonderful feeling with beautiful Holiday music and a amazing floats combined with the soft glow of the holiday lights. One of those magical Disney experiences where you have to stop and enjoy it all, the moment is so full of the magic of the season. There were two different parade times when we visited Disneyland during the holidays. There was a showtime during the afternoon, and one during the evening where you could see all of the beautiful lights in Main Street and the parade as well! Make sure to check the Disneyland mobile application for showtimes though! This is one parade I'd recommend watching if you're visiting during the holidays!

An alcoholic drink is included plus unlimited beverages, and a World of Color trading pin. The 70th Anniversary World of Color water show was absolutely stunning and the soundtrack with Boyz II Men singing the Rainbow Connection gave me all the feels. I highly recommend!

There's nothing wrong with the show, but the emphasis is definitely on the less memorable Disney stories, so the music is forgettable. I liked the Turning Red song by four Town because I just like that song. Boys to Men singing the Muppet's Rainbow Connection was so inspiring my sister started crying and we both put it on our Apple Music Libraries. Even though there are highlights and the show is pretty, it just didn't give me the feels that the regular Disneyland fireworks or Fantasmic does, but that's okay because not everything has to be a slam dunk.

Minnie's House is a walk through, self guided attraction. You'll get to see Minnie's house including the décor, Minnie's items, and even interactive features! When you enter the house, you'll pass through a heart shaped gate and over a pink picket fence. The house is painted in pastel shades with colors like pink, purple, and warm tones. The architecture emphasizes Minnie's signature style. Each room includes some of the following -Minnie's Books, framed family photos and magazines -Kitchen that includes a refrigerator, an oven where a cake can rise and fall by turning a knob, and other interactive activities. -Outside the backyard is a wishing well that talks. Sometimes there are Meet & Greets at Minnie's house. If you go earlier in the day at ToonTown it is less busy than in the early afternoon. This is a must see if you're spending some time in ToonTown! Minnie Mouse!!!…read more Sunday was the first time I ever got to get my picture with Minnie Mouse. I got a big ol kiss from her through that mask, haha! So fun! She was so energetic and fun and made the picture taking experience a blast. There was a Disneyland photographer here, so the pictures came out amazing. I love having them uploaded to the app, they are crystal clear and so much better than a phone photo. The line was 20 minutes, which flew by and went really fast. So excited I finally got my Minnie Mouse photo! I love you Minnie Mouse! :)
