I went to so nice nails for gel French manicure. I was from out of town looking for a place to go they took me in quickly without an appointment. I have been coming to this establishment for nearly 2 years now, and I must say this was the WORST service I have ever received...and on my Mom's birthday!!! All we wanted were simple, basic spa pedicures and an enjoyable, relaxing time for my Mother and for me. That was DEFINITELY not the case. First, we were greeted by an EXTREMELY pleasant man...gray shirt, in a ball cap. He was the most personable individual in the establishment, but had another client. After starting, my Mother's machine suddenly turned off and although we brought it to their attention, she sat there, machine off, until the water was cold. Meanwhile, a young lady (green smock and ponytail) proceeded with my pedicure. As I was being polished (gives you an idea of how long my Mom sat there), another young lady (tan pants, cream shirt, glasses, with hair in a bun) came over to attend to my Mom. CLEARLY she was in a rush which was evident by her hurried actions. She seemed bothered by the fact that my Mom wanted a manicure as well, and kept trying to get us to get a gel manicure so Mom could "just go when she was done.". When we declined, she continued to rush throught the service...faster than anyone I have ever seen...and repeatedly suggesting we get gel polish for her. My Mom was so disappointed inthe pedicure service, she wanted to get away from this woman at her earliest opportunityand decided against the manicure. When we told her we were going tomstop with the pedicure, she had the NERVE to reply "GOOD!". I was appalled. It would be different if we just walked in, but I scheduled an appointment for us and actually received a text confirmatin that we were good to go. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Beautiful atmosphere with a beach scene painted on the walls the staff was very friendly and kind. Got a dip manicure and gel toes manicure.

Came in establishment thought it was a nice environment. I came in to get a full set and pedicure, Wendy took on my service. I showed Wendy what design I wanted on my nails she said that she would try once she put on my tips and tried the design she didn't know how to do the design so she took it off. After that I told her I would look for another design I then choose white gel polish with diamonds and white toes. Wendy got upset and didn't want to put my polish on my fingernails unless I paid her I didn't even get my pedicure yet so why am I paying for my nails separate, since I wouldn't pay for my nails when I didn't even get my toes done yet she threatened to call the police and she did. So I went outside she followed me with her phone recording me my car and license plate like I was leaving when I told her I was waiting on the police to get here. I was outside on my phone when Wendy came out and said make sure you tell the police the truth then I told her you better go back in you're place of business because now you harassing me when I'm outside waiting on the police to come. North Charleston police came I told them my side they had to send Wendy back in the building because she was outside acting like an Ass all because she didn't know how to do a design and wanted me to leave with just tips no polish. Once Wendy told the police her side the police officers came to me and said Do I know how many salon calls they get a day and I said yes so many calls that are unnecessary when they could be handling something else. Long story short North Charleston police ask me if I wanted to let her finish my service or leave and I damn sure left. Wendy is very unprofessional, rude and better understand that God sits high and looks low. I got my nails done here three weeks ago (dip manicure) and they still look great. No chips or cracks. The service was kind and they went the extra mile to make the color exactly how I wanted it. I have never written a review for any place before but i left very upset from this place. One woman who checked me out was very nice and personable. But the woman who did my nails did the worst job I've ever had and i get my nails done all of the time. She filed a hole into one of my nails and then broke another nail in half because she was way too rough and didn't pay attention and pretended like neither happened and just put the sns on top of it. On top of this, i left with most of my cuticles bleeding. I went in with long nails and asked to keep them long and left with stubby nails that were uneven and very poorly done. So this would have been the second time I have been to this place first time was a bit aggravating they literally pushed me into a seat but since I liked the job I let it go ......This second time I was banned .....I had dip powder over my natural nails which I needed to trim anyway ....20 dollars.......plus 35 for the gel I originally wanted that 55 ....I also was going to get a regular pedicure she said 35 .....now I was going to do alot more like Wax ......but with the way this lady acted as if she didn't want me there from the getco ...she proceeded with a if it's too expensive for you can go elsewhere......I have the right to refuse service to anyone......Is it anyone ......Or just anyone that looks Mexican.......Wow owner ..... I Booked a Nail Appointment on Monday September the 6th to Get My Nail's Done By Wendy For Today Wednesday September the 15th at 4pm. Wendy Texted Me today at 11:51 a.m to let me know "She isn't Working Today if she can Re-Schedule me". I Responded back and I told her "I Work Tomorrow and I Really need my Nail's done today. Can someone else in the Shop do them Today instead?" She never Responded back to the Text so I Called her. She started Apologizing telling me "her Doctor Appointment is Today for her Arm, and She didn't Check her Schedule until Today, and how she can't Miss her Appointment., and everyone else in the Shop is Booked with Client's and no one will be able to do me today". So I asked her "Is their Anyway that Someone can Fit me in please because I Don't mind waiting, I have Patience as she already know's because it has Been Plenty of times that I had to wait for her to do my nail's from Booking an Appointment and I never Fuss or got Upset, I waited until she was able to get to me with no problem." I understand we have Doctor Appointment's that we have to go to But as a Business Person when you make your Doctor Appointment you should re-move your name off of the Booking Site for that Day so no one won't Book you that Day and it won't be no Mis- Understanding. She had Plenty of time to do So the Minute she made her Doctor Appointment., An I have Never in my Life heard a Business Person say "they forgot to check their schedule and She has 4 other people to Cancel as well". So I told her "my only next Day that I can Come is on Sunday but I have to be out way before 6pm because I have to Work". She said "Okay that I can Come in at 10a.m.," so I told her " okay make sure that Day and Time is good because I do not want to hear No Last Minute excuse on how you can't do my nail's like Today". She started Laughing and said "Oh Girl!! that Day and time is fine, do you want to come in at 9am. Instead that way I can take you a Little Early?" I said "yess that's fine and she said okay I will see you on Sunday at 9am." At 2:10 she texted me Today an said "How she Apologies again for this Morning, my Nail's Require alot of time, and how She is going to have to Cancel my Appointment for Sunday because I Hurt her Feelings and she will No Longer give Service to me, Good Luck and hope I find another Salon". But when we was on the Phone she said and Stated "that I can come in at 9am instead of 10am" but now all of a Sudden I Hurt her feelings and Canceled my Appointment??? That is the Most Unprofessional thing I have Ever Witnessed!!!! She just asked me 2weeks ago to please write her a Review on Yelp because the Number's was low and she didn't want to get in trouble.... I went on Google instead and wrote her a Review and gave Her 5 Stars to Help her out..... I have been going their for 2 years and spent good Money on my Nail's because it Damm sholl wasn't Cheap!!! and she is Madd at me about her being Un-Profesional, Not Checking her own Schedule nor Removing her Self off that day for her Doctor Appointment so no one can Book her., Cancelling my Appointment on the Day off, and Getting upset with me all because I said "Make Sure that Day and Date is fine because I do not want to hear no last minute Excuse like Today.
