I wish I had more pictures to share, but this is going to be my go to wing place in Long Beach. I am a all of her of Asian fusion food and I love the fact that the flavors here are very much Asian inspired. Not only that I feel like they fix the food when you order. I've been here now three times and my food is always extremely hot. Items that I've tried here is the fried fish. I really liked it the next time I order it I would just tell him to fry the fish a little bit harder, but it was very well seasoned it with flavorful. I have also had the Cajun shrimp except I did not get the Cajun I got the house sauce on them and it was not what I thought it was going to be the house sauce is a little bit more water down then thick, but it had a really good taste. Next time I think I'll go ahead and try to Cajun. And of course I have had the wings and I have had no complaints about any of the sauces that I've tried. I love the house special and also the garlic Parmesan those are probably my top, but I've tried the others and they are good too. Just the fried wings with no sauce is really good too! I recently went in and there was a young lady that helped me and she wasn't as friendly. She wasn't engaging and she actually forgot to put fries in our order and we end up having to wait close to 10 minutes to get the fries. Good thing is we got hot fries, but I didn't like the fact that she went back-and-forth with me about the fries not being in the bag when I told her they weren't. We got SoCal delivered, so only can speak to the food. But we loved everything we got. The sides mozzarella sticks (5/5) and jalapeño poppers (4/5) were delicious, crispy and flavorful. I had been passing by this place for a long time and finally decided to go.. I am glad I did and I am actually mad at myself for not coming sooner. This place has a wide variety of wet and dry flavors for wings. We decided to get there family special that come with 15 wings and 2 small sides. The wing flavors we got were smoky bbq, jalapeño pepper, and smokin lemon. We got Cajun fries and fried zucchini for the sides. We also ordered a 6 piece of their jumbo shrimp. All 3 flavors were on point. the Jalapeño had just enough kick. Smokin lemon is my favorite just enough spice and tang that compliments well. Got lunch here with my coworkers. We called the order in before 11, and everything was ready within 20 minutes. I got the 15 wings split up with 3 different flavors, 5 spicy garlic Buffalo, 5 honey garlic sriracha and 5 house special. All-in-all the wings were delicious. My favorite of the 3 flavors was the spicy garlic Buffalo. The honey garlic sriracha was delicious too. The house special was good, but the aftertaste was that taste you get in your mouth when you fry fish in that oil first. Alright, after pretty much all morning and all midday of baking for the upcoming TG and giving to neighbors, I was not in the mood to cook dinner or go anywhere. FUNNY how that works. Ok, so I overestimated and by the time I had my shrimp, which was actually a good size portion (2 sittings) with some rice I had I didn't even get to the wings ( OK maybe one or two, they were feeling neglected.) HOWEVER..the next day I tore them up (hence no picture of those. The Asian hot was not that hot and had nice tangy/spicy flavor. If any of you Yelper has had the Red Dragon wings from Big Als Pizza, these are comprobable. I chose lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and honey garlic sriracha for my wings, cajun fries and fried zucchini for my sides, and upgraded my drinks to a green thai tea and an unsweetened green tea. Let me tell you... these wings are probably some of the best I've had in awhile AND I'M NOT KIDDING. The meat was so tender and the sauces were really flavorful. The lemon pepper isn't your average take on lemon pepper and it didn't feel oily/greasy at all. Honey garlic sriracha had such a nice kick, kinda reminded me of the spicy noodle packet flavor! Garlic parmesan was my least favorite of the three but regardless was still pretty good. As for the sides, was pretty impressed by the fried zucchini. These wings are flavorful, juicy, and too freaking good to be true! My boyfriend and I ordered the 10 wing meal with the garlic parmesan fries as the side. Both the wings and the fries did not fail to disappoint at all! The two flavors we got for the wings were the house special and the mango madness. The house special had the tiniest kick and tasted very similarly to the was asian wings are made so we were pleasantly surprised! I expected the mango madness to be a bit more spicy since it came with jalapeños, but they were sweet and savory (I didn't mind that it wasn't spicy, but the name might be a little misleading LOL) The fries were really yummy too! But for a brief magical while, they were my go to wing spot in the South Bay. So many great sounding flavors to choose from, so we tried five different flavors and none of them were that awesome. We ordered online for pick-up. When we got there, we decided we wanted to order a couple bubble teas. The girl at the register asks what bubble tea we would like to order, and as we start to order, she tells us to hold on, and starts doing something else. So, we're just standing there like, how are you going to ask for our order, cut us off in the middle of our sentence, and just leave us standing there. Another girl had to come and take our order. We ordered the Fireball, Red Curry, Garlic Sesame, House Special, and Garlic Parmesan, and some fries. The Fireball was supposed to be the spiciest, but we didn't find it spicy.
