He pulled out his phone, put it on speaker, then had a loud conversation we were forced to endure. Totally unprofessional, and flat out rude. Ordered from here twice and both times were disappointing. First time ordering I saw there was an option for the pizza to be crispy. So I selected it. Pizza came and wasn't even slightly crispy. The pizza was good but the wings were not as satisfying. The pineapple habanero wings were very tasteless and all the sauce that was supposed to be on top of the wings were on the side therefore the wings had no flavor. The buffalo wings were basic. The pizza I ordered half roasted garlic on 1/2 of the pizza and the garlic was real strong and not so tasty. The other half was pepperoni and cheese which was pretty good but I would not go out of my way to order from here...just because it's really far from where I stay & when I ordered I wasn't aware that it was so out on Potranco rd. They do have great Pizza. Not managed that well causing longer wait times and the kitchen to take shortcuts to catch up. I had to wait a little while on my pizza so I got to watch some of the short cuts such as not changing gloves. I watched one person work on the register with his gloves then go to the kitchen opening up the refrigerator door with the same ones, touching food and then put his hands in the cheese. I also saw some people upset about their wait times and one person who called in a order had hers lost. The place just needs managed better to prevent these shortcuts from happening. Hello, I celebrated my birthday yesterday. I was on my way home from work and wanted to grab a quick bite with my husband. As I was driving home, I was thinking about all the places to go. We decided on Jim's but as I was headed home, the traffic was so bad and I thought, where else can we go. I drove past Sofia's, which is about five minutes from our home. So when I stopped at home, I told my husband, change of plans. Lets go to Sofia's instead (we both love pizza). The customer service we received was exceptional. The pizza was yummy. They made us a pizza, half Supreme and half 4 cheese. It was so good. We will definitely be going back for more yummy food and to try other items on their menu. With it being so close to home it is an extra bonus. We want to the location on Potranco. Thank you again for your outstanding customer service and great food. read more

The first pizza came with all the toppings smashed to the side of the box. I could barely open the box because the cheese was melted along the side of the box. The pizza wasn't salvageable, you could see the bottom of the crust and the toppings all smashed on the left side of the box. I called the store and they said they could make us another one and redeliver. When the second pizza arrived, it appeared to be all in one piece, however it was cold and hard. This time it seemed like the pizza was left sitting before it was delivered. We ended up throwing this pizza away as well and getting food elsewhere. I called the store for a refund and was told I would get a call back from the manager. I never received the phone call. Needless to say we will never order from Sofia's again. read more

Food is delicious !!! Chicken Alfredo with a side salad I definitely recommend. Lasagna is also very delicious.

I am very impressed with the many high reviews. I have a review among them also, which was in a very low score. I called Sofias to complain and I must say , she called me back, . in an effort to determine my reasoning. ( I commend her for doing so). She was apologetic and offered to redo the meal, which..... was very big of her. Many restaurants would not follow thru, I'm sure. Perhaps it was an off day. I was angry when I wrote it, but with the above effort on her part to make it right, we will visit Sofias again. Sofias's Pizzeria is big city pizza in the middle of nowhere. I've had the pleasure of eating pie from all corners of the earth. This is possibly the best pizza I have ever had the pleasure of putting to my lips! That's not to mention the Bomb fire wings that are served here.
