Just had a horrible at this establishment. Ended up leaving after a little bit over an hour of receiving our when we had happened to our order. They're excuse was the printer that the orders did not print our order out, but for some type of magic everybody before us and after us, they were able to make their food and the system did print out the orders. They did nothing to try to accommodate to their mistake. Only thing they did was refund our order. But aside from that. First time trying this pizza place and it did not disappoint! I came here with a few friends for dinner around 8:15 on a Tuesday and it wasn't super crowded. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and the majority of people were sitting outside. I ordered a 10 inch veggie pizza without mushrooms (~$14). Definitely a bit pricey, but it is a specialty pizza place so it's to be expected. It was a good size and the crust was nice and thick. This place has one of the best pizza crusts I've ever had. It was delicious, crunchy without being hard and had a nice chewy bite to it. I devoured every slice of this pizza. It's perfect for 1-2 people, depending on how hungry you are. My family has frequented stouts for years. I gave 2 stars for that reason alone. We decided to go Sunday and my mother, who's in her 60s, got there first. She told the cashier that there would be 7 of us and she said "okay you can put tables together" my mother was surprised she would need to do it with no help, but tried to do it on her own. She said the tables were really heavy and went back to the cashier, who was chatting with the cook the whole time and said she thought it was crappy she just stood there chatting with the cook instead of offering to help an old lady. The cashier said they are a casual dining restaurant and maybe her family can help her when they arrive. Just terrible service. Whole family got there and sorted the tables, no problem. We ordered and didn't tip, as we usually do, since it's a casual dining restaurant with no desire to provide common decency. We ordered 5 pizzas and 2 cheesy breads. The quality was not like it usually is. The chicken on my pizza had a large amount of gristle, the supreme pizzas were swimming in liquid....to the point where we had to fold it over 3 times to be able to eat it. Envision a pizza that has been sitting in water for 30 min before being served to you. Not exaggerating! I realize this can be difficult when veggies are involved, but it's never been quite this bad before. Not worth the hundreds we spent. There was a large party next to us and when they left, the cashier came and separated the tables. Ha! Given the service and low quality pizza, I think it's time to find another pizza place. We've been to this stouts before and had generally nice service and food. This time when we went we honestly were just vibing and hanging out and kind of realized we've waited awhile for our pizza and started to wonder what was going on. Before we could even ask the kind gentleman from the kitchen came and apologized to us because they had made a mistake and accidently marked our order as completed. He gave us a refund and free sodas and when the pizza came out it was mouthwatering deliciousness. Crispy and obviously made with care. Probably one of the best pizzas I've had in a while! The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is bc their soda machine was out that night so we were buying individual cans. We came here for my brothers birthday and were very impressed with the pizza. We went on a cold night and it wasn't very crowded, which was the perfect environment for a toddler. They had a good selection of beer and pizza. Carl and Jared helped us out and they were so friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The pizza is cooked in a brick oven which made the crust the perfect combination of crispy and fluffy. We can't wait to go back soon this will definitely be our go to pizza place. read more

This was one of the better pizza places I've had in San Antonio. I placed an order to go and it was ready pretty quickly. The employee who handed me my order showed me everything to make sure everything was correct which I really appreciated. We waited as many other people around us who arrived later got their pizzas. No biggie, we were hungry but we waited. We finally had to ask if our pizza was coming long after the 22 minute supposed wait had ended and a pepperoni pizza was brought out. It was not the one we ordered but we would just get a replacement. We told the worker we ordered the Pig and Pear, to which the cook/manager? responded that the cashier input "pepperoni", it would be another 22 minutes, AND we would need to be refunded and pay for it because it was "triple the price" if we didn't want the pepperoni. Not only was the pizza not "triple the price" but it was actually cheaper because they charged us wrongly for a build your own pizza.
