Everything from the shrimp to the steak are cooked to perfection and the food is never cold, luke warm or overcooked. There are so many great options, something for everyone. The fact that the food is made to order is great, so you don't have to worry if your food has been sitting out for awhile. I've ordered So Fresh on Uber Eats SO MANY TIMES the past couple of weeks that it's actually ridiculous that I haven't reviewed them yet. I love so many things about this place, but one of the best is that it does actually seem to be healthy (unlike most other concepts of this nature), fresh, and just simply yummy. I'm not sure if they ever have off days, but they've never sent me a wrong order or skimped on anything (which seems to be the biggest problem with "bowl" type concepts), even when I've made substitutions in the notes on Uber Eats. Seriously, they have their shit together. The bowls are GREAT. They have this beef burrito (I think it's just called spicy burrito on Uber) and it's phenomenal. Especially if you add mushrooms- which I've done every time in the notes and they've never left it off. The soup broth is kind of ramen-ish (although I think they change it up sometimes?) and is always delightful. They give you the perfect amount of broth and veggies/tofo in it. The juices are also wonderful. So Fresh... thank you for existing. You are a beautiful thing. read more

This place was great! Was pleasantly surprised thank you fellow yelpers! Some of the dishes sound like strange mixtures but all of the flavors mix very well. I love that they use quinoa in so many dishes. I got the power bowl with chicken. The chicken was hot and flavorful, no fat anywhere. The power bowl also had kale, feta, quinoa, dried cranberries. This dish shocked me because it was so filling, i was full after eating only half. Very satisfying, will definitely return. I love SoFresh! Working about a block away, I often get the chance to explore the various restaurants in SoHo and I honestly have to say that SoFresh is one of my favorites. One of my coworkers swears by it as well and always frequents the place. It's a small, modern establishment with some outdoor seating available and their service is excellent. Many people coming by will come and pick up a to-go order but I prefer sitting outside and enjoying my meal there. Their menu consists of salads, wraps and bowls and you can choose to get those with all natural chicken, organic tofu, zoodles (their signature zucchini noodles), steak, shrimp, ahi or salmon (for a slightly extra charge). My personal favorite is the Boca Fiesta wrap. It has a spicy flavor to it and consists of jalapenos, corn, tomatoes, goat cheese, & spinach. The ingredients are usually very fresh and the wrap is piping hot and melts in your mouth - it tastes even better with some Sriracha sauce! If you're a fan of a little spice - this is the wrap to get! I also enjoy the stir fry bowl and that has more of a sweeter taste due to the addition of sweet chili. However, all of their bowls and wraps are quite exciting and I would definitely recommend visiting the place as it is one of the best in SoHo. They also have a rewards card that you can use to obtain rewards after so many visits! Highly recommended. read more

RIP OFF!!!!!! This food is way over priced, and not even that great. For starters, they jacked up their soup to $11!!! That's psycho!! We aren't in NYC people!! Soup use to be $7, and they increased it by $4! That's a lot of money for SOUP!! They also don't chop up the veggies or chicken to make it edible on a soup spoon. It's been a year since I've stopped in. I've missed their delicious and fresh Ahi Tuna Cali wrap. I was in the area so I popped in to grab one. It smelled freakin' amazing in there! The warm aroma of garlic is always a favorite of mine. So Fresh has a modern-style vibe about it and offers healthy bowls, wraps, smoothies, and salads. I tried So Fresh for the first time today and I was impressed. I got the strawberry banana smoothie and the stir fry bowl with chicken. The strawberry banana smoothie was amazing I could definitely taste both banana and strawberry and it wasn't too overpowering, it had the perfect amount of both fruits. The bowl was also good, the vegetables and rice were very flavorful, but the only thing I didn't enjoy was the chicken. It didn't have much flavor which was disappointing. SoFresh is so bomb. I started coming here beginning of 2020 and they have yet to disappoint. Every single order I've placed has been consistent, fast, and delicious. I'm obsessed with the power bowl(think that's what it's called). While I do primarily eat chicken as my source of protein, I have ordered the salmon a few times and it's amazing. Never fishy or undercooked. Prices are also really great. I used to be a huge Cali fan from the Ciccio Group, but SoFresh is pretty comparable in the sense that they offer affordable, healthy meals, and much more delicious might I add! read more

My girlfriend and I were both really impressed with our food. I got a specialty salad with a big honking avocado in it, goat cheese, and chicken strips. It was actual chicken, not those processed strips that have no texture to the meat when because it is made from paste. My only gripe is that the goat cheese was so fresh and potent that it was a bit much for me, but that's a matter of taste. My gf had a breakfast bowl with bacon and egg over brown rice and quinoa. I had some, it was fantastic. She wasn't keen on the texture of gluten free cookies but I was more than happy to eat it for her. Again, personal preference. I have to mention that the service was really outstanding. Ringing up was more or less a typical affair, but there was a really polite and attentive black dude in the kitchen who really took a genuine interest in our satisfaction with the food and wait times. He checked on us multiple times, brought us things, and had a great big smile the whole time. I didn't get his name but he seemed to care so much that I would have thought he owned the place. Just moved down to the area and was looking for a healthy quick place to eat lunch while exploring one afternoon. I was super impressed with the meal I received at SoFresh. They have a good selection of different protein and veggie bowls along with wraps and smoothies. I ordered the greek bowl with seared ahi tuna. Everything in the bowl was great. The base of the bowl came with brown rice, feta, tomatoes, chickpeas and cucumber - all of which were cooked well. The ahi tuna was seared nicely and fresh. The portion size was good too - I had a little left over at lunch. I also ordered an iced tea with my meal. They had a handful of different flavored freshly brewed unsweetened tea. We went in for because of the ratings and reviews. It was very hot out and they were struggling to keep it cool inside. The concept is interesting. I think I just ordered a bad combination. The chicken wrap is delicious and so very fresh. It was treat on a warm day! And, the reason for the 5 star is because of more than just the food: I live in Texas, was hungry on a Sunday in an area of Tampa I knew nothing about, Uber Eats was ordered to deliver the food in 20-30 min. An hour later I called the restaurant and took out my Hangryness (I hadn't eaten in 6 hours) out on the poor lady who answered. I didn't realize it had taken so long because the diver never showed up, I thought it was SoFresh's fault. The manager calls me back, tells me I can come get the food and they will remake it fresh. Helps me get the 800 number to yell at the point at Uber Eats, and then when I got there they offered chips and a drink. My fiance and I live in Orlando, but we were in the area for a music festival and had planned to visit SoFresh for dinner, since we had heard some good things. In hindsight, we probably should have just gone to Evos. We arrived around 8:20PM on a Friday; I ordered the Superfood Bowl with Ahi Tuna and my s/o ordered a veggie wrap. We waited about 25 mins to receive our food, and it was served to us in plastic containers. When we asked why, we were told that they were closing soon. The hours on the door said 11AM - 10PM. My 'superfood bowl' was an enormous pile of brown rice, an ahi tuna fillet, and a small handful of broccoli. There were literally two walnuts in the entire entree, less than a 1/8th cup of diced tomato, and two pitifully small avocado slivers. The whole thing was swimming in oil. In defense of fairness, the tuna was the best thing about the order; it was cooked well and flavorful. My fiance noted to me that his wrap was generally flavorless. The 'kale slaw' was some kale in a styrofoam cup with some dressing poured on top. We were very disappointed as a whole, it seemed very apparent that the staff wanted to close early and they were just pushing out orders with no attention to quality. Maybe our experience wasn't the norm, but I can't say we would ever go back or recommend the restaurant to any of our friends that frequent the Tampa area. read more

It included romaine, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, goat cheese, sunflower seeds, raisins, avacado, homemade balsamic vinaigrette and for my protein I chose the chicken. The staff was friendly, the service was efficient. The bathroom and tables were clean. My salad was great! Fresh, crispy and the balsamic vinaigrette was sooo good! I loved it! First off I'd like to start off by saying that SoFresh is hands down one of my new favorite spots in South Tampa. The restaurant is conveniently located right in the heart of Soho and makes it easy to access after those long nights on Howard. The hours are great as well, especially on the weekends, you are now able to get a healthy meal instead of that 2 am pizza! The staff is professional and very friendly, and will always have a good suggestion if you are having trouble picking something out the many amazing choices SoFresh has to offer. Lastly, the FOOD, there are no words to describe the food. Not only is it healthy, it is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The menu has so many choices, something for everyone's palate. On my first visit there I had the Cali Wrap, it was very refreshing and again as everything else on the menu, DELICIOUS! One of the other food items on the menu that i highly recommend are the mouthwatering kale crisps! I could not get enough of that side, its phenomenal!
