We shared some burrata at the bar while we visited with friends and then moved to our table for a delightful dining experience. The tuna tataki was a fantastic sharing plate to kick off a night of amazing flavors. I had the coconut lime glazed black grouper which featured purple sticky rice, a red curry emulsion, pineapple jalapeño chutney & herb salad. Sharing a bite with my partner was a challenge but I played fair as he gave me a divine taste of his seared duck breast. Our friends shared the octopus tiradito and wild caught sea scallops. They raved about the size of the scallops and the accoutrements. We had no room for dessert and plan to return when we fly back into Tampa later this year.

For mains, most people tended to get either the Steak Frites or the Gulf Fish Amandine (which was snapper). My steak and another at the table were both way overcooked on the first go around but they very quickly remade them (and the fries) and got them back to us in 5 minutes, perfectly cooked. It was a delicious and filling dish. The Gulf Fish Amandine was also really tasty, but it felt like it was missing something like a starch. It's a very simple and classic dish. The Pork Chop was also well loved amongst the table and many people wished they got it after trying a bite! For dessert, you absolutely have to get the Toffee Cake - it was everyone's favorite dessert. Super soft, warm, and comforting, plus that vanilla ice cream just took it to another level. We also enjoyed the Chocolate Mousse, and the free birthday dessert they kindly brought out for us. Overall, the restaurant is fun and lively, with an eclectic feel in the mismatched dining sets and decor. I really loved how it felt. SoFresh Howard is finally here! As a visitor to the original SoFresh store located off of Fowler near the University of South Florida, I am so pleased that a second location has opened in the SOHO area, where I live. To have such a great variety of fresh wraps, bowls, and salads at my fingertips has been such a blessing. With such an "on the go" quick schedule during the week, the store has taken a lot of stress out of my lifestyle while helping me meet my nutritional needs with a quick stop: very quick service. The staff is very enjoyable and understanding of the great food they have for their customers. What SoFresh has to offer is a healthy, nutritional complement for those who enjoy their exercise routine. Always servings the most fresh ingredients everyday. So happy they opened a second location in South Tampa. I've dined at the USF restaurant many times but this new location is much closer. The menu is great and offers a ton of variety for very reasonable prices. This place is ideal for eating healthy while eating out. Their salads are excellent but I'm a bigger fan of their wraps and bowls. The best part of my experiences here have been the customer service. The people that work there are cheerful and helpful, they genuinely like working there. It is the friendliest atmosphere I can remember dining in. I recommend Sofresh to everyone regardless of whether they are counting calories and plan on going there at least once a week as it has become my new favorite restaurant. read more

I love this place recently coming to Tampa found this wonderful restaurant with great healthy options and a very reasonable price fresh made to order the only thing better than the food is the management in the staff and that's saying a lot because they're food is great . The restaurant is always clean. They have an app for to go orders or order before you arrive and the staff is always friendly courteous and will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Today was my first time ever visiting SoFresh so I was unaware that the black tea was not served hot. Josh and Morgann did an exceptional job going above and beyond to make sure I left happy by actually boiling the water so that I could have hot tea. I may have only met two members but I have no doubt that the rest of the staff is just as extraordinary. Firt time here and I loved it! I had a zucchini noodles bowl with tofu and parmesan cheese; and my husband had a kale quinoa bowl also with tofu. Food is delicious, healthy, and its portion will definitely fill you up. We asked to dine in and they gave our food in a plastic container. Service was not great either. The fries were awful could taste freezer burn several were hard as a rock. My burger was not bad appreciate the fresh tomato and the bun and meat tasted fine.

This will be my first & last time unfortunately. The restaurant was empty and seems that way often. I have been wanting to try this place but never had a chance. The staff was nice though!
