Another great day at Soho! We started with lunch and really enjoyed the new fish tacos and the highly sought after poke bowl. Timothy was our server and he was very patient, helpful and knew all about the items on the menu. He was attentive and never let our water glasses get near empty, nor our cocktails. We really enjoy coming during the week, less traffic in the valet, more pool / beach chairs available and overall, a bit more pleasant. We truly enjoy the five star service, the friendly atmosphere and feeling welcomed every time we arrive. While I am not a member of Soho House, I am fortunate enough to be friends with several folks with memberships and have been able to enjoy the Beach House as their guest. What a vibe this place is. Whether you want to lounge by the pool, enjoy time on the sand, or relax in their beach bar, the world is truly your oyster here. I like the fact that is isn't super big, making it seem cozy without feeling crowded. In fact, it does feel like you are at someone's cool beach home, which I am assuming is the intended vibe. As someone who is constantly on their phone, I love that you actually get called out if you are using your phone / taking photos (something that is not allowed here). You did used to be able to use your laptop by the pool as long as you were not talking / on video but it appears they have gotten more strict with that. You can however actively work from the lobby if you must. In terms of food within the house, I love their burger and pizzas. And if you want a good cocktail you must order a picante. In addition to lounging by the pool I have also enjoyed their spa services. I did a facial recently and it was fabulous. They use quality products and the amenities are nice. While I am not a member, I do have friends that are so I've been to this location multiple times.there is nothing better than spending a Sunday lazing around in the beach chairs, enjoying the sun that that being said if you go during high season, say November you have to get there really early to be able to get a chair.the menu in the beach is limited, but pretty tasty specially the juices. I love going to soho houses in every place that offers them. This one had a cute Tulum ish outdoor vibe with a few seating areas and lots of lounge beds which I loved. The food was pretty mediocre honestly. Nothing memorable or amazing. The service was ok, lots of staff but they seemed kinda miserable. Not much smiles or energy. And honestly this place gets really crowded. I'm not sure if everyone's a member cause they gave out so many different wrist bands which I didn't understand. Not my fav soho but it was ok. read more

I absolutely love coming to SoHo house on weekends. This place is fabulous especially if you're a member. I just come for events here and there but would love to be a member one day. The vibe here is really good, beautiful views. There was one event that got a little crowded called the honey party and it was impossible to get water but every other time here is great. I prefer the member areas of the club (downstairs shaded pool, beach bar) than the rooftop. Bring sunscreen. read more

Decided to have a beach day since the weather is back to being beautiful. Everyone else seemed to have the same idea because there were literally no beach chairs when we first arrived and had to be wait listed. We found a spot on the sand and put our towels down for a little while but the staff was really good with getting us some chairs in pretty good time. The weather and views were perfect. As was the pizza we ordered. I loved the Oj station where you could squeeze your own juice. I'm such a big kid so it was right up my alley. The service was really could from the check in station to constant servers checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I laid out and relaxed and enjoyed the day and even got in the water for a bit. The perfect reset for the week ahead. Hoping to carve out some time for another beach day this week. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Soho Beach House Miami. I went to retrieve my belongings from a locker and waited patiently for the attendant to access my things. Despite that, a large security guard approached me in an aggressive and unnecessarily confrontational manner that I couldn't enter the locker room to grab my things that were already inside despite the attendant standing right next to me. I was simply following the proper process with the locker attendant. There was absolutely no justification for his behavior. To make matters worse, he then went to my boyfriend -- who is a paying member -- to inform him of my 'rude behavior' , and even threatened to "write him up." The entire situation was extremely unprofessional and completely out of proportion. For a members-only club that positions itself as luxury hospitality, this level of treatment is unacceptable. There are plenty of places in Miami that understand what real service looks like. I would highly recommend choosing elsewhere if you're looking for respectful, professional treatment. read more

It's always a great place just to get away as it feels like you're in a hidden oasis away from the outside world. If you want to host public events, you can't treat your guests like intruders. Soho Beach House Miami wants the buzz (and the money) from public-facing events, but also tries to police who gets too close to the "real members." It created an awkward, elitist tension in a space that should've been curated to flow better. I followed all the rules got my wristband, and ended up with a member, didn't sneak into any restricted areas and was still treated like I didn't belong. The woman who initially checked me into the party came back to question the member I was with, asking, "Is she really with you?" That's... borderline harassment. If you want to host public events, you can't treat your guests like intruders. The tension wasn't classy‼ it was elitist. Poor policy, poor energy. read more

The beach access with chairs and service makes it all worth it. Service on the beach can be a bit slow (that's why I took away a star). Coming during the week is key. The weekends get packed and if you are not there by 11; good luck getting a chair. During the week, it's less crowded. Limited menu on the beach but the clarified pina colada (non alcohol) is delicious and the poke bowl is tasty. Those are my go-to's. The restaurant has a full menu and the filet is tasty. read more

Soho Beach House has really mastered the feeling of home. I love coming here because you can spend an entire day here with so much to do. From full beach service, which is 10/10 always to rooftop vibes at ocho -- there's always something fun to do at Soho which leaves me there for hours. Whether I'm going to disconnect and enjoy some selfcare time, working from there, or spending time with friends, Soho sure knows how to master all the vibes! Everyone is so warm and welcoming which is honestly my favorite part. I love their wellness area -- the steam room is huge, and the locker/shower area is nice and relaxing. They have food service in almost all the floors which makes it perfect for you to snack all day long. If you're craving yummy picantes and delicious guac this is the spot for you. The hotel rooms are 10/10. So unique and really transport you out of Miami. It's vintage taste, gives European chic while keeping it tropical at the same time. The staff is very friendly and attentive and everything I experienced from the spa, to the beach service, room service, to the restaurant were amazing! Been a member of SoHo house for over a decade and I have to say it's become complete trash. First of all, every single employee there seems miserable and they love saying NO to their guests... there is absolutely zero hospitality left at the Soho house. Instead of finding ways to improve, be hospitable and use the word yes to their guests. They're just absolutely rude and don't care about hospitality whatsoever. Terrible culture. The culture is also represented in how rundown the facilities are, steam room is always broken, the beach is a littered disaster(shame on them) & it's unkept/dirty throughout the facility. So it's called the Soho Beach House but if you go out to the beach, they have no towels, the pool has no towels, and the locker room has no towels. How do you have a beach house with no towels? Also, if you wanted to bring a guest they can no longer use the locker room. So what's the point of bringing a guest if they can't spend the day with you? The thinking and the Management here are not the brightest. Lastly, if you're lucky enough to get a towel and sit out on the beach, you can't get food past 3 PM even though the sun doesn't go down until 7 PM. I mean, you cannot write how stupid this all is(as I write it). It's kind of unbelievable. Save your money get a membership at the one or the standard where they care. read more

I have been here a few times and always enjoy it. There's street parking or you can valet. It's less expensive before 7pm btw. The setup is cool with a restaurant almost everywhere lol. There's Cecconis which is open to the public, but the Club restaurant and the other options are reserved for members. The pool is a great vibe, but always gets busy on the weekend. I suggest grabbing a pool bed and then walking to the beach and jumping in the water then going back to the pool. There's food/drink service at the beach and pool area. Prices aren't low but you get what you pay for.. quality eats and drinks.. service is fine. Some stuff just seems ridiculous (~$45 for two coconuts.. no alcohol, just two fresh coconuts lol) Pool and lounge area are cool/vibey.. not the most spacious.. which means its a good idea to go early and snag a daybed on weekends (best bet around 11am ish before the rush) Parking is a nightmare.. valet takes ~20-30 mins to get your car. read more

Eek! Definitely a case of death by pretentiousness (theirs, not mine LOL). I've had good experiences at various other outposts of this group of "private" clubs. The Miami Beach one was not one of those good experiences. The location is terrible logistically, the food is just OK (nothing to really recommend), and the service is the beach at its absolute worst. The pretentiousness mentioned above includes the other patrons, but much more the bizarrely obnoxious staffers. They seem to have no idea they work for you, not the other way around. First the location: this is a special case of renovation of an old property without any consideration for modern traffic flow. There's a nightmare of Uber cars in the blind curve of a very crowded street, with little to no help from the staff. If you want to risk visiting this regrettable experience, get dropped off by Uber at the Fontainebleau and walk out the back entrance, or park in the deck there. Next the food and service: the food is best described as "Applebee's quality at ten times the price" while the service can be described as "Dunkin Donuts with a nastier attitude and an automatic gratuity." The New York and London outposts of this group get it right, this one does not. In theory this is a private club. In reality just go at the right time and eat. No one has alerted the obnoxious staff they are there to provide a service, not just pretend to model in a perfume advertisement. You'll get full-on attitude at every turn, including with a question as simple as "what's the easiest way to walk through to the beach". This experience made me embarrassed to live in Miami Beach. I kept thinking "wow if I can get treated like this being reasonably well-dressed and reasonably bi-lingual, what would these nasty wannabe-models do to a German-speaking tourist wearing socks with sandals?" This place is best avoided by both locals and tourists. read more

This was such an awesome place to visit and see the vibe at night. One of my husbands friend was hosting a party and we were put on the guest list. We arrived and they checked for our name on the list. We got our wrist bands and headed up the elevator. Then there was a photo booth to take pictures and send to your phone which was such a cool add to the vibe. Then you walk down the hall and they have a DJ in the room with a small bar then you can walk all the way down to outdoor dinning area which only members can eat at. They have a bigger bar there where you can order drinks and have a view of their pool. It got a little too crowded for me as the night went on but such a vibe that everyone was into going there to party the night away. read more

Nothing better than to sit in their outdoor lounge adjacent to the pool where you'll experience comfy outdoor seating, a friendly squirrel and excellent/attentive service. Drinks can add up so be careful - I spent $250 in one sitting recently just over 90 minutes. The rest of the beach house features Cecconi's, a Soho restaurant on the second floor inside and outside, several seating areas, a hotel, a long pool surrounded by cabanas which makes for a runway of sorts as newcomers arrive to the House and have to walk past. After 8 years of living in Miami, I finally got to experience SoHo beach house after the pandemic lockdown! It's SUCH a vibe. There are so many cute rooms you'll randomly find yourself wandering into as you walk through the hotel. The decor is extremely meticulous and aesthetically pleasing. You can essentially hang out anywhere, with company or by yourself, and have a good time. Every corner is a photo opt! Outdoors is lush and tropical. Plants are everywhere, there's a cute outdoor shower station to wash off from the beach/pool with shampoo and conditioner set. The beach lounge chairs are also the most comfortable things ever... super thick and cushioned. When the sun begins to set, you can make your way to the roof top for a gorgeous view. There's also a hot tub and bar! Soho house makes you feel right at home in a dream. Their food is also fantastic! My friend and I had small bites throughout the day. We began with a prosciutto toast and burrata salad on the second level Persian floor restaurant. The toast was so incredibly thick and fluffy, topped with FRESHLY SHAVED TRUFFLE! Plus the prosciutto was plenty. Super refreshing small bites to share that hit the spot. On the beach, we enjoyed a mouthwatering tuna poke bowl, followed by a quenching chocolatey açaí bowl under our umbrella.
