Pick up times can be a hit or miss. There were times when I arrived per the estimated pick up time but still need to wait an extra 5-10 mins. The spicy chicken teriyaki is my favorite. It is surprisingly pretty spicy, which I love! The side of veggies help tone down the flavors. I've also tried the spicy tofu and it's pretty good as well. They make the tofu pretty crispy. I normally order a regular, which is more than enough for me. The large can definitely feed two people.

Rafaella clearly noticed I was lost and asked if it was my first time here and guided me through the menu. I ordered the large size bowl and chose beef and chicken teriyaki as my protein options, along with white rice and stir fry vegetables to go. I sat down and not even 4 minutes later, Rafaella brought me over my food and I was out the door. The total was $20.53 which isn't too bad considering I'm eating a fairly healthy meal. The taste and quality was great and I'll happily admit that I'd rather spend my money here over another large fast food franchise that does teriyaki bowls in the area. The foods great, tons of seating and there is a soft drink station for refills. I'll definitely be back.

We were the only dine-in customers at the time, although they had a steady stream of takeout orders coming through. Despite that, all of our food arrived quickly and everything was organized perfectly. Our server was incredibly friendly and seemed to be handling the entire dining room on his own--taking our order serving food, and the clearing table. He never seemed rushed and provided excellent service throughout the evening. We brought our own birthday dessert, and he graciously brought out plates and forks and helped us celebrate, which was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The food was fresh, plentiful, and came out fast. My favorite dish of the night was the vegetable spring rolls.
