I came here for lunch with my mom and was immediately drawn in by how nice the ambiance was inside--it's a really inviting space and felt like a great spot to sit and relax. At the start, there was a bit of a communication barrier with our waiter. I had just wanted to order an iced tea, but she kept saying I couldn't unless I ordered from the lunch menu. I explained that I was totally fine paying full price since I wasn't planning to stick to the lunch menu options, but it took a little back and forth to get that sorted. For food, I ordered the tamarind chicken, which was good, and the portion was massive. The coconut rice was delicious, and the tom kha soup was also good. Overall, the food was solid, but nothing that really stood out as amazing. One thing that did concern me was the water jug they brought to the table--it looked like it had black mold underneath. Unfortunately, noticing that while we were eating made the experience feel a bit off-putting. Because of that, I didn't end up eating the leftovers either. For the price, it was just okay overall.

Fabulous Thai food for my birthday dinner with my family. We were seated in the corner by the window (great spot!). We ordered the Garlic Noodles, Spicy Green Beans with adding angus beef, Seafood Pad See Ew noodles, Crispy Pork Belly, Roti with Green Curry, and Crab Rangoon. We absolutely loved the crispy pork belly! My personal fave was the Crab Rangoon with bits of real crab. Attractive and beautiful interior space with very attentive service. Luke was our server and he was fabulous. Would definitely return for future special occasions!

Pretty delicious Thai food Good spot for lunch, nice seating Food is very good, nice presentation and great friendly service I do think that portions could be a little bigger for the price

Came here over the weekend for an early birthday celebration. What a cozy restaurant with tons of ceiling decorations of paper umbrellas, lanterns, greenery and plants. For a party of 2, we ordered the Chicken satay, steamed dumpling, Pad See Ew Noodles with chicken, Tamarind Chicken. The food was large portions, fresh, Thai flavors with an American twist. Most of the dishes we ordered had a sweet base geared towards an American palette. Service was great, got seated by the window so got to people watch in downtown San Anselmo. Great spot to stop by for lunch!

Was passing through and decided to stop by this place for dinner and glad we did! We ordered the following: - Thai Samosas: These were absolutely delicious. The filling was a perfect blend of taro, sweet potato, pumpkin, onion, and carrot, with little bits of corn kernels for added texture. The outer wrap was thin and crispy, making each bite so satisfying. The dipping sauce that came with it complemented the flavors perfectly. Would recommend these - 5/5. - Crab Fried Rice: There was a generous amount of crab in this dish, and the portion was enough to feed two people. As someone who loves spicy food, I would have preferred some heat, but thankfully, their Thai spice tray they provided (upon request) solved that problem, and I was able to adjust the spice level to my liking. - 4/5 The service was great. The waiters were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The interior was also lovely, with hanging plants and decorative lighting that created a pleasant atmosphere. Seemed like a popular local spot with a lot of groups, families, and couples dining here, which is always a good sign. Overall, a great place to stop by for a delicious meal. Would definitely come back next time I'm in the area!

WOW. This place really knocked it out of the park! My boyfriend frequents here often for lunch & I've always seen the incredible photos of the food. I couldn't wait to try it myself. We went for lunch yesterday (Saturday) at around 1pm. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was great and attentive. I really enjoyed the layout inside. What we ordered to share -- perfect for the two of us (with plenty of leftovers): Holy Thai Basil with Crispy Pork Belly: The pork belly was truly crispy as advertised. The picture doesn't do it justice. Order this and you won't regret it! Best eaten with rice. Tom Yum (combination seafood): Tom Yum is one of my favorite soups. It's a bit more on the sweet side compared to other Tom Yums I've had but it's delicious. I can't wait to come back and try their other dishes. A standout restaurant in Marin. 10/10.

Chris, owner, may not be Thai but he's Thai in his heart and his cooking. A great concept - affordable (mostly $10), delicious bento boxes - one dish with rice, one side and a piece of futomaki, a veg sushi roll. I had the Basil Chicken which was spot on in flavor - a little sweet and just the right spice that hits then goes bye bye. He knows to use cilantro stems vs roots or leaves for best rich flavor and a hit of fish sauce. Open 5-11p Wed-Sun, he's there for the later bar crowd too. Keep your eyes open for the alley between My Thai and Peri's. See my pics - he's in the back. Check it out soon. I wasn't hungry but when I opened my box and took a bite I couldn't stop!

It was a chilly day, so warm noodles or rice sounded just right. Service was good, the food was delish, and decor was charming. We ordered the Crispy Tofu app, Ginger Stir Fry with Tofu, Eggplant Stir Fry, and a side of steamed veggies . Overall, we had a good experience here and will def come again. On our next visit I'll most likely try the Papaya Salad, as that's another one of my favorite Thai dishes.

We had been too long in trying this gem. We ordered food to pick up and were delighted. Ordering is…read moreeasy and quick. The restaurant doesn't allow modifications, which was one reason we waited until now to try, since both of us have food allergies. We selected the miso soup (my husband said it was difficult and he liked it, but has had better), the seaweed salad (I loved it-clean and not dripping with dressing), four types of sashimi (all very flavorful and fresh), and two rolls (ocean, and soft shell crab). The soft shell crab was delicious and the ocean was very good. The outside patio will be our next destination. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We're looking forward to trying a meal in the patio soon.

Service by main waiter was great as always. Getting our food was very slow and left some with ordered items and others of us waiting 20+ min (I expect timing differences in sushi restaurants but not to this extent) Sushi (tuna only) and also the Roll with tuna on top did not look presentable, as fish was probably older than it should have been, and/or not handled properly, or a poor section of fish, and should have been used for a different purpose (or discarded), rather than give us something that does not look or taste great. Another roll (Akira) as well was not at the same level as it had been on other visits. We should have complained, but waited so long that we just moved forward with items that were still good. Food should look beautiful or intentional relative what it represents, which normally it does at this restaurant. Experience last night was a 2 star given a couple of the items were still good (salad, salmon, others). Adding 4 stars to this review given the normal 4 to 5 stars based on prior exceptional visits. Hope last night was a one-off and doesn't represent something else going in the restaurant. I will be back and hope this comes back up to higher level.

It was not busy at all on a Sunday so we were seated right away. We ordered the fresh rolls and the crab rangoons for starters and I ordered the wonton soup for my main. The fresh rolls were indeed fresh, filled with carrots, cucumbers, avocados, and apple. The peanut sauce it came with was warm and savory, it paired well with the rolls. The crab rangoons were good too, smaller than what I was expecting, but it was executed well. The filling of cream cheese and imitation crab was rich and creamy, which went well with the sweet chili sauce it came with. The outer shell was fried and crispy, and the filling was generous for the small outer wrapper. The wonton soup is definitely large enough for a main, it had maybe 8-10 wontons, slices of bbq pork, 2 pieces of whole shrimp, and some type of spinachy vegetable. The broth was light yet flavorful, and I added some chili flake to make it spicy. The wonton wrappers were nice, but I found the filling to be dry and rough. It didn't have any larger pieces of snappy shrimp that I was looking for, it was all minced small with the pork and the filling itself was small compared to the wonton wrapper. Besides that, I liked everything else in the soup, the bbq pork, the whole shrimp, and the veggies were all good quality and cooked well. My bf got the tofu kra-prow krob, and the tofu was fried really well and covered in a nice sweet and spicy sauce. He had this with rice, but his only critique is he wished there were veggies or something else in the dish besides fried tofu and cashews. The other 2 people at our table ordered noodles, and they enjoyed both their pad kee mao and the pad see ew. Service was pretty attentive, our small water glasses were refilled a good amount, and the food was good overall. This is a solid place for yummy Thai food, with ample parking close by and a nice staff.
