It's not even their fault, they are all new all the time. I feel bad but it sucks when your whole dinner gets fudged up over and over again. Newbies that don't know what basic drinks are. I had to walk the server through putting my drink in the POS system at least four times in a row...this has been happening for 4-5 months now. I've been going there for at least five years, several times a month. I'm a solid regular but i spend 150-170 each time and it's becoming a total bummer. I have to explain rhe menu or what a simple drink I'm ordering is. They forget about our table all the time lately. The prices here are steep, it's a big reason as to why I don't shop here often. It's a shame because I would love to support an Armenian business.
