I recently visited friends in Santa Barbara who had Sol Wave Water Softener and RO Systems installed at their new home. I've never had a soft water system and live over two hours from Santa Barbara. I was so blown away by the feel of the water and softness of my skin. After raving about it, my other three friends tried it and one, who has a soft water system at her home, said even hers didn't feel this soft. The soft feeling lasted several hours. I found the company online and sent a message asking if they could give me information on what type of system I should be looking for in my area. Soon thereafter I was contacted by Josh from Sol Wave. I explained where I was and knew I was outside their service area. Josh said they'd still give me an estimate to sell me the system. We scheduled a Facetime call so he could see the areas my systems would go. I was surprised they'd travel that far to install my system. Yet, I was still concerned if I have any service issues, I'd feel better having someone more local for scheduling. He said he'd reach out to his supplier which happened to be in my area to see if he could get a list of contacts. I didn't want to trouble him or waste his time to work up an estimate for me given the distance, but he said it was no trouble and had it over to me quickly. He followed up with a couple contacts. After meeting two people to discuss my options, I emailed Josh to let him know I was going to go with a local company and still asked his professional opinion on two brands I was looking at. Both are sold by Sol Wave. I had to leave a review at how impressed I am with Josh, the time he spent answering my questions, and going above and beyond. Having just bought our home a few years ago, I've had my share of calling contractors and many are flaky, don't call at all and aren't easy to communicate with. If I were in Santa Barbara, there would be no question, we'd purchase this system from Sol Wave. This equipment is an investment and should last many years. I want to feel confident the people I'm working with are professional, knowledgeable and will provide quality products with honestly and integrity. I'd highly recommend this company. read more

Steve Nipper should be the paradigm for all small business owners. I can't say enough about this guy and his business. I called him, he was at my house that afternoon and had a new r/o unit installed less than 24 hours after that ... Providing me with better efficiency, higher flow rate, and a larger reserve tank for the same price I was paying for an inferior unit from another competing company.
