Oh No! I've been out of town and haven't been into Sole Therapy for a couple of weeks..... When I arrived today there were new towels and drapes, and the bath towels that have been protecting the couches in the waiting room were gone. Also gone were ALL of the great massage folks I liked coming to see. No Sophia. No Bo-Bo. No Jumbo. Before today I would tell you Sole Therapy has given me better massages than I've ever had anywhere else. No today,. I felt like my body was upended into a front-load washer with a bunch of rocks and then I was stoned for a full wash and rinse cycle. Ugh. WHERE did the old people go?!?!?!?!! read more

I am still in love with this place after several visits and therapists. Such an incredibly professional environment with superb staff and excellent service! I love Sole Therapy after a long week or when I have a twinge that needs worked out. My most recent visit was a late walk-in after I'd spent several nights on the couch due to muscle spasms. Wonderful! $35 for the 1 hour foot massage: foot soak with head & neck massage, thorough foot massage, back & leg massage (with clothes on). This is different than a spa-type massage--its own vigorous yet relaxing style. I recommend walk-in. I've noticed others with appointments having to wait for walk-ins to finish. There are maybe 6 recliners, so a wait isn't too long though. I absolutely love this place! I've referred so many people that I've run into them here. There is minimal English spoken, so I recommend just go with the flow and let them do their thing. Very friendly, clean, professional! read more

A great place! I had just been on my feet for 19 hours the day before, I needed help to get my body back to normal. I was hoping this was one of those feet only type places where they spent the full hour on your feet, this is not that kind of place, this is a full body place. I wasn't upset as really my whole body needed help and they did a very nice job on my feet. What I found was interesting is they lifted up my shirt and unhooked my bra to work on my back. They asked for consent before doing so but It still took me off guard. It was a nice little addition and a plus in my mind which separates this place from others of its type. A little too much talking going on by the staff in the room but it is what it is. I will for sure come back here. One thing I enjoyed and took me by surprise is when I called to make my appointment they didn't as my name. They referenced me by phone number when I arrived. I feel like more places that don't have english speakers as their employees should use this strategy when taking reservations. This place is a probably best for feet only. They do back massage, $45 p/h, but it's an over-the-clothes place where they only use lotion for a few mins when they tug up your clothes. The guy also didn't tie back my hair so he kept pulling it. The massage was good, but the place smells kind of feet-y and they use paper towels instead of cloths for your face. read more

$35 for a 1 hour foot and full body massage! Not as cheap as LA foot massages but a great price for Dallas. All massages are in a big shared room without any privacy but you keep your clothes on. I am obsessed with this place! Excellent massages, but you have to be open-minded with the whole experience... All the massage tables are in one central room with a few dividing screens. You stay fully dressed, so you really don't need privacy, but it's a different experience from the usual private room massages at a spa. This is a real Chinese massage, not to be confused with the Americanized version you get at most places. That's not saying it's bad, just different. It's deeper and rougher. Your not in a private room and I didn't see any female masseuses. All that being said I enjoyed it and would go back. Just know what you are getting into. read more

If you like a firm massage, this is the place for you! Having visited King Spa, I knew what to expect from an acupressure massage. I would say they did just as good of a job there as they did as King Spa minus the entrance fee and additional $40 for an acupressure massage. One of the big differences is that 1. you are in a room with a bunch of other people getting massaged, and 2. you are fully clothed. I would make sure to wear things that stretch a bit and where your pants can roll-up while your feet soak in warm water. read more

Omg!!! Absolutely fantastic!!! Been here a few times for the deep tissue massage and never disappointed. Yes you are in a large room with other patrons, but the lights are low AND they have room dividers. (It's never bothered me). Where loose stretchy clothes so they can reach your back. Relax and enjoy an amazing massage, it's cheap but man they don't corners. I've always had a great experience!!! 50-60$ with tip for an HR massage is well worth the experience!!! read more

From California, which is the home of the cheap Asian massage. Found this place and was able to get two appointments about a half hour from when we called. Massage was pretty solid, not the best I've had, but not the worst either. The value is pretty decent. Would definitely come back here. read more

uhmmmmmm. . . talk about a SCORE!!! my back was killing me from massive computer work. so i was going to head over to King's Spa but decided i would give YELP a looky to see if there were any other places such as the one's i go in Los Angeles that would do the trick. i scored BIG time! this place is excellent and at such perfect prices. it's not for the gentle touched folks. they are deep like acupressure. they start off with soaking your feet for 15 minutes while your temples and head are gently pressed with pressure. then they move onto your feel and legs. do not go if you can not handle your feet being pressed at extreme pressure points. then they moved onto my arms, which was my FAVORITE as most other massage places always skim over this area. . . . i am constantly suffering from carpal tunnel, so i was ecstatic when they did my arms. . . then they had me flip over on one of the most COMFIEST massage chair there was and rubbed my back and neck. it was FULL service all for 35.00 + tip. I will most definitely be coming back to this place again and probably won't ever go into Dallas proper to King's Spa. they take an arm and a leg and your other leg just to use their facilities. it's expensive!!!! read more

Sole Therapy was an experience in itself. Definitely worth going to. The people are friendly and polite. The massages are similar to accupressure with very precise movements. If you like gentle massages, this is not the place for you. They spend a wonderful 20 minutes on your feet and 30 minutes doing a deep tissue massage of your whole body. Its wonderful! read more

Just had a massage from Tony and let me tell ya...it was awesome. I have horrible shoulders and neck from car accident injury and staying hunched over a book or computer all the time studying. I had so much tension in my shoulders it was ridiculous. I have an appointment with a sports massage therapist next week but to tide me over in the meantime I went to my relaxation place. I told him I needed hard massage in that problem area and he put so much force into it that I feel like a new person. I walked out of there with a crease on my forehead and a smile on my face! For $35 for an hour you just can't beat it! I feel like I can sit down and study today without being in complete pain and getting a migraine. For a good fix...go check it out. This was my 1st massage experience in Dallas and I would say it was under average. My friend and I decided to give this place a try as it looked like it had good reviews, so we set up an appointment. Upon getting there, we had to wait 20 mins, before even ONE of us could be taken into a massage area- even though we booked for two people, they took us in separately. I entered the massage area about 18 mins later. When I was asked to stand up and follow a guy, who happened to be the person going to massage me, this guy did not make a move for 5 mins!! I didn't realize till a few seconds later, but he was actually waiting for his previous client to tip him. The lady before me didn't give a great tip and trust me, the guy made it known that he did not like that!! In his own language, he started complaining about how the tip wasn't enough, etc. ( I'm asian as well, so I picked up a few things). As for the massage, it was more on the rough side. I'm pretty sure during that time period, he used half his time with one of those rolly massage items rather than his fingers, so it hurt half the time. I asked him to go lighter, but he would always go back to massaging harder after a few mins. My back was aching for 2 days straight. read more

I love this place! For the price, you simply cannot get a better hour-long massage anywhere else in the DFW area. Seriously, these folks do the most thorough full-body massages! Tip: ladies-dont wear makeup. Also, be prepared to have oiled up hair after the massage- they do massage your scalp and face. read more
