Thanks to this amazing group of people for helping me with my Tesla , apparently two kittens had gotten inside the wheel well and found a way to climb into the top compartment of the vehicle . As I was driving through out the night I thought I heard a sound of a kitten , i kind of thought I was losing my mind or something, but I heard it very lightly. throughout the night I would hear a very small cries from outside of my car and I was convinced there was a cat in my car. After I dropped off somebody in the late night, I heard the kitten again meow so I went outside with a flashlight to inspect my vehicle from the surroundings of the bottom of the car. I didn't see anything. In the middle of the night I went to go charge my car because I drive an electric car as I was charging the car I thought I heard it again. As I finish charging my car and I unplugged it to drive I was driving and I slightly heard it again very lightly and I was convinced there was a cat in my car, but I didn't know where this cat could be. In the morning sometime I heard the cat cries louder and stronger and I had to figure out what to do so I went to Tesla and then they couldn't help me and they referred me to. Solesbee auto center . I met with two gentlemen who kinda had a situation like this before , they asked me to remove the top compartment lid and sure enough there was one kitten there as we look farther into the compartment. We saw another kitten which happened to be two so two lives were saved thank God there was no harm to these kittens throughout the night while I was driving , once again I have to thank the two great gentlemen who help me save these kittens. I eventually returned the kittens back to The Mother. I couldn't find nobody who would take him. I'm glad it turned be a happy ending.... read more

As you can see in image the interior was left completely unfinished. The side panel is missing, exposing the internal frame and jack, and parts are simply scattered in the trunk. It is unacceptable to keep a vehicle for over a month and return it in this condition. Despite the long wait and the insurance claims process, the job was left incomplete. I had a pretty tough experience with my Cybertruck--a month after picking it up, I had an accident that left me devastated about the damage to a brand new vehicle. I worked with Allan Baca. I had a small (at least it seemed small to me) problem with my Tesla. Everything is ALWAYS crazy expensive to repair that vehicle - but I love my Tesla and will never have another type of car. I was referred to Solesbee by a Tesla tech and they did NOT disappoint. They found a creative and less expensive way to solve my problem. Even if their "fix" didn't work, I was given a full cost repair that was reasonable. The fix worked, the cost came in less than estimate - AND they solved two other problems that I asked about. In addition, I didn't have a ride, so I planned to wait in their waiting area all day. After seeing me, they moved me up on the schedule and I was out within an hour. I was all set up to work in their comfortable wait room and WIFI access. Clean, professional, friendly, cost effective. I can't tell you how much I was impressed with Solesbee Auto Crafts. I did a dumb thing and scratched and detached part of my bumper. They make appointments for estimates, so you are not waiting around. They met with me right away. Instead of just giving me an estimate to fix it, they gave me an option to see what they can do without going to a big expense. They were able to reattach my bumper and buffed out what they could. Then told me they were not charging me for that! At this time, it was good enough for me and I did not have to go to a big expense since my car is 10 years old. This is the place you should use! My faith in humanity has actually been restored. I took my car into Tesla to fix an issue with on of my doors not closing all the way. Two different people from Tesla looked at it and said they couldn't help, and referred me to Solesbee Auto Crafts. When I showed up, Marie greeted me and had me fill out a form and quickly grabbed Cameron. Cameron said "let me take a look". After investigating for a minute or two he tried a few different fixes, he stepped inside and came back with a torx screwdriver and a ball peen hammer. He made some adjustments and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes of me parking my car! There was no sales pitch, no pressure to buy anything, just complete kind service that I thought didn't exist anymore. I was blown away with the professionalism, kindness, and speedy fix. I spent my entire drive home trying to think of how I could convey my gratitude. Businesses like this are rare, this is truly one of the good ones with genuine nice people at the helm.
