Had an experience last week that was so typically par for the course at this Jared location…read more The PV store is the closest one to my home so I visit there at least twice a year for my jewelry servicing needs. Went in last week to get my watch battery replaced and the sales associate told me Jared had stopped their battery replacement service, even for watches purchased AT JARED. That smelled like complete BS to me, so I contacted the sales associate that sold me the watch at a different Jared location. She told me they would be happy to replace my battery FOR FREE, so that's what I did this afternoon. Less than stellar customer service quite typical for this location for the 12+ years I have been a customer of Jared. The sales people are not as well trained, and this particular location has been poorly managed for as long as I can remember (starting with Roxanne when she was the general manager).
