I was there on Thursday evening. My experience was horrible. I love Sonic and when I go there I expect decent service. We decided to do the Drive in. First it took a long time for some to take our order. When my daughter was done ordering the server quickly gave her the total due. We weren't done ordering. I hadn't ordered my food. So we have to push the red button again. Again a long time for someone to take my order. When we received the order, my onion were not fresh. They looked like the left over batch from a previous order and they were over done. I've gone multiple times and they didn't have onion rings. This is my FAVORITE food at Sonic, so needless to say, I was very disappointed. They could have been under staffed because there wasn't that many cars there. They were very unsanitary. I watched them give my order to the car in front of them and politely asked them to remake it. Not even two minutes later they handed me back the food. They did not remake it and I could tell because none of the food was fresh. They simply changed the bag and gave it back to me. I will not be back to this location. Was excited to finally try this place and wat a disappointment. The guy takin my order didn't speak well at all and I couldn't understand what the hell was going on. Food was quick and the kid who delivered it was kinda rude. I wanted to take something to go and he made me pay for that food when he came back out. Very frugal with their 6 dollar concrete toppings/candy. I paid 6 dollars to have Heath sprinkled on the top and barely any throughout. Not to mention I didn't receive straws for my drinks. I am really disappointed with my experience here tonight. My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to get milkshakes so we went to Sonic. We were sitting there for 45 minutes after ordering to receive 2 medium milkshakes and an order of onion rings. Then, a young woman in no uniform at all came to tell us that they're out of onion rings. We then waited for an order of chili cheese fries while still waiting for the 2 milkshakes. This took another 10 minutes. FINALLY upon receiving our drinks, they got the milkshakes wrong, didn't give us any napkins or utensils I'm mad. read more

Burritos: 10/10 Mozzarella sticks: 10/10 Corn Dog 10/10 Customer service: 1/10 We arrived at 8:53 believing the establishment opened at 8:00. A gentleman came out and shook his head saying they opened at 9. Only seven minutes? Who wouldn't wait seven minutes for some Sonic? We decided on our order and waited until 9:05 because the employees seemed a bit disorganized. We pressed the button and were informed that they "open at 9:00." When I said it was 9:05, he informed me that it was 8:49 in the store. (Someone should get that twilight zone stuff sorted out). He further informed us that it was "our watch" that was the problem. (When two phones say 9:05, as well as a watch, I'm inclined to believe it is 9:05). We used our waiting time to call Sonic's corporate customer care line; the woman there informed me that the information we received regarding the store system's ability to process orders was incorrect, apologized, and filed a report. At this point we decided to go to the drive through. I was amazed when our food came out and appeared correct. I should have known better: drinks were filled 2/3 of the way, mozzarella sticks came with 5 instead of the 6 we ordered (and paid for), tots were unsalted, and no condiments were included. This is the first disappointing experience I have had with Sonic. Thankfully this location was a pit stop and not in my community. read more

Customer service is terrible. It's as if it is everyone's first day on the job, and first job entirely. It takes 20-25 minutes to get through the drive through and that's at any hour, no matter if other cars are in the drive through or customers in the establishment at all. I always check my food before driving away because a lot of the time things are missing, and I dread having to once again go through the drive up. There weren't any Sonic around this area until recently. Sonic is better than a lot of the normal fast food options. I like that they serve breakfast all day, the sonic burger is better than other fast food (except 5 guys). Like that you get tater tots instead of fries. read more

Well, sonic is sonic: your drive-in fast food burger joint! You know you're in for fast-food when you're coming here. Burger comes wrapped neatly in the foil so that you don't need to worry much about getting your hands dirty, and the tots are crispy! The only complaint I have is that they serve shakes with abnormally thin straws. You practically suck until you're blue in the face. They really need to upgrade straw diameters to ones similar to the ones used in bubble tea cafes. read more

Every time me and my best friend order from here it's a disaster. We order the mozzarella sticks well done and every time they're under done and disappointing. The fries and tots are usually warm bordering on the cold side. The burgers are either hit or miss. However the workers are always super nice and friendly and the service is fast. read more

I just have to say OMG the tot's are amazing. Never thought that frying tot's like fries would be that big of a deal, but it is!! Nirvana... I try not to have fast food more then once a month, but if anyone said let's to Sonic, I would run not walk to the car just for the tot's alone. They are that good! Prices are great. Family of 3 can totally eat & be full for $20!! I love the burgers, nice and juicy. The foot long dog (all beef) also a must. My only disappointment is I can't have the shakes . I can't digest the milk. But I have tried a small sip of my husband's and it was GOOD!! So as long as your not expecting gourmet, you can't be disappointed. Oh they sometimes forget to bring out extra ketchup or something but they are teenagers. That's why they have skates. So they can race back and get whatever your missing. this worker named Tianna messed up my order twice. i ordered a hot dog with nothing on it and she has the audacity to give me a hot dog with chili and cheese. so of course i gave it back. and when she gave me the correct hot dog it was burnt. and she filled half of our milkshakes with whip cream. and she charged me for 4 milkshakes and gave me 3. than i had to pay for another one. she is the worse worker i've dealt with. i expect better service. i'm done with this place. never coming back. read more

I was just recently there about a half hour or so ago and the service was horrible my chocolate soda was all chocolate syrup no coke at all. My family and I decided to stop by here a few nights ago for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately it was anything but quick. It seemed like we were waiting forever for our food. On top of that, there was a couple in a car next to us being obnoxious complaining about their order to people around them, and then littering when they didn't like how the situation was handled. They were also smoking right next to us and we had both of our young children in the car. We don't want our kids being that close to smoke, and if you know what the drive thru looks like it is essentially closed in with a roof over you. If they didn't like the service, they should have talked to the manager or left a bad review and never came back. We had to switch spots and tell the staff we switched so they wouldn't give our food to someone else. Also, there was another man who apparently got dropped off by his girlfriend and was causing a scene yelling at her to not come back. Very distracting from the drive thru experience. Anyway, they finally came out with our food but handed it to the wrong guy, and who knows if he opened it up and touched it. I don't understand how they gave it to the wrong guy after my fiancé specifically told them we switched spots. I gave this place two stars instead of one because the manager was very kind to us and tried to make the situation better by bringing out the food to us himself. As I sit here slurping my strawberry slush, I can't help but to comment on the disorganization in this place. No one seems to know what in the world is going on around here. My boyfriend and I came over to grab a snack, and with no one In the parking lot waiting for orders, and one vehicle already at the window before we even pulled in to the shopping center, we figured it would be a quick drive through!... WRONG. We promptly placed our order at the drive thru speaker, for a med strawberry slush, and a LARGE Reese's blast, with extra peanut butter cups. After waiting nearly 7 minutes behind the vehicle that was ALREADY at the window prior to our arrival, we are greeted by a less than clued in young lady who asks for a total completely different from the total declared to us upon ordering. After a moments look of dazed confusion, she then reads the order off of the receipt AGAIN, the order we told her wasn't ours. After we get that all cleared up, that No, that's still not our order, she proceeds to scramble through a stack of receipts and reading the orders off to us (even though we had reiterated our order twice now). FINALLY she finds our order and we pay. Now, we are delivered a medium strawberry slush, and a MEDIUM blast, even though it has now been stated about 1200 times that the order was for a large blast. She says, "oh, I rung you up for the medium". Okay, well, can I have a large PLEASE!!! she takes the medium and had it dumped into a large cup and puts just a little more ice cream on top and finds this "acceptable". At this point, riddled with frustration we decide that it's a losing battle and any more interaction or conversation with this young lady would be pure torture, but WAIT!!! You didn't give us straws or a spoon, now we have to stare you down through the window before you take a moment or six to realize that 'hey, something must be wrong'. Finally able to pull away and attempt to enjoy a less than enjoyable snack. Don't know that I'll be back. read more

we hate going to this place, but it's right around the corner and has half price drinks, which used to be a good thing, but lately, they've been filling the cups up with 3/4 ice & then the drink and even making us wait 20 minutes just for a freaking soda!! today though, our drink tasted like soap was in it & after reading the other reviewer's remarks, they said they saw mgmt rinsing out a used cup to reuse it and that the mgr tells them to do this in order to recycle and if they don't, it's $.10 per cup out of their pay checks... and now i believe it. i feel like they save those "special cups" for us, since we go there so much. it's like we're supposed to be rewarded for being loyal customers, but instead they are nasty, aggravated and annoyed with us?? what the heck, most places realize it's customers that keep their paychecks flowing read more
