I wish I had went to In & Out. I ordered a Double Meat burger and Chris ordered a Jr Burger meal. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and as soon as I returned to my table, they delivered my food. Ok, there's no way my food was prepared fresh with our food delivered so quickly. My burger was only warm with barely melted cheese. The meat looked old and the patties were dry. It looked like an old piece of cheese was on the bottom patty. I'm guessing there was cheese on a patty in the warmer and they added fresh cheese in between that and the extra patty for my double. When did they start placing cooked patties in a warmer? I thought their burgers were made fresh to order! This was the worst tasting and looking burger I had at any Whataburgers'! My wife's burger was no better. I spoke with the manager and I guess once the patties are cooked, they cannot be stored in the warmer longer than five minutes. Well, my patties were definitely in the warmer longer than five minutes. Take a look at the pics. They don't get hard dark old looking edges in five minutes! They really deserved two stars, but I was lenient. This place is a hit and miss. I never had a problem at the Chandler location. Their burgers are outstanding and always served freshly cooked; at least in my experience! My wife asked if I would ever return here again! I don't know! We'll see!

Nice and laid back atmosphere with a friendly bartender. Pulled up a seat at the bar and was surprised how tall the stools were, especially when i went to get down and about fell off. Will definitely visit again.

We ordered a sausage mushroom 1/2 pepperoni large pizza. Waited 45 minutes for our food. Pizza was horrible nothing like what we had received before. The sausage tasted old. No flavor or taste to the pizza it was like eating cardboard. We didn't eat but 3 small square pieces of pizza. The waitress was lazy and never came back to check on our table. We had to chase the waitress down to get our check. Pizza was 24.00$+ the prices have went up a lot for such horrible food. We definitely were shocked by the lack of service and the food.

The food was prepared quickly and nicely packaged, which I appreciated. The total came to $39.89, which is a bit on the pricey side, but I think it's worth it compared to other chains. The ingredients were fresh, the bread held up well without getting soggy, and I liked that they included a pickle on the side. Clean and spacious with plenty of seating inside. The staff is usually friendly and welcoming. Parking can be a bit challenging at times, but it's manageable. Overall, a solid choice for a tasty, fresh sub meal!

I said, "so it has been ready?" And her response was "I guess so." No apology or anything. Not only did they make me wait extra time, they got the order wrong . . . Which I only noticed after I got home.

I got a large sandwich, fries, large eegee, and a chocolate chip cookie. The best part of the meal was the sandwich itself as it was very filling and loaded with ingredients. The fries were above average. Service was fantastic as they gave my crony a large sandwich on accident and didn't charge us for it. Unfortunately, the eegee wasn't very good; the taste feels way too artificial and candy-like. I had the watermelon one and it lacked the refreshing watermelon taste I'm used to. The chocolate chip cookie was also average. The overall atmosphere isn't very busy and has lots of places to sit. Overall, it's one of the better Eegees out there.

Yes, it was busy, but it only took about 10 minutes to get a table. The first thing I noticed was the restaurant is way too loud. Too many people talking at the top of their lungs. Took about 10 minutes to finally be able to place our order. I was surprised that there is no salsa available. The waitress was nice and actually cut up some ingredients to make some pico de gallo for me. Then it took about 15 minutes to get our food. Immediately we noticed our food was barely warm. Was our food just sitting out waiting for the waitress? If so, why is the food not put under heat lamps? I like my food hot. We will not ever return food back because we know too many people that work in the restaurant industry that warned us that you never send your food back. So we won't be going back as it seems this restaurant has not improved at all since 2018.
