We only stopped by for a drink and did not order food. Although I didn't see any signage, I was told happy hour is everyday from 2 to 4 PM for 1/2 price drinks and slushes (excluding coffee, shakes, and specialty drinks). We were a bit disappointed because we wanted a Sonic dirty soda which includes adding coconut syrup, lime, and sweet cream to any fountain drink but they didn't have sweet cream. Ordered the turtle nut sonic blast they said what and then I repeated it. I guess they were out of that it's supposed to be pecan caramel nut clusters. What I received was almost all soft serve ice cream with Reese's cups and Heath bar. I guess they were trying to compensate for being out, but there was barely any of it gave most of it to my Dogs!! The food was fine, I mean it's fast food yk? However service? Poor. The workers are doing their best I understand, but the problem is they seem to not have proper management at night. The wait was an hour long, and whether or not you want to blame the workers or let it be a coincidence, up to you, but it's a fact. Also, we saw one or two workers just go on their phone at a time. Like have yall not trained them on customer service? No check ins? When we finally ordered, we got 2 orders of #9, with slushes, and then got mozzarella sticks. We pulled up to the window, got charged, and then told "oh we have no more sticks" so we had to swap for the cheddar jalapeños. Then we get handed our footlong hotdogs, with them vertically, causing the hotdogs to mess up before we even got to do it ourselves. And then, they almost forgot our two slushes. After that, we parked, and I wanted to get ranch, I didn't have the chance to request after we initially order. I get out, go to the patio, where I then see 5 people waiting by the employee door who needed to be helped. The 10 mins I waited before leaving, no one checked on these people. I waited in line yesterday for over 20 minutes for three slushy's while waiting behind one car that God knows what she you could've had that person pulled over to the side and brought her food out once it was done while waiting in the drive-through line. finally went to sonic and feel like a real american . we got the mozzarella cheese sticks and chili cheese hot dog. everything tastes pretty mediocre and every bite felt like it was missing something but i think that's the charm. the food wasn't bad, and i probably would go again at night but everytime i took a bite of the hot dog it made me crave the costco hot dogs more. also i thought the servers would be skating the food to us but unfortunately i was told that is not the case anymore. i think adding the skates back would elevate the overall experience. read more

It's amazing the positive value of a simple smile. The value for the meal was worth it. I got a double smash-burger amd a strawberry fruit Slush on thos visit. Wish I could give zero stars. Yelp! Had them open until 1AM. I pulled into a slot at 11:52AM, pressed the red order button and the screen said, "we'll be with you shortly." There are two other cars in adjacent slots, presumably also waiting for food. At 12:10AM the lights go off, two employees walk out, loaded with trays of food they made for themselves, and walk towards their cars (the ones next to me). My partner and I have ordered from this Sonic multiple times. We wouldn't recommend the food to be honest. Sonic is all about the shakes! The desserts are where it is at! :P The corn dogs: Not good. They taste like frozen dogs that they just warm-up. Skip these. Mozzarella Sticks: Hit or miss. Sometimes they are good and other times they just taste like freezer burn. Tots: Usually these are okay. The tots are pretty good when they make them well. Shakes: The shakes are fireeeeeee. So thick and creamy! Ordered food and drinks in the drive-thru line at 12:35pm: two combos of chicken bites, a chicken sandwich, and a kids meal. The drive-thru line took incredibly long and slow to get to the window. When I reached the window to pay at 1:00pm, they told me they just ran out of CO2 so my Diet Coke would be flat. They offered to change it to lemonade, which was nice of them. I then proceeded to wait another 10min to receive my order. I drove the short way home to start enjoying food with the family. As we were unpacking the bag, we realize they didn't give us any of the tater tots with our meals, so I drove back to get them. Thankfully there was no one in the drivethru this time around. I handed the cashier my receipt and said our tots were missing. She then says "it looks like you ordered combos with no sides." What? It clearly said tots on there. I initially pulled into one of the stalls, pushed the call button to order, and didn't hear back for a good ten minutes while I was very patient and understood they were probably slammed and understaffed. And yes I made sure to push the button every few minutes. Annoying for them, too, I'm sure, but yeah eventually I gave up and got in the drive through line. That also took forever, and ultimately the food was just really disappointing. I've had better food at Sonic in the past. Not sure if the quality has gone down since then as I don't eat there often. Mold in the ice! My kids and I drank most of the drinks before I looked in the cup and saw black in the ice. After it melted all the black fell to the bottom of the cup. Disgusting.
