Staff is nice but that's about it. Ordered a burger with no Mayo, tots and a medium cherry limeade. What came was a burger with Mayo and a mini cherry limeade. Cherry limeade tasted like soda water with cherry syrup. Ick. They brought back the remade burger with no Mayo. The grilled onions weren't grilled and picking them off wasn't fun. The second cherry limeade still tasted nasty and had a lemon wedge in it...sheesh! Also, the toilet in the women's bathroom isn't sealed to the ground. Terrible service!! Went by today 7/8/24 and made an order, asked for light ice and all drinks and no salt on specific drinks. Asked for Route 44s and the woman at the drive through window tried giving me a medium after she had just read the order to me and she proceeds to roll her eyes at us. This is one of those "bless their hearts" stops. Sonic seemed like the best choice in Munfordville, but they struggled to get the order right even 2 tries in. Food was fine and service was nice but so slow! Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Grosses place ever!!! 1st we go to the bathroom and you cant flush toilet paper down the toilet. So you know what that means, there was bunch of it with shit all over in the top of the trash can. That is so gross and it was so full it seems like it wasn't taken out in days. Food took 20 minuets after they said done in the kitchen on its way out. I've gone to sonic since I was real little. I know how this place works and how it tastes. I should've known I was in for a treat when I went to the bathroom with my girls. I don't have high standards when it comes to public restrooms, but dang! Do NOT use the women's restroom! The toilet seat was covered in this gray stuff. I had to put paper towels all over the seat! It was covered in trash and there was a random jug of liquid on the floor. Just hold it ladies! This place mixed up my order so bad. We asked for extra ketchup, received NO ketchup! Asked for BLT, GUESS WHAT I GOT? A BARBECUE SAUCE COVERED HAMBURGER PATTY WITH AN ONION RING ON IT! WHAT EVEN??? The wrapper says "Bacon" on it, and although there does happen to be bacon on the sandwich, it's not a BLT. Asked for a strawberry limeade, got a plain limeade. Asked for a strawberry shake, got a vanilla one with strawberries on top of it? The second star is bc they eventually came out with my strawberry one, and I got to keep the other shake. I had a soft pretzel that tasted like a funnel cake bc of how much excess grease was on it. They also forgot to bring out my sprite and when I asked for it they gave me one that had obviously been sitting on the counter for a while. Tasted like warm sugar water. Came here after a long day on the road with my kids! Order taken quickly for six people and food brought out without too long of a wait. Two staff came to deliver it to the truck! Both were very friendly and went back in twice for a drink carrier and to put together a bag of ranch, ketchup, and mustard. Very friendly! We would definitely go back. Probably the worst service I have ever received at a fast food joint. The place is not even busy and I've been waiting for my food for 16 minutes and counting. My opinion if the customer has enough time to type out a bad yelp review during the time he waits for fast food it's not exactly "fast." Especially when all I ordered were some jalapeño poppers and cheese sticks. I got here and I was the only car in line and now there's 5 cars behind me. Debating on typing until my food comes. Waited 35min for our food after taking more than 5min just to place the order. We had to repeat ourselves at least 4 times before multiple order items were listed. I have no ideas what was going on inside but it's like they were not even listening to the order. When our order finally came out, two items were missing as well as all our drinks. They also let us know car-side that they were out of the Cheddar Peppers we ordered and asked if we wanted something at a similar cost. They were also out of fries. We should have known when we pulled up and the order taking process was so ridiculous, or the fact that there was a crowed (3 carloads of people) around the patio waiting on their food for such a long time they were asking for refunds. Waited for well over 20 minutes for an order, that already once had to be corrected at the drive in screen. Finally once we received our long waited meal, the girl read off the receipt as to what was to be expected in the bag. By the time we'd realized that she'd given us incorrect sizes on our drinks (we wanted larger sizes, but luckily they only charged us for the sizes they'd given us) she'd already walked inside so we decided to just accept the sizes we'd received. We drove off but as my sister thankfully decided to search through the bag for BBQ sauce, my sis noticed there was neither BBQ sauce or her main course of LG Popcorn chicken. The onion rings and fries weren't fresh and warm as expected from a long wait. Whenever we returned we went directly through a drive thru and demanded our money back instead of the chicken because we didn't want to have to wait any longer for anything else. The manager then came to the window acting disrespectfully. She told us she couldn't give us the money back for separate items, which Cracker Barrel can do it where I worked for two years, why can't you? Just rering in what I could've kept, and void the ticket.‍ so we gave her our drinks, but then she tried to pull the, "I can't take back anything you've eaten." Well we'd only taken a bite of our unsatisfying cold onion rings. Once we demanded that we didn't have to pay our $18.16 (that could be my gas to work) for our crap service, we received it. She ended with, "they're just kids they make mistakes." Yes I know that, I've had a lot harder job being a server and didn't have nearly as many as complaints.
