WoW never coming back! We came with 2 small groups of people & ended up with the wrong order & an order missing. When we told one of the servers they had our order they told us to wait and took it back. Then when they came back they said it was an other person's order & that guy told her it wasn't his order & she left again. After serving 3 other people we canceled our 2nd order and asked for an manager. The manger wasn't available but the store manger as they called her came out and said they have too many people ordering at once & she's new. That was it... she said the same thing 3 times to us. Poor service. I worked drive thru before and i undestand the husstle but this was too much. We drove frome SCV and wanted to order through drive thru. We waited easily 15min on the speaker. We even said hello many times. Since no one answered , we pull up to the window. We explained in a really polite way to the girl she proceeded to answer "i can't take any orders at the window" with such a attitude. Which pissed me off, we explained to her that we tried to get their attention and she answered same thing, that she was going to get back up with the car behind me. I wouldn't had mind if she had answered differently, but her attitude was way off. I know that you can't take orders at the window, but there is ways to talk to your customers. Your employees are most likely tired but that's not an excuse to treat customers like that. When I worked drive despite the customers bahavior, i always apologized, smile back and in exchange i got apologies from customers. If Management should keep an eye on their employees, if they are having a bad, they should walk it off. Just saying!!! read more

Here's what's wrong with this Sonic location. It should be sold to someone who actually cares about their business. I order the steak and egg burrito and tots. Both items were horrible. The burrito had nothing inside and the tots were bland and cold. The customer service here is really terrible. They should not hire these kids that do not know how to cook and have no experience with the public. I was very excited to try Sonics since I've never had it before but I've heard good things about the brand. Not about this place. The food was sub par, the fries were cold, the mozzarella sticks were stiff, and tasted old, they made the order wrong. We ordered 2 times! And the bathroom was a nightmare, no toilet paper or soap. I tried it 2 years ago. My brother lived in Texas for 2 years and raved it was awesome. He even said it was better than In-N-Out at one point.... The tots were cold, but the chicken sandwich was still ice cold! I keep a food thermometer with me because I need to keep some medication at a certain temperature. After seeing the commercials for the half-priced shakes after 8pm, my son and I decided to go to our local Sonic last night. We were extremely disappointed. After we placed our order, it took approximately 25 minutes for us to get our food. This is completely unacceptable. There only seemed to be a couple of employees working, and while it was a bit busy, the employees didn't seem to be in any rush to help customers. Also, the machine that accepts payment where we were parked happened to be broken. This wouldn't have been a big deal, except the employee took my bank card out of my sight and into the building without even asking for my permission. I did not feel comfortable having my bank card being taken out of my sight. That was unacceptable. Between the lousy service and the way my payment was handled, I won't be coming back to this location. The employees need to step it up, and the machines need to be in good working order. Just left here 20 minutes ago. This review is strictly about the customer service. The foods pretty good every time. The guy working there today around 9:30-9:40 was unbelievably rude. He acted as if he didn't want to be working there. My order took forever despite being the only person there. He acted very pissy. So I put in my order for the grilled cheese and a small order of Popcorn chicken because chicken always wins with my picky 4 y/o. Had to make sure I had back up in case he didn't like the grilled cheese. So anyhow, after waiting several god damn minutes, my patience was slooooowly slipping away. Finally after sitting at the window for damn near 30 minutes for a fucking slice of cheese inside 2 pieces of bread. She hands me my bag and I take the fuck off because I wanted to avoid saying anything i would regret as my patience had already run dry. I was assuming that she put my whole order in the bag, because that was her fucking job right? To put the cheese sandwich with my mini popcorn chicken the one i bought for my son who was waiting for me for an hour by this time. When I get home I look in the bag to find that my son's stupid popcorn chicken wasn't in the fucking bag.
