This place is terrible. The store manager is is not helpful at all, she leaves her employees to work 3 when there is fifty people waiting. I had ordered and paid waiting outside they turn off the light and say no curb hop leaving me wondering where my order is and then I have an hour later to walk inside and request a refund witch the employee had a problem doing because the order had been processed.. he called the store manager and she said she'd call him back vs knowing what to do or how to help him so eventually he just gave me cash but still management is not there and I won't ever recommend this sonic to anyone. read more

I waited in drive through for over a half hour ( no cars in front of me). I ordered 3 items and bill came to about 9 bucks. After waiting so long at drive through window a manger came and asked what I ordered again . I politely told him and he told me he was sorry for the wait!! Another 5 minutes goes by and the manager brings out a bag . When I get home I find out nothing I ordered was in the bag and he obviously gave me another persons order. They had no food 2 hours before closing. Asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me after saying sorry and laughing. I'm not one to leave a bad review and I've gone to this sonic multiple times and I am just in shock. I'm 19, work in a body shop and have better manners then to hang up as a manager. read more

They were very rude here. Tried to make sure they got our order right where you order the food in the drive thru and they stopped answering on the intercom so we went to the window to pay and it took them 10 mins to come. Asked if our order was right they said yes (which it wasn't) and then just shut the window and left for another 10 mins. Ordered 3 shakes and 2 were completely wrong after triple checking with them. I've been waiting for over 45 minutes for my food and have watched multiple cars come and go without receiving their orders. Watched a car pull up and two employees get out and go in after smoking a blunt. Also watched multiple employees stand around and yell at each other, while another employee showed up and cussed when she realized the person whose order she had left without getting it. We pressed the button to order again only to be told it's be right out as if they never even put the order in. Another customer had to go up to the door to ask for help because they pressed the button and waited 20 minutes and they never answered the call. Multiple employees smell as if they've been smoking. This location has been hit or miss. Today made me want to continue giving this location business. Computers crashed & what could have been a really bad visit was turned around by Tami. Definitely have seen an improvement in food quality, only 4 stars because in the last 2 visits there has been condiments missing that were requested. read more

Extremely slow service and completely unorganized. Waited 25 minutes in the drive with only one car ahead of us, then they were confused at the window with what our order was because they couldn't read their receipts. We only ordered 2 drinks, and one was completely watered down and gross from sitting so long. At that point it wasn't worth getting a new one. read more

I have been there twice in the last two weeks, and that is it, I won't go back. First time, we waited in line, took 20+ minutes with only 1 car in front of us. Today we thought it would be faster at 1: 10 to pull in and place our order, after 45 minutes I gave up. Now, two cars pulled in beside me, each got their order, and left. I called in after 30 minutes and asked when my hamburger and two drinks were coming, "oh ma'am they are being sacked up now." 15 minutes later, I called and asked about my order again, they needed me to reorder. I've been to this sonic more than once this past month and each time I order food from them it has me sick. I don't see employees wear face masks or gloves. I've been told by many other people they get the same way and that they have seen roaches in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. With everything that is going on safety and health concerns should be their number one priority. read more

The Brownie Batter shake consisted of vanilla ice cream and small, very burnt chunks of brownie. Any chocolate flavor was overpowered by the taste of burnt brownie. The staff was nice and the order didn't take too long to recieve. read more

Will not go back to this Sonic because of the workers: Three strikes and they're out! My wife and I have tried unsuccessfully two times in the past six months to place orders after 8:00 p.m., with the workers stating the ice cream machine was inop. This evening, we tried one more time to place an order in the drive-thru. We sat patiently for several minutes at the designated place in line--no one responded to us to take our order. I then drove up to the window, thinking I could get someone's attention. No luck: 5 workers were inside milling about (two customer cars in the parking lot). Not one worker came to the window, although two noted my vehicle. That was strike three, Sonic, on Geoffrey St. in St Augustine, FL. You lost our business. read more

The employees at this location will tell you that you're wrong when you return an unsatisfactory item. And then they'll argue when you ask for a refund AND they'll slam the sliding drive thru window when they stomp back to their register. This is the SLOWEST service I have ever received at a "fast food" restaurant! I've been here 3 times now and as another reviewer mentioned, it's hit or miss. (So far I'm one hit and two misses) The first time I went late at night and got served quickly at the drive through and my order was correct and delicious! The second time I came here for lunch and waited in line at the drive thru. After waiting for about 10 minutes behind 2 cars without moving up, I pulled around front and ordered at the speaker up front. Since I only have a limited amount of time for lunch, I was trying to get the quickest service possible. I placed my order up front and waited for the girl to bring out my food, this was another 10 minutes. Once I got back to my car I checked my food and it was mostly wrong so I got back out of my car and waited for them to remake my order. (Probably should have never left the drive thru!!) The poor girl who was serving all the cars and tables out front finally brought out my food and apologized. This entire process took at least 30 minutes just to get a burger ... Totally ridiculous. I just came here for my third time today a bit after lunch time and once again experienced extremely slow service. The guy taking my order would take unusually long pauses between the items I ordered and then tried to rush me at the end. (I mean like 30 seconds of silence at some points!!! So strange!!) When I asked him to please repeat my order at the end he didn't seem too happy about it but I rightfully wanted to make sure he got the order right! In the end, the food here is pretty on point, besides them messing up the order the taste is always good. The service is another story, ridiculously slow!
