I frequent this Sonic location 1-3 times per month and it's always great. The service is really good and super fast. Like literally within 3-4 minutes of placing an order for two it will already be out piping hot and fresh. 95% of the time they get the order correct. Which I think is good for a fast food place. Sonic's burgers are always a bit better than most fast food places. Also Sonic has a ton of different menu choices. The dessert items are also pretty good. I do wish they used Nathan's hot dogs instead of the generic hot dogs they currently use. PROS -Great burgers for fast food -Tons of menu choices -Tasty desserts -Super fast service CONS -Parking spots can be limited at certain times of the day. First of all my blue raspberry slushy was all ice NO BLUEBERRY AT ALL!!!I was also charged extra for blue raspberry syrup!!! second of all MY CHEESE STICKS WERE AWFUL !!! Great service, came in around 8:30 PM on a Thursday and ordered 1 medium chocolate brownie blast and 1 medium classic chocolate shake, the carhop came out 3-4 minutes later (great service). The chocolate brownie blast was correct but the shake was wrong (they gave us a peanut butter). The carhop was very nice tho. read more

We just got a drink and French fries. But both were excellent. Fast and super easy. Service was great! Little anxiety seeing they have a play set for kids right next to the road but haven't seen many kids on it and it does have a fence around it! I just want to know how you advertise dirty drinks ie dirty dr peppers but don't have the one of the ingredients. If i were y'all I would be 86ing those drinks until you can get the ingredients to make it. Then how are you going to ask if we still want something and we say yes but then you just hop of the mic. That's piss poor service. I have worked in food since I was 16 so I understand something not being on a truck but usually if you don't have the ingredient even if it's just one you 86 that off your menu. I love sonic, but this specific one is always messing it up for us... they always leave out at least one of our sauces and this time, the potato in our tots was crunchy... uncooked. Second time now where at 9:30, they have already started cleaning their ice cream machine and do not sell any ice cream based items. Blows my mind that a business would allow employees to start dismantling equipment for the night while they're still open. Why not start cleaning the grill too? We always see commercials on t.v for Sonic but there aren't any near me. On vacation in TN, we went to Sonic and loved it. The burgers are very good. Much better than any of those other fast food places. The only thing was, our server didn't bring out our food wearing rollerskates. Some of the servers had them but not ours... oh well... Hard to get in and out of! Once you do get in, the service is descent. The food isn't always right and it's normally cold. The facility is older, and the playground is not well kept. I pulled my kids out of there the last time as some of the wood boards weren't secured. The Sonic on Goose Creek isn't far and they always have great food and service. We just go to that location now. read more

Everytime I go to this location there's a problem with my order. Tonight I took my family here for milkshakes. I asked for EXTRA Oreos in my blast and even paid extra for it. I didn't start eating my ice cream until I got home so I didn't notice THE LACK OF OREOS In my blast. I was very disappointed and frustrated because I paid extra for it. read more

i ordered a grilled cheese, a large mozzarella stick, and a milkshake. when i received my order i opened it and it contained my mozzarella sticks and a pretzel. i wasn't going to say anything at first because i know that mistakes happen so i ate the pretzel. my friend then opened the mozzarella sticks and there was only five in there despite ordering a large. i normally don't say anything in these situations but i paid for a large so i wanted that. so i pressed the button and told an employee about it and they brought me the right food. she asked for the bag with the wrong food in it back so i gave it to her and told her i ate the pretzel and she said it was okay. about 15 minutes passed and a different worker came up to my window immediately telling me that i needed to pay for the wrong food that had been given to me. she was EXTREMELY rude. i asked her why and she told me it's because we ate it (even though we only ate the pretzel). i told her another worker told me it was okay. she told me that i food that wasn't mine and it didn't matter that i was hungry. she took my card and went back in. another worker, i believe a manager, came out and gave me my card back (didn't charge me). i told her how rude the other worker was to me and she told me they would talk thankfully. very very awful experience that made me not want to come back to a place i come to all the time. read more

I love Sonic. It is by far my favorite fast food, but this one seems to have management issues. The beverages are inconsistent with other Sonics. My food has been cold/old more than once. I have been overcharged, or under-delivered at least twice. read more

Today is the fourth day that my wife has stopped at the sonic and they have withheld change from her. Pay attention consumers!!!! The carhop ladies have been either not giving our change (coins) back or withholding a dollar out of the change they give back thinking you will not notice and if it only happened one time that would be one thing but for our last 4 consecutive visits just stopping in for a happy hour drink, we have noticed this trend in their employees. Count your change carefully when stopping at this Sonic or avoid it all together like we will be from now on. If nothing else, DON'T PAY WITH CASH!!!! read more

You know, this is a fast food hamburger joint. People act like it's a four star restaurant when reviewing. The hamburgers have a good flavor and they can be as big as you want. I like this place and visit it in the summer when cutting grass and need a quick lunch. Also, big sodas, and milkshakes. It's all good. read more

Well, it is the 5th of July, and corporate Sonic is still dragging its feet. Everyone from the CEO, COO, CFO, and others know the situation, but have not resolved it. This job I paid for and completed for Sonic required specialized materials and supplies, which Sonic has left me on the hook for. (They have not seen to it that I get paid). I find their corporate philosophy a total pile of crap, and therefore continue to avoid all Sonics. read more
