This is a business WITHOUT ETHICS!!!! Instead of apologizing for their old and stale food, they will strong arm you into keeping the products and they will refuse your request for any return, and when you insist, they will LIE and muster up some sort of void to say that the ticket has been refunded when the refund transition never took place. I know this because I was a victim of their immoral business practice. This was what happened.. I saw that they carry macaron ice cream sandwich. I purchased one for $5 (they are petite in size btw). When I got it, it was soooooo old and hard that I could not even make any teeth mark on the cookie nor the ice cream. It was 100% freezer burned as well. I immediately took it to the order girl and show it to her, then I demanded money back. Instead of apologizing, she stood there arguing with me telling me how she couldn't give my money back. After me getting angry at her, she finally reluctantly pretended to refund me. When I asked for a receipt, she originally said no receipt, but after I pressed it, she showed me a paper saying something remotely looking like a void. She swore that I would get my money back on my statement. Well, two statements have come and went. NO REFUND!!!! What a LIE!! Immoral and ZERO THICS not to mention zero customer service and lack of common sense! Forget about OLD, STALE and INEDIBLE food!!! I got a little bit of everything on the menu and ordered through door dash. It was absolutely delicious. The crispy chicken was actually crispy and flavorful! I tried things I had no idea what to expect and loved every one. Highly recommend if you can afford it, it was a bit pricey but worth it. I would give them another star if I could. They exceeded expectations in every way starting from opening their doors 5 minutes early to let us sit inside where it was cooler. I didn't think our boba would be authentic but the quality of our boba is something we could've found in Asia. Real mango pieces and a salted foam with good tea- I could cry happy tears. Their fried salt and pepper chicken was hot, crispy, and so delicious. Their gyoza was thick and juicy with a crisp outside, not the cheap tiny ones you can find at other restaurants. Their sona bowl had the kind of egg David Chang would be proud of with juicy pieces of marinated chicken, cooked cabbage and stretchy soft noodles. Love their cute bright interior. Am I in Cerritos? Although, their boba is pretty inconsistent - some days the texture is perfect, soft and chewy, then other days the boba is undercooked and hard. Made a quick stop here for a late lunch and was happy with my choice. The popcorn chicken is spot on, and the portions are generous for the price. The brussels sprouts were also good and, again, in generous portions. I didn't try the boba tea because my cousin owns several boba tea shops, so I'm a bit of a snob about the tapioca pearls, but given the quality of the food, I'll try the tea next time! I've been able to stop by a few times and I've enjoyed the food and service each visit. The chicken and boba deal is really good and worth the money. It comes with a lot of chicken and I loved the sauce. All the bobas are great and worth it! I've also tried some of the appetizers and stolen bites of my friends food to try different dishes. One of my friends thought the chicken teriyaki was very basic, so she wouldn't get that again. Everything else has been delicious and fairly priced for Flagstaff. I'll definitely continue to visit! The boba taste amazing and perfectly sweet, i have a sweet tooth so if you like sweet drinks the boba tea is awesome. I got recommended the mango snow white tea and it hit the spot. I also had the teriyaki bowl which was extremely filling and tasty. The teriyaki glaze was balanced and the rice was light and fluffy. While the drinks impressed, the food was a mixed bag, skewing toward the saltier side. However, some items did stand out: Dragon Eyes w/ Lychee + Crystal Boba: 4/5. A refreshing blend with the dragon fruit really shining through. Chili Shrimp Don: 5/5. Pleasant surprise to find a boba place in Flagstaff! We did a day trip up from Phoenix to see the Aspen trees and were hungry for a snack on the drive back. Love the taste of home in the random beautiful town of flaggstaff. We saw sono at sedona and my boyfriend was craving another bowl of popcorn chicken It was the biggest pieces if chicken, tender juicy and not dry/crispy like some places may have it. The oils were not coming out. It was perfect popcorn chicken for its price and portion ! The juice and boba were better than we expected. It was not superly flavored as some new stores would have it, and it was not underwhelming if compared to the traditional shops. Look at those stickers ! Super cute merchandise ^_^ to add to the t shirt merch, I think it would be cool if the shop designed boba holders to sell. I bought some from Taiwan and it carries my coffee cups (more than just boba to-go!) when I walk around too! I loved their first location I been to in Sedona. Congrats to their new location here in Flagstaff. I love how bright and colorful it is inside. We got the Teriyaki Chicken Dan, which had excellent flavor and the most beautifully made boiled egg I've ever seen. And the rice was some of the most perfectly cooked rice I've ever had at a restaurant. We also ordered the "Pop n Bo" where we got the ADDICTIVE popcorn chicken and a medium boba for $14. The popcorn chicken is moist, tangy, salty, peppery, crunchy and delicious. The deal gets you a GIANT bowl of this chicken that devastates you when it's gone. The Boba I chose was the Thai Milk Tea and it did not disappoint. Tasted exactly how a Thai tea should, and the boba was some of the best boba I've had in town.
