This place is awesome!!!!! I was looking for a place to get a small scratch fixed and I had some paint on my rim. I walked in to get a quote and the owner came out and said hold on let me check it out. He then asked one of his guys to look at my car and he said he can get the scratch out. He doesn't want to charge me because it's not that big. He then said I'll have him look at your rim as well. He told me he just couldn't charge me for something like that. I felt more than grateful and I felt this place has GREAT customer service!!! read more

I took in my car to get fixed for rear wheel well dmg. I dropped it off on a friday. My insurance estimated an 8 day job so I figured Id get it back in a wk and a half. To my surprise it was ready the following friday. But he told me while it was ready was my side mirror apart of the dmg because it wasnt on my estimate. I called my insurance and they fixed the issue. Willie called me back and said he would overnight the part and it would be ready on saturday around 2. I showed up around to and like a man of his word it was ready. I would definitely come back again. Not one issue. Honesty guy and most importantly keeps his word. read more

The first time I went to Sonoma Collissions was by recommendation of a good friend who'se had previous experience working with Willie. He raved about how he feels that they really have genuine concern for the people they serve. I found this out for myself. The first time I went with my Jeep, Willie made me feel that they were going to take care of everything and that I don't have to worry about anything. I never felt like they were trying to get more money out of me, more than what the insurance company was willing to pay for...and they did. They took care of me and my car. I just had my Chrysler Town and Country for the last 6 months and I took it to Willie's 2 times already. Four days out of the dealer, a motorcycle rider hit the back of my van and ran. The second time, some lowlife decided to do a smash and grab modus at 4pm in front of a restaurant. Again, both times he made me feel safe and that I could trust that he was going to take care of everything plus some. As soon as the insurance company asked me if I had a preferred auto body shop, I immediately said "Yes" despite them recommending a place that offers guarantees on their body of work. I trust Willie and know that he would offer the same if not a better deal. He even offered to secure the running boards that I had a friend install. He didn't want us to leave his body shop unsatisfied. I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER and would recommend Willie and his auto body shop to anyone anytime. I had an EXCELLENT experienced from Sonoma Auto Collision. Willie Zeidan was very helpful and attentive. I picked up my car from this shop yesterday (January 22) after being there since Monday. As I was about to drive away inpassing I told Willie that there was one thing I forgot to tell him to look at. I further that after the accident I have been hearing annoying grinding sound which I was planning to mentioned but forgot when I drop off the car. Immediately after Willie heard me say that, with no hesitation he offered to take a look at it. With him in the car, we drove around til he could hear the sound-sounds comes and goes, by the way. After driving the car around with Willie, he called their mechanic Sam to take a second look and further diagnosed the cause of the noise. Honestly, I can't believed this guys were actually doing this considering the work they were contracted to do by the insurance was already satisfied. To make the story short, I am very pleased and thankful for Sam and Willie for going above and beyond their work - noise problem GONE! Never heard it since i left the shop. You gentlemen are so kind, THANK YOU SO MUCH! First time again after the accident I was in a week and a half prior, I can help but smile again knowing that there are people like you who can touch other people lives and make a difference. I came here to get a large scratch on my car's rear bumper repaired. The woman who gave me an estimate said it would be $683, but that she would bring it down to $650. I later called to set an appointment, and a man said I could come in whenever. So I brought the car in early, and they said they would get it to me within 2 days, 3 at the latest, but that they would call me when it was ready. The next day I called and they said it would be ready by 11 am the next day. The next day comes, and I call at 10:50 am to make sure it will be ready by then. The same man answers, and tells me that they will call in an hour when it's ready. By 4 pm, I still haven't gotten a call, so I call again, and he says that he didn't say that, he said just come in whenever... so I finally go in at 4:30 pm, and I see the car in the lot so I go to take a look at the repair. There is a NEW scratch right in the old spot. The worst part is, when I told the guys, they rubbed off the coloring, and told me the horizontal scratch was bird poop. Sure enough it looks ok, but upon closer inspection there is still a clear 3-4 inch scratch. The man seemed a little distressed, and told me that he'll charge me $600. After I paid, he adds that I can just give him the $83 when I come back to get the new scratch (their fault!!!) repaired. To make us happy, he said I can use his own personal car while it's getting repaired. Luckily, the scratch is tiny, so I don't think I'll be going back there. read more

Took about two weeks to finish, but man is the work on point. Car looks new again. I can still see a little orange peel effect but that's can be taken care of.
