Worst nail experience ever. I went in for a manicure during my lunch hour. Dude is sitting in the pedicure chair snoring with a phone held up to his ear. That should've been my 1st sign but I have an event tomorrow. I ask for a manicure(natural nails). Lady in the last chair tells me to have a seat. I ask about new colors for the season. They give me a raggedy basket filled with old worn out colors so I asked for a French manicure. She took off my gel polish and said nothing about cost for removal. Told her I had 30 minutes. She said ok. Manicure listed as $25 French listed as $5 Process goes as follows: Prepare nails Remove gel polish File & shape nails Cuticle care Asks me what polish. I say French. So the nail tech pulls out the Gelish LED lamp. I'm like no gel....French. She nods affirming she understood me. 45 min into the appt she's just finishing up the tip about to put on top coat. I say I have 5 min left. No massage, no lotion, used hot towels to wipe off nail oil. She kept admiring her work the entire time which was extremely off putting. Time to pay. Why did she charge me $51?????? I'm like WAIT WHAT?!? She says gel manicure is $42, polish removal $3, and French manicure $5. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I reminded her that I did not ask for a gel manicure. Worst place ever' do not go you will get an infection! They used gel form caps and glued them to my nail with LED light. It burned very very badly. I refused to pay full price because the color is hideous and he hurt me so many times. None of them have a beauty license. None of them have been to school. None of them clean or sanitize their tools. The caps are so thin it hurts to pick things up. Also they shit talked the whole entire time. And ignore anything you ask for or request. My gel is pretty but the lady who did it ripped my cuticle skin and made two of my fingers bleed. When I get a manicure I want it to be relaxing, not painful. My cuticles still hurt. I also didn't see them unwrap the tools from a sanitizing bag, and when I asked whether their tools are sanitized they said they clean it between each person but idk I prefer when I see it with my own eyes. I didn't get to ask for their names but 2 people worked on my gel manicure and acrylic pedicure for a total of $69. I also did a walk-in and they started right away. They moved so quick but with so much care! They removed extra dead skin, ingrown nails and cuticles around my nails without cutting me. They were also very kind! There may have been a bit of a language barrier on my part but I wish I could tell them how happy I am with their work. Highly recommend this place and also bring cash! They accept Applepay and all other types of credit payment but at least give a cash tip so they can keep it right away :) If you don't have cash or a physical credit card, 7-Eleven next door has a max of $10 for every purchase. CVS and Target also has cash back but you need the physical card Love this place and will be going back in a few weeks lol read more

Had quick and fast service which was convenient on a Tuesday afternoon while in the area. Got dip powder on nails which was $60 (more expensive than other places). The guy who did my nails was fine but did not do the cleanest job for what I paid. I told him to keep my nails long but he filed them all the way down & made the edge of one bleed. My nails are uneven and cuticles are uneven too. He also did the dip powder far too thick and looks clumpy at the top. He then asked for a tip in cash which I didn't have & told me to go to the ATM to get it which I said I didn't have time for. A simple pedicure cost $42 which is also more expensive than other places - didn't get foot exfoliation or massage/nothing. She also used tissue between toes instead of a toe separator. The place itself is not the cleanest. Disappointing given the end product especially with the dip powder being so overpriced :(. Won't be going back. Updating review to one star because one week after spending $60 for acrylic nails my nails have chipped and grown out since my cuticles did not get treated. So disappointing. read more

I got a gel mani for $25 and a color change for $8 on my toes. The color change is a fantastic deal because it's basically a regular pedi without the foot soak and exfoliation, which is fine by me. Very fair prices, but the technician seemed to slack a bit on the gel nails compared to other places. There were a few tiny bubbles in the nails after they finished, and his method of painting/putting under UV lamp seemed a bit sloppy. However, they turned out well overall and lasted a good ~2 weeks before they started to peel and chip off. Overall, would recommend if you live close to the area and want to get your nails done without breaking the bank. read more

I walked in and was attended right away. I got a spa pedi and mani at the same time which was great for the time I had available. A gentleman worked on my mani while a lady worked on my pedi. As soon as he shaped my nails I knew I was going to be happy. The best shape someone has done on my nails. From my experience if you aren't getting acrylics, they don't spend too much time on shaping your nails. Here they did and I loved it. I picked a beautiful color for both hands and feet (see my pic). The staff is all very friendly. I walk in without an appointment every time and never have to wait long. They are able to get me in and out during my lunch break and I've never had a problem with the process of getting my nails done here. The only reason I take stars off is their gel doesn't last at all. I keep saying I'm not going to return because I can't keep my nails done for any substantial amount of time. This place is horrible. My group came in on a semi-busy time. While we were waiting for our turn, they sat us down on the massage chair and started soaking our feet in hot water. While waiting, waited for about 15-20 minutes, we noticed that they did not disinfect the bins/tub where customers soak their feet. They do not line their bins/tubs with plastic like some other nail salons. Also, in their haste to accommodate all the customers, they did not disinfect the tools either. I watched at least one nail specialist put a used tool in a box labeled "clean" and went to the next customer without disinfecting it. The typical leg massage was also nonexistent as they rushed the entire process. Typical example of sacrificing quality for quantity. They really cut corners when it's busy. I hope they improve on this. Customers can get cut and get serious infections due to their unsanitary practices. read more

They did a good job on my spa mani pedi. I am happy with the service. The humans here are happy and great customer service. My only concern is how dirty the establishment is. It looks like they haven't wiped their shelves, counters, desks, floors, etc in years. The bathroom... just don't use it. (see photos) This almost made me leave and not get my nails done. If there was another nail place nearby I would've left but I'm walking today and about to leave for a trip and wanted my nails done apparently at any cost. When you do not take pride in your business I wonder what else is being overlooked and unsanitary. This is hands down the worst nail experience I've had in my life, & here's why: -nail tech (if she even deserves that title) literally scraped the gel & layers of my nail off. I've never had gel removed so egregiously, you can see the patches in the pictures -tech proceeded to ask me whether I wanted "square or round?" Then repeated that question almost immediately after. I paused to think so she then repeated again, and I said yes, sorry let me think about it, and then she proceeded to sigh and ask me to HURRY UP BECAUSE OTHERWISE SHE'LL GO WORK ON SOMEONE ELSE. Anyway this was a whole ordeal where she asked me that same question at leAst 10 times in quick succession without giving me time to think and even also asking me if I understood the question??? Like I understand English..I came here to relax..please don't rush me. (Note: I came in without an appointment stating what I wanted and asking the wait time & if they could take me; she said it'd be 15 min and my nails were wrapped for 30-40 min. It's clear they were busy but in that case just say you're booked and I'll go somewhere else no issue) This whole experience was not even two minutes mind you, for her to ask that question so many times so quickly -she cut & filed my nails and they weren't smooth so I asked her to please smooth out my nails. (Note: my left middle nail was broken so that was NOT her fault, but the rest of my nails were smooth/unbroken) She said it was the gel and my nails wouldn't be smooth (which..isn't true if you remove it correctly) and I said I mean the cut, please smooth out the ends and she then said it was mY NAILS that were the issue,,,,for why she couldn't cut/file them smoothly. At that point I just told her I'll cut my own nails at home I'll just pay -other stuff to note is I didn't see her take any tools from a wrapper/sanitized & she didn't bother trimming hangnails or any of that standard housekeeping nail treatment you'll get -the one pro I have is that this place is super cheap, a mani runs $15, but hands down I would go anywhere else. I've been here twice at this point and these two experiences would be my worst nail experiences (last time was uneven nails & bumpy polish) I felt like I paid to get my nails ruined & get rudely spoken to and I came out of this experience so frustrated I cried back at home Tldr I've gotten my nails done a million times before & this place is the worst. I typically can get in within 20-30 minutes without an appointment, which I never make because my life is a mess. The gentleman who works there (never caught his name) does a wonderful job, ​and I highly recommend Wendy as well as she is very sweet and does beautiful work. The price for regular manicure was $12, but together with the gel removal was 17$, and I gave a couple of dollars for tip. They only accept cash for tips. The guy who did my manicure was very fast and precise, yet rough at times. There was a language barrier but it wasn't unbearable. A couple of my nails bled from the cuticle clipping. The polish didn't come out perfect but I didn't expect too much anyway. Overall, it was an okay experience.
