    Crab Rangoon mozzarella sticks
    Micaela M.

THE GOOD Crab Rangoon mozzarella sticks!!!! Wowza I am definitely going back there for those alone The crab fried rice- delicious, rich The ambiance- it is very aesthetic THE BAD Service/ management. one server had half the restaurant as her section, with 5 ish food runners, she was running around like crazy. While I felt bad for her I also was starving! I didn't even get an order for food in until an hour plus after I was sat and didn't get the food until an hour after that, it was a big yikes The management did give me a gift card but I honestly would rather they just staffed better. the sushi- really disappointed, especially after all the great reputation. the pricing- quite high, especially for the amount of sushi received. OVERALL I guess I will be back to use my gift card, probably on takeout, for the crab Rangoon mozzarella sticks

Disappointing portion and texture - noodles were very sticky I had to separate them with chopsticks and fork
    Mazen H.

The vegetables were fresh and the flavor was decent, but the portion was much smaller than expected. The ramen noodles were clumped together into a sticky mass underneath the vegetables and had to be separated with chopsticks before they could be eaten. It felt more like a small lunch portion than a dinner entrée. Unfortunately it didn't match the photos I'd seen online.

We were excited to try this sushi and fusion spot after looking at the menu before going in. We tried a number of dishes. This place is very beautiful inside, and some dishes were great. Good bites: Spider Roll, Crispy Rice, Karaage Chicken. Crab Rangoon served mozzarella stick style is good, but very rich. If there was a different sauce with some acid, it would be even better. The horchata inspired tea was delicious. But unlike most Asian places, they served 2 pots instead of having us share. It made room on the table extra tight. I love crudo, and here they have 3 options. Sadly, the yellowtail crudo was very fishy and the sauce on it is as well. The way it is plated is unappetizing. After one bite, we had to send it back. That unfortunately steered us away from ordering any other fresh sushi. A table near us also sent their fresh salmon sushi back. The manager took half off of that dish. We finished with a poached pear. Again, plated in an awkward way, it was served in a deep bowl with a lot of the poaching liquid and charred lemons. Then they put the ice cream that comes with it in the same bowl. The result was watered down ice cream around the pear. There are crunchy bits added for texture that also end up getting soft in all the liquid. I was appreciative of a fresh bite of fruit after the heavier meal, but it was not the best end. Good service, okay sushi, pretty place to eat, but plating, table management, and flavors could be improved for a better experience.

This place is an Asian fusion sushi steakhouse. And with that combination, you'd think part of the menu would suffer, but it doesn't. Every single thing I ate was simply amazing. Appetizers, entrées, and sushi were all perfect. The restaurant is a jumping place. A little loud at times, but we had a large table. Sitting at the bar is also a treat to watch the chefs work. The service was fantastic, even with a big table. This place is not to be missed if you are in Cleveland.

Sora was awesome!!! My boyfriend and I came here on a Monday night without a reservation for our anniversary dinner, and we were seated almost immediately. Our servers were very kind and patient, explaining the entire menu when we told them it was our first time here, and gave us several recommendations. We ended up getting the toro crudo, crab rangoon mozzarella sticks, and two omakases (sushi and sashimi). We also tried their drinks - I got the Sakura (which was a very refreshing, non-alcoholic drink), while my boyfriend got one of the draft beers. Our food came out relatively quickly and I was pleasantly surprised by everything! The crab rangoon mozzarella sticks were crispy, flakey, and flavorful, and the toro crudo was extremely light and fresh -- the perfect appetizers. Our omakase platters were plated beautifully and were so, so delicious; the fish was fresh, cut well, and paired well with the various toppings the chefs put on top. I also love that they had fresh wasabi (which wasn't too spicy)! While it is a bit pricey, I think the quality of all the ingredients made the experience worth it. Overall, I'd definitely come back!! Note: The restaurant can be a little hard to find, but it is on the ground floor of a hotel building, right next to a parking structure (which is a little pricey, but less so than valet). To get to the parking structure, you just need to drive through the one-way street and past the valet area, and the entrance to the parking garage will be on the right side.

Went for Mario night. Food was good. There was only 2 set ups for gaming which was disappointing. Servers were really nice. Princess peach cupcake was dry and taste more like a carrot cake.

I had been wanting to try Sora for a while and was happy when a friend decided this would be our dinner location before a concert. Cute atmosphere and friendly wait staff. For starters we had crab Rangoon fried mozzarella. I thought it was a creative and tasty twist on the classic. After our apps one of the chefs actually came by the table and I asked what he would recommend. He spoke very highly of the pork belly, so I went with it and I enjoyed it. It was both sweet and savory, but not too salty. The dessert was really good. The kid and me loves anything peanut butter and jelly, so a dessert with this flavorings was a no brainer. I think it may have been seasonal, but it was delicious.

Sora served tasty sushi and rolls with amazing presentation and flavor that haves the fish melt in your mouth. I tried a few of their spirit free cocktails which were truly delicious and photo worthy to go along with my grilled octopus appetizer and rolls for the night. Every piece of fish was presented very well when I dined at Sora and the menu featured plenty of options to choose from. I ended the night with mochi donuts for desert and found my entire experience at Sora to be satisfying. I would recommend visiting !

Love Sora! We've come here a few times when we visit Cleveland and it never disappoints... this time we started with the Crispy Spicy tuna rice and it was definitely spicy but very good. Then we shared the potsticker soup and it was PHENOMENAL! It was chilly out so I wish I got this for my meal it was so good! Then we finished with a specialty roll and tuna, octopus, and scallop sashimi and it was extremely fresh. We've only stopped in on Sundays so it's quiet and lowkey which is nice and the food comes out quick. Our waitress gave great recommendations and we can't wait to come back'

Sora never disappoints! The ambience is beautiful. The decor is very cute and welcoming. The service from the time you enter the door to your table is always amazing. The server was very nice and She gave us time to look at the menu and she was very attentive. For food we ordered the crispy rice and spicy salmon roll, drunken noodles with shrimp and a side of fried rice. The food was a 12/10 very fresh and the flavors were amazing.

    Salmon

Ordered salmon and it was completely raw and gelatinous. Was also cold. Very disappointing considering I thought I found a great salmon place

Although you can hear every single conversation around you, it isn't a bother. Suggestion, play some cool Asian fusion music to enhance the experience. Our servers left something to be desired. I wanted to communicate with her, but wearing an outdoor winter vest and her disconnected behavior canceled that attempt. Tyler was our server who we barely saw. I had to ask his name, and thats a pet peeve to start. He never cleared our bread and butter dishes ...also annoying to have dirty dishes in front of me...especially after I pushed them to the edge ... a clear indication to take it away. Now the food. My corn chicken chowder was served hot and creamy. Loved it. The spinach, mushroom and mozarella stuffed bacon wrapped chicken breast perched atop over cooked bok choy... laced atop bacon rice and surrounded by a 5spice seasoning was beautiful BUT overwhelming. The price was cool at $26 , however I doubt ANYONE can eat this serving. It would be better a smaller portion and lesser price. It was seriously enuf food for more than 2 people unless your just a gluten. I wish I had room for dessert because they all look like a work of art! Kudos but also let's be more reasonable. Our server was friendly and asked if our food was alright when we were served. We didn't see her much after that. It seemed she was the only waitperson in the room and we were at the end of her list. I wanted another roll and had to flag down a bus person to ask for it. It arrived after I finished the meal, so I took it home with the leftovers. The food was beautifully presented and tasty. My steak was a little more than medium but still OK. The salads were huge and a shared portion was more than adequate. We split the mango cheesecake for desert. It was beautifully presented and dense, smooth and tasty. All in all, although not perfect, it was a good experience at a fair price.
