The food was delicious! The fish was a bit salty but the pasta was good! The service was amazing! Very friendly and understanding. Made a mocktail for me and more strawberries. The ambience was magnificent. Beautiful. Would recommend going early when it's quiet because it's the best time! Would definitely return!

I ordered the lamb ravioli, beef capriccio, and tiramisu. Everything was truly incredible including the service. Would highly recommend!

Restaurant Dining Roo The restaurant is in the Hamilton Hotel, and opened on Tuesday. Beautifully decorated. We ordered the veal meatballs, Bibb salad, bronzini, pappardelle, and olive oil cake. Every item was delicious. The meatballs were moist and well-seasoned; the pasta was fresh and the short rib was tender and flavorful; the cake was such a welcomed surprise as it was similar to pound cake, but elevated. The star of dinner was definitely the bronzini, which was grilled with lemon and fennel. It was excellent. The staff was extremely attentive, and Conrad, our server, was great. We were told that the menu is seasonal, so we'll return to try other offerings.

Cacio e Pepe way too much pepper. Pretty large portion

Went for dinner for girls night out here a couple weeks ago We had most of the apps and the meatballs are a must! Most of our group got the cacio e Pepe. The portion was great but oh my way too much pepper. I love pepper but couldn't eat it. The server saw that those that ordered barely ate anything and just asked can I box it up.

Had such an incredible experience here! Me and my friend came for a girls night, and it did not disappoint! Between the service, food, and vibes, everything was amazing. The lamb meatballs and desserts are definitely a must! I was shocked at how much I loved the parmesan cheesecake, it sounds weird but trust me it's amazing. The presentation on all the dishes was also gorgeous.

We walked in and got seated right away. Let me tell you, this place is the perfect spot for a fantastic date night. Seriously, it's so romantic! Our server, Adrian, totally made our dining experience top-notch. Every dish that came out was like a work of art and tasted absolutely amazing. I mean, the octopus was incredibly tender--I was expecting it to be chewy, but boy was I wrong. And don't even get me started on the salmon! It was to die for, and not a bit dry. And those prawns, oh my goodness! They were an absolute delight. I shall be back!

I had the love potion which was a seasonal drink to celebrate Valentine's Day. It tasted like a cosmopolitan. The Duck Around and Find Out was heavy on the blue curaçao, so if you like that flavor, you'll love the drink. I enjoyed it. The calamari didn't have as many ring calamari as I would've liked but crispy. Needed a lemon or something to make it pop for the flavor. My fiancé ordered the blushing margarita which was also special for Valentine's Day. It was a really good raspberry marg, would definitely order again. Then, he had the adult Capri sun sangria, which was good but really sweet. The server did warn that it would be sweet, so wasn't bad just something to note. He also had the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls which were pretty good. Definitely filling as far as meat portion, enjoyed the flavor. Would've liked a little more cheese, and for the price, a larger amount would be better. It was two big rolls cut in half to make it seem like it was a large amount but really wasn't. The service overall was a little slow as far as getting food and drinks, but the servers themselves were pretty attentive. It was easy to get someone's attention, and they checked on us often enough. It was also very pretty on the inside, so aesthetically, it gets points there, too.

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant…read more Drunken Shrimp -- really good. So good that I already told myself I have to recreate this at home. The sauce was definitely the star for me. Passion Fruit Wine -- it was okay to me, but nothing I would personally order again. Take my opinion with a grain of salt though because I'm not really a wine drinker. Baked Parmesan Shrimp Scampi -- this was good. I actually asked for a side of the drunken shrimp garlic cream sauce to put on top because I preferred that sauce more than the one it came with. The original sauce wasn't bad at all, I just liked the other one better. The Leonard Burger -- really good too. Overall, I'll definitely be back, especially to try the wine tasting. I believe it's 5 tastings for $12. The server also recommended joining the wine club because they have a special going on with 2 bottles next month... I think don't quote me on that though since I was more focused on the food than the wine.

They boast an "Everything made from scratch" menu and they aren't kidding. Delicious apps and amazing entrées all up and down the menu. Per our server we decided on a nice red (Vin Velouté). So good I actually purchased a few bottle to take home. For starters the Crab-shrimp and lobster Bisque was just amazing. So creamy smooth and delicious. And the Gnocchi carbonara was just amazing, with that pancetta, chicken, sage, peas and parmesan garlic in a cream sauce. Just wow. Another hit of the table was the Ellie's Chicken Piccata. Tender chicken in a Lemon Butter and caper Sauce with Capellini Pasta and asparagus. Impeccable service and an impressive and smooth flavorful wine list makes this a must return visit. And if you're so inclined they have a Wine Club you can join.

It was nice out so we asked to be seated outside. They have outside seating on the roof and also out front. We were seated out front. It was a wonderful experience. Although it's a wine bar we just had water. But noted the wine flights for a future visit. They have 6 oz pours, which is nice. The flights are interesting though. They have three wines in a flight where you receive a 2 oz pour of each wine in the flight. They tell you that they cannot mix and match wines from different flights, so you have to receive the wines that are in each flight, which is fine with me. We started with the goat cheese beignets with the honey sauce. They have a decent helping of goat cheese inside of each beignet. My wife says that it was almost too much. And I joked that there's never too much goat cheese. Lol. My wife had the chicken kabob which was very elevated. It didn't come on the skewers which was nice and it had a really flavorful sauce and roasted veggies. I had an arugula salmon salad with a citrus vinaigrette which was perfect since I didn't want anything heavy. Perfect for a date night after a concert where we enjoyed the music, met friends, and enjoyed our entire evening. My wife said that it feels like we're on vacation, and it did! We highly recommend CRU.

It has been my experience that few bottles that go under $40 are worth my time. I was wrong. Amy, owner of TOTT, shared with me 4 wines that ran $15-$20 that I actually truly enjoyed. I didn't know what it was, until some friends of mine booked a wine tasting for us. What? I love wine tastings, and thought I had to drive to Dahlonegha for that. No idea there was a place so close by to do wine like this. We walked in and were walked back to a quaint room with a long table and chairs around it. A reservation had been made for the wine tasting, so the four of us were seated with some other people that had made the reservation as well. Amy, the owner, came in and introduced herself. She was so knowledgable about wines, and really was informative. I have to say I've been to several wine tastings before, but I learned a lot here from Amy. She told us about herself, and what her store is all about. She stated she has about 300 wines in her shop, and she has tasted every single one. She stated that she got a lot of her wines from small producers, and that most of her wines were under $20. She said she liked to have a unique variety of wines that would be good to grab for a dinner at home, or for a gift. She also had several imported and domestic cheeses. We had the opportunity to try a few different cheeses, and by far my favorite was the brie/gouda mix Belletoile. It was so good and creamy. The crackers that were served with the cheeses were so good as well. We had a peppercorn and a plain cracker. Both were really good, and I loved the small sizes of the crackers to go with the cheese. They were made from a small company in Chamblee called Georgia Sourdough. You can buy their crackers at this store, so you don't have to drive to Chamblee. So the wine tastings are Monday-Saturday. Drop-in tastings are Monday through Wednesday for $10, which includes four wines and one cheese with cracker. Thursday through Saturday, Amy does a six wine tasting paired with 3 different cheeses and crackers for $18 per person. The latter requires a reservation. Each tasting has a theme, so for instance, the one we did was USA Wines. And I tried my first Riesling I actually didn't mind. It wasn't sweet. She mentioned that before I tried it, and she was right. You also get to keep the BPA plastic stemless glass you use to do the tastings. She chose these BPA glasses, because there is no odor like with most plastics and doesn't have that plastic taste, either. The glasses are very sensitive to heat, though, so don't put them in your dishwasher or they will melt. She serves the wines from lightest to heaviest, and she told us if you rinse the glass each time with water between tastings you will change the way the next wine should taste. She said going from lightest to heaviest will nix the need to actually rinse the glass. If you like any of the wines or cheeses you try the day of the tasting, you can get any of them for 10% off. And she won't tell you the prices of the wines until after the tasting, which was a good idea. She didn't want us having preconceived ideas on the taste based on knowledge of the price. Unfortunately, I picked the most expensive wine as my favorite. I wouldn't pay $27 for a wine for any regular evening, but it's a good choice for the weekend or entertaining. I'd love to come back here, sooner than later. I am so excited my friends discovered this place, and will definitely be back. If you live in the area, check it out.
