Sorena is best. I have my Mercedes ML350 do the back up camera as well as the parking sensors. The owner scheduled me to come at my place. He showed up on time and get the installation done. He gave me two options for parking sensors and I end up choose the option that it did not quite work for me. A month later after the initial installation, I contacted him back and he responded back to my issue and scheduled to come to my place again. He again, showed up on time and change to the option that work best for me. I did offer him some money to compensate for his time and travel to my place but he refuse to take the money. This is my first review on a new account; changed my email and couldn't get access to prior account. Anyway, these guys are awesome. It started late Friday night, (I know no life), but I had just gotten a 2013 mustang and the radio is hideously old. So I started shopping for stereos and saw that these guys had great reviews, and sent them a Yelp message at midnight. Then 5 minutes later the owner, Sam, replies, and I'm like, "what!" This guys awake? Anyways I describe the situation and he gives me options. I ask him if he can do it Saturday, he says he needs to check his store for certain parts. He says he will let me know between 9 and 10am. He messages me at 9:20ish and says he doesn't have a part, and the earliest he can do is till Tuesday, which is today. He comes an hour early and does his magic. He says it's a 2 hour job for the Bluetooth stereo and back up camera. Well and an hour and 15 minutes later calls and says it's ready. Goes over everything and is done. I wrote all of this because it shows not only the work this guy does but also the customer service. I asked him why was he responding at midnight, and says to maintain the fast response designation he has on Yelp. This guy is about making sure his company is competitive and provides answers in a timely manner. Look at my radio, looks so clean and passes off as factory! Just google 2014 Mustang interior and you will see what looks like is the instrument panel to fly a 1970's space shuttle. Ford hopefully has cleaned that up with the newer models. Pricing was very competitive as well. The set of subwoofer and amplifier he was offering me was selling on amazon for 400 dollars with the installation kit and the control knob excluding tax. I've been meaning to write this review for some time now! In my 1982 Porsche, I had a head unit, new speakers, amp, etc installed about 7-8 years ago from an audio shop. They left all of wires that connect to the battery all loose and exposed. Looked like a big mess of spaghetti noodles! It has been bugging me for years! Finally, I looked on Yelp and decided to call Sam to see what he can do. Sam and his associate showed up to my house and had everything fixed nice and clean less than an hour or so! To make all of the wires fit nice and clean, they not just had to clean up the wires, but splice and re-connect things as well! They did a great job!! Had a small JL audio self powered sub installed at my home. Installers were prompt, knowledgeable, and tidy. The sub sounds perfect and the price was very reasonable given the fact I did not have to purchase any extra equipment, and I didn't have to go anywhere! He left me enough cable slack so I could move it around the trunk if I needed to, and there was zero damage or mess. Most installers break plastic, lose or break clips and leave wire shavings and a mess in the trunk. These guys are NOT like that! You can tell right when they drive up that these were professionals. I called him yesterday and he was able to come out today; he and John installed a front and rear BlackVue DR750S-2CH dashcam system in my car. He was very reasonably priced, knowledgeable, prompt, polite, and actually did EVERYTHING he said he was going to do for the price he quoted me. I had been shopping for someone to install an overhead DVD player in my SUV and decided to give Sam and his team a try given all the 5 stars on Yelp. He is responsive to get your business, but I wasn't completely satisfied. First of all, I asked Sam to bring both a 10" and 12" unit to compare. He brings a 13" unit... This is after our first conversation when he says the 10" would be appropriate because anything bigger would obstruct the view from the rearview mirror. Against my better judgment, I allowed them to proceed since I really wanted the player installed before taking an upcoming road trip and couldn't reschedule another time. So the player is installed and the picture and sound are fine. However, when the screen is down, the rearview mirror is useless. If Sam knew this, why would he install this and allow a customer to make a poor decision? I'm not sure if the 10" would have been a whole lot better, but I would have been able to make more of an informed decision. Lastly, I pay them cash as requested, and ask for a receipt. He says he'll be emailing it with their warranty, but it seemed like once payment was received, the response was slow. I accept some fault for rushing and proceeding in good faith with these guys. read more

WORSE EXPERIENCE of my life!!! I don't recommend none of you guys to choice Sorena Car Audio. They work very unprofessional and don't even tell you there's a cancellation fee. I wasn't inform about cancelation fee of $50. I didn't pay for the cancelation fee for so many reasons. They even left, leaving my stereo hanging out and the side doors underneath uncovered, didn't even left saying a word. Sam even scratch underneath my dashboard in purpose imagine how bad that was especially in a 2014 Car! Would of wish writing a great review but I couldn't, due to the unprofessional service I had.
