The kitchen's grilling technique and heat control are just exceptionally well-handled. I also quite liked their dessert, Greek yogurt and candied orange peel. I think using orange peel has an advantage: even though it's been candied, it still retains the natural bitterness of the peel, so it's not overly sweet. Speaking of olive oil, the olive oil at this place deserves a shout-out too. It has a very strong grassy aroma and a distinct, pleasant bitterness with a sweet aftertaste. We also added an order of their signature appetizer, which is thinly sliced zucchini and eggplant fried and stacked into a tower. It was seriously so crispy and delicious!!! And very eye-catching! This dish is great for sharing, though it did get a little greasy toward the end, since it is fried after all. This single appetizer costs a whopping 41 bucks! I had Chelokabob koobideh, with mast-moosir, which was just like the oned that I had in Iran, soft, with enough oil plus butter on the well-cooked rice. For a place charging these prices, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience and I wouldn't come back. The lady at the register was struggling and she didn't even seem like she knew how to work the damn thing the restaurant was clean. I will never go back here. Worst Mediterranean food I've ever had in Las Vegas and I paid $70 for all of the stuff that I got. I want my money back.

The tables felt very cramped, and the customers were sitting pretty close together, which made the seating area feel a little uncomfortable. However, one thing that bothered me with this visit was how much food they put out at a time. Some of the trays only seemed to have enough for maybe 3 or 4 servings, so once a dish ran out, you had to wait longer for another batch to come out.
