First time ordering Sorrentos and I really enjoyed the pizza! It was thin and crispy, and the sauce was bright and tangy. The sausage was good but seemed more like a crumble, so I hope to order again to see if that is always the case. I like nice small chunks of sausage with fennel..not too dried out. Ordered delivery with the family last night. There's 8 of us and we finally all agreed on a place haha. It was SO good. We had 2 pizzas, cheezie garlic bread, and a salad. I ordered a 14" pepperoni and a 12" sausage for pick up. The order took a bit longer than the quoted time of 30-35 minutes, but the woman at the counter gave me a soda to make up for it. It was really good two years ago. It's just, I don't think I'll ever be ordering again from them. The pizza always looks like it's been kicked around the floor and lately the whole pizza is off from it being under cooked to too much sauce or not enough or just a general taste of not good. Seems completely different down to the seasonings on top which sometimes they don't out no breadcrumbs on the bottom anymore. Would not recommend anymore, sadly it was my go to. I'll be on the hunt for a new place. Not to mention picking it up in that dirt shack which used to be charming but now is just gross now that I'm old lol or maybe post Covid people got more conscious of cleanliness. Tucked inbetween a Polamer and I Due Mondi cafe, it can be hard to spot at first. Surprisingly, there's a small parking lot on the right side of the building. Ordered a 12'' stuffed pizza ($12.99) to go which took about 45 minutes. Visually, the pie looked great. However, I definitely should of stuck with the thin crust. Their stuffed pizza didn't have much flavor, other than the sauce, which tasted very salty. Crust had a good chewiness to it. I still recommend coming here. Prices were affordable and service was personable but, don't order the stuffed pizza. read more

I was driving around the area and hungry. Hungry for pizza! I drive past this place and I google this place. I see all of the good reviews and think "ok, let's try out a slice of pizza". Boy was I glad. I tried out their slice of pizza and loved it. I liked their sauce and crust. A few days later I try out the whole pizza with jalapeno's. DELICIOUS. The price you pay plus the quality of the good food equals me being a repeat customer. My only pet peeve, the prices that are listed on their online menu and phone recording is not the same as their actual prices. I brought this to their attention and the customer who was behind me said the same thing. Someone at Sorrento's please correct this. Perfection everytime!!! This is the best thin crust in the area, the search is over! FYI: When ordering be sure to give your last name instead of your first. Got a rude attitude from the delivery driver because I left my first name with my apartment number, but the driver argued with me that my first name wasn't on the door it was under my last name with the same apartment number next to it...he couldn't connect the dots I guess... Love the quickness in which the pizza is made and courtesy shown here. Excellent pricing for amazing pizza. The pizza is crunchy and soft in all the right places, the cheese is gooey and tasty, not too greasy, and the condiments are fresh and pizza stays hot in the box for a long time. Honestly have no complaints. If I didn't live 20 minutes away (driving) I'd get pizza from here every time. Please tip if you come here, these are honest good people and they always offer me free pop, even now that business is probably not the best, and small businesses are struggling. The pizza is absolutely delicious!!!! They are not greedy with the toppings! However the last time me and my husband went in for a pick up the older woman that works the register and sometimes in the back had a very dry rude attitude. My husband went in while I waited in the car, when my husband came back to the car I asked him "Did he ask for extra crushed pepper and Parmesan cheese" ?( Because there was only 1 of each-Being that we ordered 2 Large pizzas). Turns out when he asked her for more she said that's all we give so my husband just came back and told me because he isn't the type to waste his time but I in the other hand went back in and told her my husband was just in here and asked for more cheese and crushed pepper and you stated that's all you give.. if that's the case I will pay for extra... her response sure wasn't an apology not even a smile on that woman's face! She says well that is all we give when you order 2 large but I guess this time I will just give you extra next time it will be a charge and handed me more crushed pepper and cheese and just turned her back and proceeded to walk towards the back - I than said thank you!!!! It's a small pizza shop on Harlem that actually serves slices. This has to be one of the best thin crust pizzas I've had on the northwest side that didn't come from a brick/wood fired oven. Stopped in for a quick slice while cruising. I would've given 5 stars but there was no place to sit and eat. You've got Geo's and Coluta's all within a stones throw if this place but I gotta say they set the bar pretty high. I had a slice of thin crust cheese and it was $2.54! Who can beat that? Perfect combo of greasy, saucy, cheesy and delish! I live a block away from this spot and have seen the great reviews but have been trying to steer clear from caloric goodness as of late but after a night out on the town, I was nursing a pretty wicked hangover and used it as the perfect excuse to give it a whirl. YES! YES! Yaaassss! As all classy ladies do, I started with a nice bruschetta, fresh tomatoes.. healthy :) To be honest, I wasn't expecting much and thankfully I live super close or else not sure it would have been as good, the super flavorful tomato blend was extra saucy/juicy and nearly soaked through the bread it was on but was still good, may be a better bet to put the toppings on the side in the future and assemble yourself. The star of the show was the "za" it was so good but messy ( asked for extra sauce so probably my bad on that one) the only reason I didn't do 5 Stars is because nearly every piece stuck on the bottom to the cardboard and so I had to make sure I wasn't eating paper before every piece. Next hangover I will be back... although I did say I am never drinking again.. so maybe a sober snack :) read more

I'm so glad I found a good pizza place so close by! I ordered from here the other day and it was the first time I could not take a bite of delivered pizza bc it was too hot! That had never happened. It's was like they literally took it out of the oven before he rang the door bell! As far as taste goes, it was awesome.
