Soul Beach Cruisers, awesome, there really is nothing else to say. I bought my soul beach cruiser storm trooper off Soul and I live in Lake Havasu City, Every time I RIDE IT. People ask where did I get it from, how to buy them etc. Quick story. I needed the fat tire mounts for my rack, I was at the shop in Tempe, Jim at the time DID NOT HAVE any in stock. He looked at me and said, "hey your from far away (3 plus hours) let me sell you my personal ones and when I order I WILL replace the ones I sold you to my rack..... WHO DOES THAT. The man could lose bike sales by not bringing bikes to a show etc and he sells me his own personal ones? I LOVE my beach cruiser, my family and friends love the bike also. BUYERS BEWARE! My bike is only about 4 months old the motor went bad and Soul Beach Cruiser will NOT issue me a new motor. I purchased this bike for exercise reasons due to the fact I have Parkinson's. The bike has been broken down for 2 months. All I want is a new motor. I just got a new bike today for Mother's Day and I am so excited! I started looking for a beach cruiser here and rode their Halo and Stomper beach cruisers. LOVE them both! Then my husband and I drove all over town so I could try a variety of beach cruisers to be sure I was getting what I wanted. We ended up back where we started because their bikes can't be beat! They are quality and comfort, plus it's very cute too. I decided on the Halo model 3 speed in pink and white. I also had them put colored lights on the wheels which look super cool at night. My husband fell in love with the fat tire Stomper bike. I have a feeling we will be returning for one of those... I have to say that the guy who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also we noticed that a lot of the customers were returning to buy more bikes for all of their family members. One guy was buying his family's 8th Soul beach cruiser! That's a good sign, happy customers coming back for more. I also noticed they had sold many bikes in the few hours we were gone looking at other bikes. Everything about Soul Beach Cruisers was AMAZING. Staff was excellent, the bikes were super cool, the experience was stellar. My daughter wanted a new bike for her birthday. Not just a bike, but a bike that will be cool for years to come. She is a little on the small side so they resized the handlebars and seat post to fit her perfectly. The color was amazing. The place has a very nice person who mends your bike. I went there hoping that I Had a flat front tire for my bike. The person inspected my bike and filled the air and found that the tire was in condition. He filled the air for the rear tire too. All that for free. The temperature inside the room was cool and had a wide range of new bikes to select from. read more

I walked into the Tempe store on a whim after seeing pics of the bikes featured with AMA Supercross teams. I was in Phoenix area visiting and had to take a look. The first thing that appealed to me was the many paint color schemes available. Admiring the Soul Stomper fat tire cruisers, I was overwhelmed by the variety like a kid in a candy store! Owner and designer Jim and staff gave me great service, a lot of personal attention and background on the company. He also provides $$ incentives if you buy on site. I have a lot of bicycles at home and had no room in my van for one, but after test riding the Soul Stomper around the parking lot I was hooked. The premium components and frame create an amazingly smooth and balanced, well performing bicycle. When I saw the Gulf livery colors from motor racing history....I became a proud owner. I somehow stuffed the bike in my van. Don't buy one if you dislike talking to people wherever you take it. This color scheme grabs peoples attention. They go crazy! My experience: I needed to find a bike under $1000 that would fit my needs, which are trail riding(novice), grocery and other errands, long distance road trips and possible motorization. I looked at many of the national chains and the bikes were boring. I perused so many different mountain bikes. Then I see fat bikes. Hmm different. I used to own a beach cruiser. This was going to be my bike and I wasn't going to settle for a cookie cutter traditional beach cruiser. I bought one from Wally's and it couldn't stand up to the rigors of motorization and all the riding I like to do. I had seen Surly(too expensive) and I saw some bikes over at Sikk bikes(more boring) and once again I couldn't find a bike that would fit me. Enter Soul Beach Cruisers.When I saw their Raw Black Soul Stomper I was in awe. Literally. I then looked at the price, knowing I was going to be disappointed. $699 for the single speed. Exactly what I needed and within my budget. Eeeeeeeeeee! Then started the research. Found out Jim the owner went to his first BMX race around 8 years old. Those memories are evident in the bike. I surfed over to their site and saw all their choices and options. The Raw Black Soul Stomper still rose to the top. I called their store on more than a few occasions for more information and the staff there was friendly and knowledgeable. About a week after I saw that bike and knew it was what I needed and wanted I submitted my order! A very happy occasion to put it lightly. Receiving the bike was even better.
