Then, my girl pondering which bicycle tire pump to get, seeing a fellow at some distance from that section of the store wearing a red Target shirt, motioned to him that we needed help, before realizing it was Ed. Wonder of wonders, Ed carefully explained the difference. Target really should make Ed not just store manager, but regional manager, in charge of training. Ed's genuineness is infectious, his range of knowledge remarkable, his casual intellect makes shopping a breeze. Ed would be a welcomed addition in Target's corporate offices. Anyone long in business knows people are quick to complain, slow to praise. So please let my words of appreciation for this cheerful, savvy soul serve as proxy for all the Target customers Ed has helped but who never bothered thanking him for his thoughtful help, for going the extra mile. Shopping and its decisions at Walnut Creek, CA Target,1871 North Main Street, are both pleasurable and illuminating thanks to a rare gentleman like Ed.

Recently, we returned and my wife was able to find what she was looking for. On a Saturday afternoon, the store was busy, but we were still able to get in and out fast. This is one of the busier Target stores I've been to. I think my sister prefers it to the one in Oakland. It reminds me of our Target at home in Atlanta (Atlantic Station) because it has a garage and you have to take escalators/stairs up to get into the store (however, at this location, if you park outside, there is no need to take the escalators/stairs).

In a few moments, he handed it back. FIXED! No charge. This man, Hadi, is a genius. He is most certainly very knowledgable and more than fair. AMAZING STAFF, OWNER & BUSINESS!!! These guys worked with me…read moreso hard. I had completely disassembled my $400 HP printer, put it back together and something went wrong and the screen wouldn't light up. They're not only found the tiny wire inside a very, very small cable that I have broken, they showed me a picture of it and gave me a complete tutorial. then they went on to explain why my printer wasn't working anymore. It had smeared printing because over five years, I've been using aftermarket toner on an HP printer. I then asked for a recommendation on a high volume printer for home use. That's in between category between home desktop and large office printers. They said they didn't know but they researched it and called me back a couple of days later with really excellent advice I took and purchased the printer they recommended! Then one day I was nearby installed a large projection system and didn't have a long enough power cable. I went in and explained and they gave me a 10 foot power cable for free. But most important these people are are very friendly as well as mean technical experts... But very humble about it and they really listen care about the customers. Wow!
