Very nice sandwiches and good salads. Best sandwiches on Trinity. Friendly staff. Next best thing to Jersey Mikes, great addition to Spanos.

The ordering process is simple: order at the counter, grab a table, and place your order number on top. The staff then delivers the food directly to you. Service was slow since there was only 1 person taking orders but our wait for the food was reasonable, it took about 20 minutes. We ordered three bowls of clam chowder and shared the prosciutto bianca styled pinsa pizza. The clam chowder was delicious and the pizza was good even though it got a bit hard as it cooled. Overall both dishes were delicious. The soup and pizza combination hit the spot.

The manager must be a family member, for the original owners to allow this location to go so far down. I stopped in today, after months. 6 months, checked my last review. Yes had an issue that time. Thought maybe the staff changed. I ordered on the kiosk as always, most of the staff looked at me repeatedly, finally, one offered to help, after a customer, a lady nicely told him I was first, he told me he will be with me after. After finishing, he said someone will get my ordered made. No one ever acknowledged my order. Some staff, kept going to the back, coming up front, looking at each other and laughing. So, since the shake machine is in the back, out of sight, I didn't trust them making it, so I stopped a staff member and asked to cancel my order. He did without an issue, because no one bother to start it. As the on duty manager was refunding me. A staff member came from the back and lowly asked him if it was canceled. He turned and said yes. So maybe, they already cleaned the machine and don't want to use it, not sure. He did offer a free pastry, I had one on my order, but told him no, it was ok. Always make a point to withhold your money, if you aren't treated as a wanted customer. Everything is too high nowadays. And unfortunately, employees think, their bosses pay them, regardless of money coming through the business. Also, after the previous manager, the food quality has gone way down. It's sad to see the place so empty, compared to how it was before. So disappointing!

I wanted the mango sticky rice and was disappointed to hear it is out of season. It is a seasonal item so will come back for it when it's in season. The sausage and sticky rice plate is a best seller item so that's what I got. It was delicious. Parking can be challenging as it is in a strip mall and shared with multiple businesses, most of them food places. We parked in the street because the lot was full. Ambiance is unique. Clean and modern. Lots of references to foodie Guy Fieri who visited the establishment before. This is a local small business, they deserve our support! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

It was also overcooked, making the meat extremely chewy, and it barely had any flavor. I drove all the way from Southern California because I was excited to eat here, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. I also ordered the khapoon, which was much too sweet. The only thing I enjoyed was the sticky rice. Overall, it was a waste of money. I won't be coming back. I'll give their original Bangkok Restaurant location a try and hope the food there is better

Yas. Just yas. This…read moreis the place. Haven't really had Vietnamese out in the area so I had my doubts ngl, especially with it being "fusion". Oh it's fusion alright, menu has a level of variety I haven't seen anywhere else. Lots of seafood options so great for pescatarians like my partner :) They only had one real pho option (the BEEF) but are working on adding more. Erick, the sole dude running the whole show (quite literally ) told us as much (bun rieu!) Anyway where do I even begin. I got the beef pho which was amazing, real bone broth cuz well.. there's a huge bone of meat in it among others. He brought out the usual pho veggie plate with the usual sriracha hoisin sauce duo but the hot sauce was premixed which caught me off guard--like sh I usually do it myself. Bussin ten toes down, I stand on it. Spicier than you expect so just be careful if you're gonna dump some in your soup. Ima purist when it comes to pho so nah but to each they own, no judgement. The final cherry on top was the Dino egg/Pokémon shooters Erick made us. I initially thought he was talking about a toy or something when he was describing. Light cubes in the blue curaçao? Say less, bussin multiplier. It was a fantastic end to the night and Erick was the one that made it, honestly. Dude's got the energy, service, and knowledge cuz he does the food orders AND drinks. We'll be back for sure to go thru the rest of the menu, there was honestly a lot I know we won't be able to find elsewhere, not even Sac. Finally, excuse me, but big slidey door?? Never seen that for a place like this in a plaza. On a hot day, it was really nice to be able to sit right next to it and get the cold ac but also some that nice valley heat from outdoors (they got seating out there too but we left that for the oh so lovey dovey couple). Alright I'm getting sidetracked but as you can see, can't say enough about this place. Thank you, Erick and crew :)

We ordered chicken Pho and vermicelli bowl * The pho broth was so salty from some artificial broth powder or something...it doesn't taste from the natural bone broth. We understand for costs of making that but sometimes you gotta trade off. You position the resto towards the fancy side and you better offer the better quality of broth too!? * The chicken...unbelievable.....I'm not a chef, but I can taste the freezer burn from the meat!!!! I'm not fussy to the point that it shouldn't been frozen at all. But this unacceptable to me. Again, disclaimer!!! I'm not a picky eater but I had to pass my Pho to my husband..sorry. It's very rare I did this. * I end up having the vermicelli bowl instead...the noodle was just right off the fridge and the highlight was the spring roll which tasted like almost spoiled one :((( How come this was served from the fancy Vietnamese resto in town?! How?! * The meal just good enough for me to fill my stomach but the quality and experience were ZERO.

What wasn't on the plan was getting food and taking it home or cooking. So luckily for us it wasn't too busy inside for dinning. Yes there were a lot of Togo orders. But nobody but us for the dine in order. So, I took that as a Major win for us. The menus on the back wall are kinda far to read, for me that is. But they also menus for you. This is our second time dinning in. We did last summer and ordered take out for the sandwiches on another visit. The place is pretty chill and the AC works pretty good, especially how hot Stockton gets during the Summer. There's tables and a large Tv for you. I just added it to my vermicelli bowl. So, yeah we'll definitely be back. Probably for some Banh Mi sandwiches they are hella good her BTW. Id say like my favorite in the 209. Well that's all folks.
