I love Mediterranean food so I was super excited for the opening of this spot. I have been a few times now and while I have enjoyed the things I've tried, it seems that they are often running out of items. The first time they were out of falafel, the second time they were out of tzatziki sauce. Perhaps they were still working out the kinks of a new business. Each time I've tried the pita which in itself is delicious, warm and fluffy. Lemon chicken is flavorful, I only wish it wasn't sitting in a warming pan because sometimes it looks dried out or as though it has been sitting for a while. I do like that they have such a variety of add ons for their wraps, pitas and bowls. Downside, pepsi products...YUCK. Service has been friendly if a little slow, again, it could have been because they were still fairly new. It is counter service with a set-up like Chipotle. The dining area isn't very large although there is some outside seating. I would definitely recommend Hummus Republic if you like this type of food. read more

The restaurant was clean and tidy, and high chairs were available.We tried a chicken shawarma and falafel bowl as well as a beef and lamb gyro wrap (+$3) and found everything to be tasty, especially the variety of hummus and sauces you can add (olive hummus, eggplant hummus, spicy hummus, various tahini sauces, etc). So excited to have Hummus Republic finally open for business! We arrived a bit early at 11 and they weren't ready yet, but they let us in and have a beverage while we waited. I'm not mad at that cause everything was made fresh and definitely tasted like it too! A lot of items were out of stock. Nothing but a small drink to replace sides for full orders. Ladies that were new were not trained properly or did not have a supervisor watching or helping them. One girl did not have gloves then comes over to our burger ready for toppings without gloves and touches the bun and patty falafel. I asked to make a new one. They did not toss the touched burger though. I hope nobody else got it. They did for sure make a new one which is great but they also didn't know what came with the burger like on the menu and seemed upset when we kept pointing to the menu and repeating what it had on it. My husband and I stopped by to grab something quick to eat and we were overly delighted by how delicious the food was here! Everything was made to order and tasted incredibly fresh. We opted for the spinach wrap with couscous, half lemon chicken and shawarma. The multiple hummus options stood out as other places don't have the various different flavors and they were all delicious. We chose the feta, Kalamata olive and spicy hummus. We also ordered a side of the waffle fries and the cucumber jalapeño lemonade. There were multiple flavors of lemonades and each looked delicious but the cucumber jalapeño was the perfect blend of sweet, refreshing with a small kick. While we are not from the area we come out here to visit family and will be making this our regular food spot when in town. The spinach wrap was one of the softest and tastiest wraps. This quick find was a hidden treasure and exceeded our expectations. We love Mediterranean food and I think this would be in our top spot especially for a quick grab and go. I'd like to start off by saying I know this establishment is new so they seem to be figuring out their process, the negative was my rice was burnt and overcooked, and we had a bit of wait with only 1 customer there. Now the positives, the girl helping me was incredibly helpful and nice! She took the time to explain what the sauces and different options were. I can see the business having potential if they upkeep with freshness and swift customer service. Had to give the new(ish) Mediterranean place a try the other day and I really enjoyed it. The restaurant is quite roomy inside and has ample outdoor seating as well. As for the food, they have a very good selection Mediterranean dishes as well a bowls wraps plates. I had the falafel/hummus bowel where you can pick and schooner you ingredients. And there's plenty to choose from. The staff were very helpful with a newbie like me and I appreciated that. They made sure I was happy with my order. Give this place a try. As of 2025, a small Shawarma bowl is $16 The meat portion is tiny and both the chicken shawarma and rice are lacking flavor. The hummus and tzatziki are good. The olives in my bowl felt like they overpowered the taste of almost everything else. For the cost it would have been nice to have pita bread or a drink included.
