    Cheddar, jalapeño sourdough bread

PHENOMENAL bread I tried it for the first time today Edmond the owner is extremely knowledgeable about his product and was very helpful. The sourdough with cheddar and jalapeño bread is unbelievably delicious I also enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie. While I was there, a mother came in whose daughter had some issues with what she can and cannot eat. William at the front register was helpful, but Edmond came out and addressed all of her concerns in great detail. The mother was looking for a sandwich bread that her daughter could eat that wouldn't affect her health issues. Edmond was kind and gave the little girl a free chocolate chip cookie. You truly do not get this type of customer service and going the extra mile in most locations. I highly recommend this bakery.

Couldn't be more excited to have this new bakery in the neighborhood. Everything is organic and made with a sourdough starter. The business is located in a strip mall on the southeast corner of Crooks and South Boulevard. Plenty of parking and good street signage. They are open daily I believe. Look for the neon sign that will say "open". The husband and wife duo behind this bakery blends both culinary and medical backgrounds to create healthier choices in baked goods without all the extra chemicals and preservatives. From coffee and tea to bread and sweets, you will find something you love. All of their products are vegan except for the sweets which have butter and the breads with cheese. I left with a loaf of the rosemary olive bread today. It is delicious and beautiful! The samples on the entry table are generous (and exquisite). Tried the regular sourdough loaf and cranberry hibiscus tea. Both delicious. Don't miss the handcrafted goodies at this thoughtful business.

Their Classic Sourdough is great and the Everything Bagel Sourdough is absolutely exceptional in my opinion.

I am so excited that there will soon be a location on the west side of the state (on 28th Street). I will not have to go far to have delicious pastries and great coffee. This time around, I tried the macarons and coffee. I picked 6 different flavors and each one was so perfect. They were the perfect amount of soft and chewy. The service this time was still fast. However, unlike last time, the cashier was not as friendly. Nothing to deduct a star over. But they seemed like they were having an off day. I guess everyone is entitled to one of those days. The food and coffee were still excellent!

My favorite is still the ube cloud donut -- perfectly sweet, light, and satisfying without being overly rich. Most of the pastries are excellent and have that balanced flavor that keeps you wanting to try more. The honey lavender macchiato was also smooth and really well made. I also love the setup -- you grab a tray and tongs when you walk in, pick whichever pastries catch your eye, then bring them up to the register. There's plenty of seating space to gather with friends or hang out for a while. It also makes a great spot for birthday gift drop-offs or bringing someone a sweet treat

The ube is my favorite and the flavor blows me away every time. The cotton cakes are so light and fluffy. We got a cotton candy frappe and a cookies and cream frappe to go with the cotton cakes and those were a bit disappointing. They weren't really blended well and tasted like a melted vanilla ice cream with a hint of the flavor. Not frozen at all. They looked pretty though. Side note to mention that the bathroom door button lock had fallen off and the employee helped me find it and put it back on but they are aware it needs to be fixed. I plan on continuing to come back to this place as the cotton cakes never disappoint

The to go cups are gold as well. Ordered a cookie butter latte, a build my own small cotton cheesecake with half Nutella and half caramel and some Biscoff topping. $22.25 The small cheesecake looks so fluffy. The decorated cake is $9.50 The cookie butter was $8 It's light and airy. Don't eat the wax paper at the bottom of the cake. The Biscoff gives it a nice bite of crunch. Mixing the Nutella and the Biscoff sauce (didn't end up getting the ordered caramel sauce once it was packed. I actually prefer the toppings more than the cake itself. The cheesecake tastes eggy. Service is good. Glad we tried the fluffy cheesecake. Not sure would be back for the cake. My husband said the butter coffee is average. The green tea is the Rishi, which isn't string at all.
